MODERN INTEREST IN THE CONCEPT OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ORGANIZATION
. In today’s economic environment, there is a keen interest in the concept of sustainable development, and high-level support is potentially an important shift in the understanding of humanity’s relationship with nature and between people. This concept contrasts with the dominant worldview over the past two hundred years, especially in the European mentality based on the view of the separation of the environment from socio-economic issues. The modern concept of sustainable development goes beyond the tripartite framework of economic, social and environmental issues and principles. The concept is development-oriented, emphasizes topical issues that have a common conceptual character and is able to integrate in three main dimensions. At the macro level, the key economic problems are: economic growth, the financial condition of the country, its competitiveness, trade balance, etc. of Course, these problems are not applicable at the microeconomic level. For the corporate context, it is necessary to identify the financial performance of the economic entity, long-term competitive-ness, impact on stakeholder groups. As you know, the financial stability of the organization is based on a sufficient level of profit. Since neither the market system as a whole nor individual economic actors in particular can prevail in the long term without sufficient financial strength, this aspect should be considered as an economic problem of sustainable development of any organization. Undoubtedly, the sustainable development of an organization also refers to the long-term forecast, since an organization can be considered sustainable only if it takes steps to ensure or its competitiveness.
