Conventional circuits are irreversible in nature and dissipates power for every bit loss in circuit. Instead if we use reversible logic power dissipation can be reduced. The paper is intended to design and implementation of 8-bit shift register using reversible logic gates on FPGA board using chipscope. The proposed 8-bit shift register using reversible logic is optimized in terms of quantum cost, delay, number of logic gates used. Quantum cost of the proposed design shows up to 8% improvement and in comparison with existing work in survey. Microgrid is the primary stage of future smart grid. This paper generally investigates the switching structures of microgrid reliant upon orthodox power system droop control. Microgrid droop switch schemes are deliberated in specifics for improving the understanding in microgrid control. This paper reviews droop control strategy of DC microgrid. As DC microgrid goes on developing, the control strategies of DC microgrid draw more and more attention. Information and communication Technologies is the core of modern computing. Among its several applications, smart cities playa major role in the upliftment of the society's well-being. E-governance in the smart cities bridges the gap between the public and the government and hence plays a major role in the modern era. There arises some security concerned issues with the rapid growth of e-governance applications. To ensure its security, authentication must be more secure and must allow only the legitimate users to access the services. In this paper, a robust authentication scheme is proposed to overcome the drawbacks of the existing schemes. It utilises only lightweight XOR, one way and perceptual hash operations for authorisation. Also multiple factors such as User's Identity, Password and Biometrics are used for better scalability and security. The proposed scheme is validated with well known Automated Validation of Internet Security Protocols and Applications tool. Medical datasets contain numerous input features and require highly accurate predictions to facilitate better diagnosis. To address this problem of feature selection in medical data, an enhanced binary version of Gravitational Search Algorithm (GSA) is proposed which is based on law of gravity and attraction of masses. The proposed algorithm combines speed of Random Forest Classifier and optimization behavior of GSA. In this paper, a comprehensive review of our wrapper based proposed algorithm on Immunotherapy and Cryotherapy datasets for warts treatment using Random Forest Classifier to predict the response of the treatment is provided. Integrated Starter Alternator (ISA) which performs the functions of both starter as well as alternator is developed helping to reduce cost and weight of the HEV. However, to choose a proper electric machine and control strategy for smooth operation of HEV is the matter of concern. This paper gives an overview of existing AC machines used in HEV. This approach combined the advantages of both CMAC neural network feedforward control and PID feedback control to form a parallel control structure, in which PID parameters were optimized via genetic algorithm. The simulation results showed that the genetic algorithm can effectively improve the setting process of PID parameters. Using virtualization techniques, resources can be used in an effective manner, and there is a need to develop an automated framework which should be language independent and supports cross platform by which unification of different CT models can be done. The design process is described in a systematic manner, in the beginning, single square patch with square shaped split ring slot is established. Subsequently the two element MIMO antenna is designed. The elements are placed opposite side to each other. The reduction of mutual coupling between the antenna elements is accomplished by defect introduced on the ground plane. The proposed single-element and two-element antenna operated at 5.8GHz. The FR4 substrate is used with the 0.8mm thickness. The substrate width and length is 34.485mm and 42.837mm respectively. The size of the patch is 9mm x 9mm. The functional parameter namely, S parameter, radiation pattern and ECC of the proposed MIMO antenna, are investigated.
