The data analysis method in this study was conducted using the Miles and Huberman models. The results showed that the management of zakat, infaq, and alms to improve the economy of the underprivileged. The main purpose of zakat, infaq, and alms is community welfare, this fact makes zakat can function as a source of socioeconomic funds for Muslims. Internal barriers that are usually about the needs of the preparation of needs with different budgets so that it is often an inaccuracy in the management process carried out. This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of Islamic banking services on customer satisfaction. This type of research is a quantitative study consisting of independent variables Islamic service quality using indicators of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and sharia compliance. Data collection techniques using accidental sampling with a total of 100 respondents. Data is processed using simple regression method. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze whether there is an influence of price, environmental and religiosity factors on sharia property purchase decisions in Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with technical data analysis using SEM-PLS method. The data of this research is processed from sharia property consumers in Indonesia amounting to 110 people. The results showed the price level, environmental level and religiosity level are in a high category. All of these variables have a positive influence so that it can influence sharia property purchase decisions. LAZISMU is a national scale zakat institution (LAZNAS), but in the middle of its journey LAZISMU stopped temporarily and is not operating, so in this case it is interesting to check whether zakat management institutions that stop on a national scale can still provide good quality services and can satisfy donors. The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of the quality of Islamic services on donor satisfaction in LAZISMU in Mojokerto district. Quantitative research used in this study with a total sample of 77 LAZISMU donors in Mojoketo Regency. To obtain data using a questionnaire questionnaire with a closed model. Data analysis uses simple linear regression analysis test, partial test (t test) classic assumption test. The results found that the t test was at a significance value of 0,000 <0.05, which means that service quality variables had a significant and positive effect on donor satisfaction. Using multiple linear regression analysis to analyze data and test hypotheses with SPSS version 23. This research model has two independent variables, namely islamic promotion and quality of islamic services, then the model has one dependent variable that is purchase decision. Data were collected by using questioner and measured by likert scale, distributed to 96 respondents of the Gold Saving customers of Pegadaian Sharia in Gresik Regency, sample selected using simple random sampling terchnique. The result found that islamic promotion didnt significant effect to the customers purchase decision. Then, the quality of islamic service has positive and significant effect on customers purchase decision. This is evidenced by the high level of cosmetics production in Indonesia. With that, the cosmetics industry is given the trust to produce good quality cosmetic products. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality (X1) and promotion (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) of Wardah, MakeOver and Emina cosmetic products. The sample used in this study were 100 Muslim female respondents who used Wardah, MakeOver and Emina cosmetics in Surabaya. The approach taken in this research was an associative quantitative approach. Primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to consumers who use Wardah, MakeOver and Emina cosmetics. The analysis technique used in this research was Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results of this study indicated that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
