The article presents the results of experimental verification of the author’s pedagogical system of training of future economists and the effectiveness of organizational and pedagogical conditions for its provision. Methods used: empirical: conversation, observation, questioning, questioning, testing, self-evaluation, peer review method, pedagogical experiment (ascertaining and formative stages); statistical: methods of mathematical statistics for the analysis of experimental data, determining the reliability of the obtained. The testing of the structural-functional model of partnership interaction between higher education applicants, higher education institutions and stakeholder enterprises under separate organizational and pedagogical conditions included the implementation of motivational, organizational, content, activity and evaluation and performance blocks. The results obtained at the ascertaining stage confirmed the assumption that the future economists would exceed the sufficient and average levels of quality training for undergraduates. It is stated that in the control and experimental groups there are practically no applicants for higher education, in which the criteria are formed at a low level. Analysis, using Pearson’s χ2 test, revealed no statistically significant differences between the experimental and control groups, which confirmed their homogeneity in composition. At the formative stage of the pedagogical experiment, the working hypotheses, conceptual provisions, pedagogical system of quality assurance of future economists’ training were experimentally tested by enhancing the partnership cooperation in the educational process of higher education applicants, higher education institution and employer-stakeholder; organizational and pedagogical conditions for successful functioning of the structural and functional model of the pedagogical system were tested. The analysis of the effectiveness of the model implementation and the set of organizational and pedagogical conditions was made by comparing the results at the ascertain- ing and formative stages according to the four distinguished criteria for assessing the quality of training of future economists. The formed expert group recorded the positive dynamics of the distribution of undergraduates by the quality levels of their vocational training in all experimental groups during the pedagogical experiment. Statistical analysis, using Pearson’s χ2 test, revealed significant differences between the control and experimental groups at the formative stage. In today’s economic environment, there is a keen interest in the concept of sustainable development, and high-level support is potentially an important shift in the understanding of humanity’s relationship with nature and between people. This concept contrasts with the dominant worldview over the past two hundred years, especially in the European mentality based on the view of the separation of the environment from socio-economic issues. The modern concept of sustainable development goes beyond the tripartite framework of economic, social and environmental issues and principles. The concept is development-oriented, emphasizes topical issues that have a common conceptual character and is able to integrate in three main dimensions. At the macro level, the key economic problems are: economic growth, the financial condition of the country, its competitiveness, trade balance, etc. of Course, these problems are not applicable at the microeconomic level. For the corporate context, it is necessary to identify the financial performance of the economic entity, long-term competitive-ness, impact on stakeholder groups. As you know, the financial stability of the organization is based on a sufficient level of profit. Since neither the market system as a whole nor individual economic actors in particular can prevail in the long term without sufficient financial strength, this aspect should be considered as an economic problem of sustainable development of any organization. The article explores the presence of major songs in Bulgarian pop and rock music in the interval from its creation in the 1960s and 1970s to the present day. The time period is divided into two periods - up to the 1990s and beyond. The subject of the study are the two types of keys in the songs - major and minor. A total of 98 songs from the two periods were studied and analyzed. Their selection was made after the survey, as well as with data from music charts of specialized Bulgarian media. The hypothesis investigated is that there is a growing tendency for a dominant presence and even dominance of the minor mode over the major in contemporary Bulgarian songs. A comparative method and analysis were used to prove or reject this assumption. They confirm the hypothesis of a growing presence of minor keys in contemporary Bulgarian pop and rock songs. Российские трубопрокатные предприятия в современных сложных экономических условиях подвержены как локальным, так и внешним угрозам экономической безопасности. Задача нивелирования угроз экономической безопасности трубопрокатных предприятий в решении достаточна сложная и долгосрочная. Одной из причин по уровню сложности является их структурная принадлежность к предприятиям