Perubahan psikologis tersebut disebabkan oleh ketidakseimbangan aspek kepribadian sehingga mengakibatkan gangguan kejiwaan, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Mendeskripsikan dinamika kepribadian yang dialami tokoh Azura dalam novel Persona karya Fakhrisina Amalia, 2) Memaparkan aspek gangguan kejiwaan yang dialami tokoh Azura, 3) Menjelaskan penanganan perilaku abnormal yang dialami oleh tokoh Azura. Untuk mengungkapkan permasalahan tersebut maka digunakan teori psikoanalisis Sigmund Freud. Teori psikoanalisis digunakan sebagai pembedah dinamika kepribadian dan gangguan kejiwaan yang terjadi. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah kata-kata, kalimat, maupun paragraf yang ada dalam novel Persona karya Fakhrisina Amalia terbitan Gramedia Pustaka Utama tahun 2016. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analitik. Instrument penelitian adalah peneliti sendiri (human instrument).Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Dinamika kepribadian tokoh Azura dibagi menjadi tiga bentuk, yakni id, ego, dan super ego. Apek Id tokoh Azura meliputi mencari kenyamanan dan kebutuhan dicintai. Aspek ego dalam tokoh Azura adalah menyakiti dirinya sendiri, aspek superego ditunjukkan dengan mampu berdamai dengan diri sendiri. 2) Gangguan kejiwaan yang tampak dalam tokoh Azura adalah gangguan kecemasan, gangguan mood (mood disorder), dan gangguan kepribadian (personality disorder) skizofrenia. 3) Penanganan perilaku abnormal dilakukan dengan cara psikoterapi. Penelitian ini secara teoretis bermanfaat memberikan sumbangan pengetahuan psikologi sastra dan aspek kepribadian, manfaat secara praktis diharapkan dapat mengembangkan daya pikir dalam mengembangkan karya sastra berbetuk novel dari segi psikologi. Manfaat bagi peneliti lain memberikan acuan terkait pemecahan masalah psikologi. Menulis sebagai salah satu wujud penggunaan bahasa dengan bermediakan bahasa tulis. Untuk itu, belajar menulis suatu belajar berkomunikasi dengan menggunakan bahasa tulis, sehingga menulis suatu kemampuan seseorang menuangkan hasil pikirannya menjadi suatu ungkapan dan perasaan dituangkan dalam bentuk tulisan. Teks deskripsi sebagai suatu untuk menggambarkan, melukiskan dan mendeskripsikan objek dengan kata-kata. Lingkugan sosial sebagai suatu faktor individu (peseta didik) dalam menuangkan gagasan atau ide kedalam bentuk tulisan. Menulis teks deskripsi bertemakan lingkungan sosial dipandang sebagai pembelajaran berbahasa diajarkan dan dilatihkan untuk menghasilkan bahasa tulis, sehingga pembelajaran menulis menjadi penambahan pengetahuan, pembentukan sikap dan pengembangan keterampilan pada aktivitas ruang maupun waktu. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan sistematika literature review. Sebanyak 25 jurnal direview, dari empat database dicari untuk pembelajaran menulis di sekolah dasar, pembelajaran bahasa berbasis genre teks, menulis teks deskripsi, lingkungan sosial dan model pembelajaran. Hasil review ini akan memberikan informasi tentang menulis teks deskripsi bertemakan lingkungan sosial di kelas V sekolah dasar, sehingga dapat mengembangkan pembelajaran apa saja dapat dikembangkan dalam konteks pembelajaran menulis di sekolah dasar.KATA KUNCI: Pembelajaran Menulis; Teks Deskripsi; Lingkungan Sosial; Model Pembelajaran WRITE SOCIAL ENVIRONMENT-THEMED DESCRIPTION TEXTS ABSTRACT: Study this aim for explain learning write text description themed social environment in grade V elementary school. Kebijakan bahasa terutama di dunia pendidikan menjadi satu di antara kebijakan yang penting dalam keberlangsungan bahasa Indonesia yang bertujuan untuk memartabatkan bahasa Indonesia itu sendiri. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan posisi bahasa yang terdapat di dalam dokumen kebijakan bahasa di pendidikan tinggi, yaitu sebagai mata kuliah perguruan tinggi dan bahasa pengantar dalam pendidikan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan ialah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis konten dari produk kebijakan bahasa yang berupa Undang-Undang dan Peraturan Pendidikan Tinggi yang sudah mengalami berbagai perkembangan setiap periodenya. Hasilnya bahwa sebagai mata kuliah wajib perguruan tinggi, bahasa Indonesia adalah alat membentuk karakter dan kepribadian mahasiswa yang menjadi cikal bakal terwujudnya peradaban bangsa serta membentuk identitas dan jati diri bangsa. Dapat disimpulkan, bahasa Indonesia memiliki peran sentral dalam proses pembelajaran di Perguruan Tinggi sehingga dapat mewujudkan bahasa Indonesia menjadi media pengantar sebagai media pengembangan dan pemanfaatan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi, dan sains. Selain itu, kebijakan bahasa yang dirumuskan dimaksudkan untuk melindungi bahasa Indonesia sebagai bahasa persatuan dan mempertahankan fungsi dan kedudukan bahasa Indonesia.KATA KUNCI: bahasa Indonesia; kebijakan