These aspects trigger the lack of gold investment interest in the society. This research aims to understand the partial influence of general knowledge, income perception and education to the gold investment interest in Jombang district society. This research used quantitative method with associative approach. The population used was the citizen in Jombang district. Sampling techniques was done by purposive sampling, while the determination of the number of sample was using Lameshow formula. The data used in this research was primary data which obtained from the online questionnaire distribution via google form. This research questionnaire used Guttman Scale measurement. In this research, the test used multiple linier regressions. This research shows that general knowledge and education aspects have positive and significant influence to the investment interest. Penelitian ini ditulis dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk mengetahui pandangan Islam mengenai penerapan etika bisnis serta mengetahui konsep dari penerapan etika bisnis Islam dalam peningkatan kualitas kinerja karyawan perusahaan. Objek yang diambil dalam penelitian ini yaitu CV Abdi Makmur yang merupakan salahsatu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa dan perdagangan dengan alamat Jl. Margorejo nomor 26 Surabaya. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu data primer yang didapat dari wawancara dengan pimpinan perusahaan, perwakilan Karyawan, dan perwakilan Konsumen dengan uji validitas data menggunakan Triangulasi sumber dan Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan juga dokumentasi. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan CV Abdi Makmur sudah menerapkan prinsip prinsip etika bisnis Islam pada segala aktifitas perusahaan yang berdampak pada kualitas kinerja Karyawan yang berkualitas karena mampu memenuhi kriteria penilaian kinerja Karyawan yang berkualitas.Kata kunci: etika bisnis Islam, kinerja Karyawan, CV Abdi Makmur, perusahaanAbstract This study aims to provide information related to the application of Islamic business ethics in a company to improve the quality of performance in that company. This study was written using a descriptive qualitative approach to determine the Islamic view of the application of business ethics and to know the concept of the application of Islamic business ethics in improving the quality of company employee performance. The object taken in this study is CV Abdi Makmur, which is a company engaged in services and trade with the address Jl. Margorejo number 26 Surabaya. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from interviews with company leaders, employee representatives, and consumer representatives with data validity testing using source triangulation and data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. Thus, the role of tithe is highly needed in order to help reducing those problems. This research is aimed to describe how the tithe distribution conducting via online and became the economic solution for mustahik, the small seller in the Covid-19 pandemic. The research object was the online tithe distribution by IZI in East Java. The method used in this research was descriptive qualitative with interview and documentation as primary and secondary data. The analysis technique was information collection, data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The result shows that online tithe distribution was not able to be conducted optimally since the realization was only 12% compared with offline distribution that reach the number of 88%, thus the online distribution was not able to covers mustahik broader. In Islam helping each other is a very noble work which is recommended in terms of goodness. This is also applied in the efforts of the Jombang local government to empower human resources. Researchers use the basic values of Islamic business ethics as a reference for measuring the application of justice, balance, accountability, morals, honesty, fulfillment of trust, intelligence, transparency, independence and freedom (responsibility, fairness), management, leadership, supervision. Through a qualitative approach, there are problems that must be answered, namely how the efforts of the Department of Trade and Industry in implementing human resource management empowerment for the small and medium batik industry in Jombang when examined in Islamic economics So that researchers can collect three components, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Objek kajian ialah rental mobil bilqis di Babatan Wiyung, Surabaya. Etika bisnis islam yang dipakai mengacu pada 5 aksioma, yaitu tauhid, keseimbangan, kehendak bebas, tanggungjawab, dan kebajikan. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan metode observasi dan wawancara. Analisis dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa praktik jual beli mobil bekas oleh makelar di MGC Garage secara umum telah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip dalam etika bisnis Islam yang meliputi prinsip tauhid, tolong menolong, jujur, amanah, kesepakatan bersama (ridha), transparansi, dan tanggung jawab. Praktik makelar juga telah memenuhi rukun dan syarat sah jual beli dalam Islam. The method used in this study was qualitative descriptive research with phenomenological approach by the aim of analyzing and describing Muslim consumption behavior through online shopping on skin care among female students in Pamekasan. The object chosen was the consumption behavior of Pamekasan female students in online shopping of the skin care products. Sources of data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. The primary data of this study was obtained form interviews with sources and observations in the field. This study also used secondary data in the form of journals, books and other literature related. The data validity test technique used was in the form of triangulation of sources and triangulation of techniques as well as analyzing how to reduce data, present data, and find conclusion. So companies need to maintain employee loyalty. Many factors make employees have a loyal attitude towards the company such as compensation, Islamic organizational culture, job satisfaction, career development, Islamic leadership and religiosity. This study aims to analyze the internal factors that affect employee loyalty at CV. X-Tra Glass & Aluminum Surabaya. This research is a quantitative study of 179 employees and a sample of 69 employees. The data collection method uses a questionnaire or questionnaire with measuring instruments using the Likert scale. Data analysis using multiple linear regression, partial test (T), simultaneous test (F) and coefficient of determination (R2)  test using the SPSS application. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show the compensation regression coefficient is 0.306, Islamic organizational culture is -2.488E-5, job satisfaction is 0.465, career development is -0.192, Islamic leadership is 0.272, religiosity is -0.397. The results of the T test show that there is an influence on loyalty to the variables of Islamic organizational culture, job satisfaction and religiosity.There is no influence on loyalty to the variables of compensation, career development, Islamic leadership. F test result show that the independent variables have a simultaneous influence on loyalty. In 2020 the total population of Muslims reached 87,18 percent. One of the pillars of Islam is zakat, but according to research by BAZNAS, the Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB) and the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) (2015), Indonesia has the potential for zakat of 217 trillion rupiah, but in 2007 BAZNAS reported that zakat absorbed was only Rp. 450 billion and increased in 2013 to Rp. 2.73 trillion or only about 1% compared to the national zakat potential. One LAZ that collaborates with e-commerce to collect zakat is LAZ Al-Azhar. This research aims to determine whether the zakat payment feature in e-commerce is effective in the LAZ Al-Azhar case study. This research is a qualitative research and uses phenomenological methods based on events from society. In this study, the technique of taking the subject in this study used purposive sampling and data collection techniques in the form of interviews, and triangulation of data sources was used as data validity. The results of this study state that the zakat payment feature in e-commerce in the LAZ Al-Azhar case study is effective. Many factors can influence Islamic consumption behavior, one of which is lifestyle and income level. Situations and conditions during the \"new normal\" period can also influence changes in Islamic consumption behavior. The purpose of this research is to see the effect of lifestyle and income levels on Islamic consumption behavior in the new normal. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques.