национальной безопасности, что расширяет задачи решения. Другая причина, определяющая высокий уровень сложности по обеспечению экономической безопасности трубопрокатных предприятий является их привлекательность промышленной разведки интересующейся их деятельностью. Безусловно, экономические отношения между предприятиями реального сектора, как на национальном, так и на мировом уровне обусловлены различными угрозами экономической безопасности, что обуславливает актуальность и значимость определения путей их минимизации и локализации. Как показывает практика сегодняшнего дня сложность и нестабильность мирового пространства определяет все новые направления угроз в части экономической безопасности для любого субъекта хозяйствования. Поиском и разработкой наиболее эффективных методов оценки уровня защищенности перед внешними и внутренними угрозами занимаются специалисты разного уровня, однако единого подхода и универсальной методологии пока не существует. Единое мнение специалистов по безопасности установлено в приоритетности факторов внешних угроз, так как экономические субъекты в большей степени не имеют рычагов влияния на них, в некоторых случаях их невозможно и предвидеть. Qualitative development of a sustainable development strategy is impossible with-out proper information support, and it is essential to obtain relevant information not only about the internal environment of the organization, but also about key aspects of the external environment. Traditional management accounting is not able to fully solve the problem of information support for the implementation of the principles of sustainability, as focused primarily on the internal factors of economic activity of the organization. There is a need to build such an information and analytical system that is able to provide the management of the organization with quality information about environmental factors. In the role of such an accounting and analytical system, it is proposed to consider strategic management accounting, which allows to accumulate information about the environment external to the organization, and to provide a significant increase in the analytical capabilities of management in the development of management decisions aimed at implementing the principles of sustainability and creating business value in the long term. В статье рассматриваются особенности современного музыкального менеджмента. Определено, что музыкальный менеджмент носит в себе ряд особенностей системы социального управления обществом. Подчеркивается, что в странах постсоветского пространства отказались от многих прежних форм управления музыкальной жизнью, учитывается влияние информационного пространства, информационно-коммуникационных технологий (ИКТ), единства и взаимозависимости в развитии общества, в том числе в музыкальной сфере. Сделан вывод о том, что требуется больше внимания к формированию современного музыкального вкуса и приоритетов, связанных с этнической идентичностью. Развитие музыкального менеджмента в современном Азербайджане связано с уровнем жизни, характером подготовки кадров управления музыкальной жизнью страны. В этом отношении есть определенные пробелы. Кроме того, активное сотрудничество с музыкальной диаспорой, с представителями музыкальной сферы зарубежья предъявляет новые требования к формам и направлениям музыкального менеджмента. Активный обмен опытом с другими странами, организация международных фестивалей, конкурсов и других мероприятий способствует дальнейшему становлению и совершенствованию музыкального менеджмента, развитию музыкальной культуры страны в целом. Предлагается продолжить обмен музыкальными кадрами со странами региона, расширить работу в данном направлении. A search is a complex investigative action in both the procedural and psychological aspects of its production. This is due to both a large number of procedural requirements for its implementation, and a lot of moral issues related to the forced seizure of objects and documents, restrictions of human rights and freedoms. The article is devoted to a number of questions of the search, which require more precise regulation in the Russian Federation Code of Criminal Procedure in the light of the protection of human rights and freedoms. Based on the provisions of international acts and the Constitution of the Russian Federation it is shown that the improvement of the procedural order of the search is today an urgent need so as to law enforcement practice should fully meet the high standards of protection of human rights and freedoms. In particular, it is proposed to specify in the law the definition of the purposes and grounds for the search. Legislative fuzzy definition of these categories entails the adoption of arbitrary, unreasonable decisions about the search. The authors believe that the actual basis for the search can only be information obtained by procedural means. In order to preserve information that is a secret to the privacy of the participants of the search it is necessary to introduce a restriction on the circle of persons who may be involved as witnesses and also determine the limits of fixing the circumstances of the private life of citizens in respect of whom a search is being conducted in the search report or other materials of the criminal case.