bahasa; pendidikan tinggi INDONESIAN LANGUAGE POSITION IN DOCUMENTS LANGUAGE POLICY IN HIGHER EDUCATION ABSTRACT: Changing times demand the development of policies in various fields. Language policy, especially in the world of education, is one of the important policies in the sustainability of the Indonesian language, which aims to dignify the Indonesian language itself. The purpose of this study is to describe the position of Indonesian as a university course and to describe the position of Indonesian as the language of instruction in education. The research approach used was a qualitative with a descriptive method. This research is a content analysis of language policy products in the form of higher education laws and regulations that have undergone various developments over time. The result is that, as a compulsory college subject, Indonesian is a tool to shape the character and personality of students and the nation's civilization as well as to shape the nation's identity. Kajian ini juga diharapkan dapat menjadi pengajaran atau amanat yang untuk melakukan sesuatu kebaikan untuk setiap orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliput; studi kepustakaan, yaitu serangkaian kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca dan mencatat serta mengolah bahan penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dalam mengecek keasbsahan data peneliti melakukan teknik Triangulasi dimana teknik ini digunakan untuk memeriksaan keabsahan data yang memanfaatkan sesuatu yang lain. Hasil yang didapat pada penelitian ini yaitu Merdang merdem atau dalam bahasa Indonesia lebih dikenal dengan istilah kerja tahun merupakan suatu pesta adat yang dilakukan secara turun menurun oleh kalak Karo di seluruh wilayah taneh Karo dengan tujuan menjaga ketentraman dan keseimbangan bermasyarakat serta membangun komunikasi dengan keluarga yang sudah lama tidak bertemu. Adapun sepuluh pesan moral atau amanat yang terdapat di dalam Tradisi Kerja Tahun (Merdang Merdem) Karo tiga diantaranya adalah; (1)Selalu mengucapkan rasa syukur kepada TuhanYang Maha Esa, (2) Selalu memanfaatkan tanaman “Padi” sebagai makanan pokok dan membantu prekonomian, (3) Selalu menjaga ketentraman dan keseimbangan bermasyarakat serta membangun komunikasi antar keluarga.KATA KUNCI: Tradisi; Merdang Merdem; Pesan Moral MORAL MESSAGE ON THE ORAL TRADITION OF MERDANG MERDEM KALAK KARO ABSTRACT: This paper generally describes the moral messages contained in the Merdang Merdem Kalak Karo Oral Tradition in Juhar Village, Karo Regency, North Sumatra. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross-sectional design. Instrumen pengumpulan data adalah angket melalui google form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 83% guru setuju dan menyambut positif terhadap kebijakan pemerintah mengenai pemberlakuan AKM di sekolah, 85% guru senang mengajarkan siswa dengan menggunakan konsep pembelajaran HOTS, 96% guru semakin termotivasi memberikan dorongan kepada siswa untuk berpikir kritis, 91% guru suka mengunduh materi berkaitan dengan AKM, dan 92% guru senang memberikan pelatihan soal kepada siswa untuk menghadapi AKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru sudah siap menerima penerapan AKM di sekolah. Pada sisi lain, penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa belum semua guru yang menjadi responden dapat mengidentifikasi soal-soal AKM. Dengan demikian, walaupun penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki persepsi positif terhadap pelaksanaan AKM, penelitian ini belum mengungkapkan apakah guru dapat mengembangkan soal-soal yang meminta siswa berpikir kritis. Oleh sebab itu, perlu dilakukan penelitian lanjutan untuk mengetahui kemampuan guru mengembangkan soal-soal yang menuntut siswa berpikir kritis atau soal-soal bertipe AKM. Kegiatan selanjutnya yang dapat dilakukan ialah pelatihan menyusun soal-soal AKM khususnya yang berkaitan dengan soal-soal literasi membaca dan numerasi. ABSTRACT: This study aims to describe the perception of South Sumatran teachers on the Minimum Competency Assessment (MCA). This study uses a cross-sectional design method. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire through Google Form. The results show that 83% of the teachers agreed and responded positively to the government's policy regarding the implementation of MCA in the school, 85% of the teachers liked to teach students using HOTS learning concepts, 96% of the teachers were increasingly motivated to encourage students to think critically, 91% of the teachers liked to download materials related to MCA, and 92% of the teachers were happy to provide question training for the students to face MCA. The results of this study indicate that the teachers were ready to accept the application of MCA in the schools. On the other side, this study concludes that not all the teachers who were respondents can identify MCA questions.
