The authors provide the definition of the term and specify the features of the linguosynergetic approach to the study of evidentiality in a discursive context. The expediency of turning to discursive analysis in the framework of the study of evidentiality is argued. In addition, a synergistic evidential model is described. Further, the peculiarities of the linkage of evidentiality with the categories of authorization, personality, temporality, perception in the space of mass media discourse are studied. Possible types of interaction of evidentiality with the indicated modus categories are analyzed, based on the implementation of the principles of complementarity and interpenetration of modus meanings in a discursive evidential context. Attention is focused on such important elements as the nodal and intermediate area of the evidential context deployment. The specificity and conditions for the implementation of polymodal modus semantics in the discursive space are investigated. The possibility of simultaneous actualization of the identified types of interaction of modus categories is noted. The previously described linguosynergetic evidential model is specified. The necessity of conducting a thorough linguosynergetic analysis of modus values is substantiated. The author examines evidential discourse contexts, taken from the website of the British magazine The Economist, obtained by the method of continuous sampling. At the same time, in the course of analyzing the examples, the author relies on the previously developed classification of evidential operators, data from the Longman Dictionary of Contemporary English, as well as previous studies of modus categories. Summing up, the author comes to the conclusion that the appeal to the principles of complementarity and interpenetration of modus meanings is associated with the need to exert a certain influence on the addressee / reader, conditioned by the communicative intentions of the author of the studied context and the peculiarities of the discourse.","PeriodicalId":343725,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Udmurt University. It pays attention to the analysis of the concept of the writer's linguistic consciousness. The preserved original materials of the prewar national press, and in particular the Crimean newspaper \"Millet\" (\"Nation\"), made it possible to consider the specifics and conditions for the formation of the author's style. Advocating the preservation of the origins of the national culture and traditions, he popularized the common language, cleared of foreign borrowings. He sees the writer-playwright and public figure Asan Aivazov as his opponent. For instance, his works of art \"Altyn yaryk\" (\"Golden Light\") and \"Neden bu hala kaldyk?\" (“How did we get here?”) symbolize the confrontation between the ideologues of Tatarism and Turkism in Crimea. A supporter of purism A. Odabash condemns the archaic, complex, overloaded with Arabisms and Parciisms language of A. Aivazov and his ideological associates. He convinces them that the literary language should be lively and accessible to the peasants. Sharing the idea of the linguistic and mental unity of all Turkic peoples, he pays particular attention to the weak development of the education system in their native language. In this regard, Odabash delivers popular lectures in the villages of Crimea, explaining the ideological and practical value of the folk language. He develops an active vocabulary of his neologisms based on the use of vernacular and dialecticisms.","PeriodicalId":343725,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Udmurt University. According to Buddhist ideas, reality is illusory, because in fact it is empty of the mind that perceives it. On the contrary, immanently anxious human mind constantly generates an illusory reality. The plot of the “Prince of the Wind” is built on numerous fictions produced by narrators, each of whom can be called a “prince of the wind”, that is, the one who creates ghosts. In the illusory reality designated by the author, many things and phenomena turn out to be conditional, including the boundaries between cultures - the eastern and the western, the Russian and the Mongolian Buddhist cultures. This cultures mirror each other in the mystical and in the real history. Fates of the Russian characters and the space in which they exist are filled with Buddhist signs. Buddhist emptiness and illusory nature in the novel also turn out to be metaphors of the eschatological state of the Mongolian and the Russian statehood at the beginning of the last century, metaphors of the disintegrating time and space.","PeriodicalId":343725,"journal":{"name":"Bulletin of Udmurt University.
