Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews. The results show that students at Kunming No. 3 Middle School have a moderate perception of their engagement, performance, and overall experience with the TBLT approach in their English classroom. They recognized the practicality of TBLT and its benefits, such as increased motivation, better communication skills, and improved listening and speaking abilities. Additionally, they appreciated the opportunity to apply what they learned in real-life situations. However, some students mentioned that TBLT could be improved in terms of reading abilities, learning strategies, the time-consuming nature of tasks, difficulties in group work, and the limited focus on grammar. Through a qualitative and quantitative survey, the author interviewed ten senior administrators and marketers from eight Thai universities and conducted a questionnaire survey among 450 Chinese students studying in China or Thailand. Data were analysed for quantitative analysis and content analysis of in-depth interviews. The results demonstrate a close relationship among academic services, non-academic services, student satisfaction, and institutional brand. Through a literature review and relevant data analysis, the research finds that higher education services play a key role in shaping the brand image and reputation of institutions. Excellent academic services have a direct impact on student satisfaction, and the improvement in satisfaction further enhances the recognition and influence of the university brand. In recent years, China has emerged as a leading global source country for international students. As one of the major education providers in the ASEAN region, Thailand's higher education sector faces intense competition from its peers in attracting Chinese students. This research reveals that many Thai universities recognize the potential value of brand awareness in attracting more students. However, the prioritisation of brand building is not a common practice among these institutions. This study was designed to identify successful branding and communication strategies for Thai universities. In traditional accounting, people tend to pay too much attention to the cost of product production. The control of cost is concentrated on the manufacturing cost within the enterprise, and only a single driving factor is the cause of the cost. This causes the traditional cost control to be more and more unable to adapt to the development of modern enterprises. The research objectives of this paper were: To analyze the structure of Chang'an Construction Company's value chain. To analyze the cost control of Chang'an Construction Company when doing a project based on its value chain structure. This paper adopts the case study method, starting from the theoretical foundation of value chain cost control, to study the cost control system based on the value chain of Chang'an Construction Company. It seeks to gain relevant insights and draw conclusions from the analysis. Through the in-depth study of value chain cost control in Chang'an Construction Company, several important conclusions have been drawn. A professional bidding process lays the foundation for cost-effectiveness and project profitability. The region-specific strategy adopted by Chang'an Construction makes bid preparation relevant and effective. The division of cost management into preparation and construction phases is critical. Careful cost planning, based on comprehensive site analysis, guides spending during the construction phase. Ongoing monitoring and timely adjustments are critical to align with that plan. Post-completion is not only an end point but also a phase of reflection and optimization of strategy. At the same time, vocabulary is a foundation for reading. The relationship between English vocabulary level and reading comprehension ability are studied by different scholars, especially the relationship between these two variables. Supported by different findings, most of these researchers have found that there is a high correlation between English vocabulary level and reading comprehension ability. An indication is that English language learners' reading comprehension is generally influenced by how much vocabulary they know. A total of 120 teachers from a private primary school in Zhengzhou were surveyed through questionnaire based on Tagurri’s (1968) school organizational climate theory. The study found that the level of teachers’ perception of the school climate was “relatively high”. Though there was no significant difference in teachers’ perception towards school climate according to their gender at the selected school, significant differences in teachers’ perception towards school climate according to their educational levels, years of service and positions existed. Teachers with high educational levels had more positive perceptions towards the school climates at the selected school in Zhengzhou, China. Teachers with more than 15 years of service had the most positive perceptions towards the school climates at the selected school. As an innovative organization, collective painting inevitably encounters various conflicts during the process of parallel knowledge transfer among its members. Conflict is a key factor that directly affects the effective transfer of knowledge. However, the existing literature is limited to research within enterprise management organizations and between organizations, all of which are one-way conflicts between knowledge senders and knowledge receivers. The conflict factors generated during the knowledge transfer process of parallel relationships in innovative organizations have not been explored. This article uses qualitative rooted analysis to extract, analyze, and encode the content of collective painting creation team cases in a three-paragraph manner. 20 conflict phenomena were identified, and 5 conflict factors were extracted.
