In digital marketing with an Islamic perspective, all activities related to the technology must be based on sharia law. This study uses a causal associative method with a descriptive quantitative approach. The variables used are Islamic lifestyle (X1), price (X2), and purchasing decisions (Y). The population of this study were undergraduate students of Islamic Economics, State University of Surabaya from class 2018 to 2020. The data that the researcher used was primary data by collecting data through online questionnaires via google forms which were then distributed through social media. Respondents' answers were measured using a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the value of Fcount > Ftable (98,857 > 3.15), thus indicating the influence of Islamic lifestyle and price simultaneously on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, it also partially influences purchasing decisions. This is indicated by the Islamic lifestyle variable (X1) which has a regression coefficient of 4.454 > 1.998, and the price variable (X2) which has a regression coefficient of 5.896 > 1.998. This research was conducted in order to see the improvement of welfare through waqf management through the role of nadzir. The research method is qualitative which has the result that there is an increase in welfare in the field of education in the community. However, Nadzir at the Baiturrahmah Foundation is still learning a lot and is not yet professional because in terms of SDI (Human Resources) it is still common and it is necessary to increase the scale of knowledge in terms of waqf and Nadzir operations properly. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan pelayanan customer service pada kepuasan konsumen dalam perspektif Etika Bisnis Islam di LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Penelitian ini memiliki subjek untuk diteliti yaitu internal dan eksternal, dimana subjek internal yaitu manajer dan staff customer service LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Surabaya, dan subjek eksternal adalah konsumen LAZNAS Nurul Hayat Surabaya. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan pelayanan customer service dalam menciptakan kepuasan pada konsumen sudah menerapkan dimensi umum pelayanan yaitu tangibles (bukti langsung), responsivess (ketanggapan), reliability (kehandalan), assurance (jaminan), dan emphaty (empati). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui akad yang dipakai dalam praktik giveaway bersyarat di akun instagram @Giveaway.Oyi menerapkan sistem giveaway yang melibatkan sponsor dan hadiah yang dibagikan adalah uang tunai dengan meminta pendapat kepada salah satu tokoh yang memahami ilmu fiqh muamalah. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan metode field reseach dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi kepada pihak terkait di dukung dengan data dokumentasi. There are several factors that have an impact on interest in using e-wallet at LinkAja, one of which is the promotion factor as well as service features. This research aims to determine the effect of promotions and service features on the interest in using the Linkaja E-Wallet (Case Study in Surabaya). This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study were 100 respondents from the Surabaya community who used Link Aja, using the sampling method using the random sampling method. Data collection in this research used a Likert scale. Methods Data analysis in this research uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that promotions and service features have a positive and significant impact on interest in using the Link Aja e-wallet. This is evidenced by the results of the R Square analysis with a value of 72.2%. The approach that do to this research using quantitative approach. Variable that used on this research is islamic work culture (X1) and work motivation (X2) as independent variable and employee performance as dependent variable (Y). Population that used on this research is the employee at Ministry of Religion office. Data that used is primer data type, with the accumulation technic data by offline questionaire which containe some statement that support the succesment of the research. The answer from respondent be measured by likert scale. This questionnaire was tested using validity and reliability tests. This research uses descriptive analysis method and simple linear regression analysis. The result of this research indicated that Islamic work culture and work motivation had a parcial positive and significant effect on the employee performance of the Sidoarjo Ministry of Religion office. Significance value < 0,05 describe Islamic work culture and work motivation had a simultaneous and significant on the employee performance. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif menggunakan alat ukur skala linkert. Dengan teknik analisis data regresi linier berganda menggunakan program IBM SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan literasi zakat secara parsial tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat membayar zakat melalui zakat digital pada masyarakat di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Kepercayaan memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat membayar zakat melalui zakat digital pada masyarakat di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Serta literasi dan kepercayaan secara simultan memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat membayar zakat melalui zakat digital pada masyarakat di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. The low interest in cash waqf occurs due to several influencing factors such as income factors, knowledge factors and religiosity factors. This study aims to determine whether the income factor, knowledge factor and religiosity factor affect a person's interest in cash waqf in Sidoarjo Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative with a questionnaire method with data processing using SPSS. This growth cannot be separated from the role of many institutions that run with sharia principles, especially Islamic banking. This study has the purpose of analyzing the growth rate of Islamic banks in 2017-2019. The method used is Multiple Linear Regression to determine the growth of Islamic banking in Indonesia. This study uses the variables of assets, third-party funds, profit for the year, and financing. This study uses quarterly time-series data from the first quarter of 2017 to the fourth quarter of 2019 and is obtained from the Islamic Banking Statistics data of the Financial Services Authority. The results of this study, namely the variables of assets, financing, profit for the year, and third-party funds affect the growth rate of Islamic banks in Indonesia. Assets and profits for the year have a significant positive effect, while financing and third-party funds have a negative effect on the growth of Islamic banks in the 2017-2019 period.
