Most patients with advanced stage cancer have a low quality of life score which indicates they have a problem. while the family may not be ready to carry out its role in the quality of life of patients with cervical cancer. The objective of this research was to identify the correlation of nurse support in the form of palliative care on the quality of life of patients with cervical cancer. This research employed cross-sectional design. Population in this research was all patients with cervical cancer in gynecology ward in Banjarmasin. Participant for this research were patients with cervical cancer and nurses. Data were taken by structured interview and task question form. Linear regression analysis was applied with level of significance ≤0.05. The results shown that most nurses ha good level of their role in the form of palliative care while most patients also have moderate level of quality of life. At this time the involution process occured. Involutionary disorders cause complications which is the leading cause of maternal mortality. Most of postpartum women do not obtain exercise guidance after giving birth. They are only advised to do simple mobilization without planned guidance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of early exercise against uterine involution (fundus and lochea). Methods: The research used quasi experimental (pre-post test non equivalent control group design). It was conducted from January to June 2019. The samples were 40 respondents spontaneous primiparous postpartum mother. The study was started by 1) divided the samples into control group and treatment group, 2) measured the fundus and lochea, 3) provided early exercise on treatment group, 4) re-measured fundus and lochea in both groups, 5) analyzed the effectiveness of early exercise to fundus and lochea expenditure decrease. The data analysis used Mann Whitney with α = 0.05. Results: The results showed p-value of 0.000 (fundus) and 0.001 (lochea). Conclusion: Early exercise is effective in accelerating decrease in fundus and lochea expenditure as it helps blood circulation to the uterine, which causes the uterus to contract well. This disease is highly contagious, transmitted by viruses through droplets. Undeveloped immunity and low immunization coverage make it potentially epidemic. According to the 2016 Health Profile of Magetan Regency, measles cases were ranked first. Indonesia is committed to achieve the elimination of measles in 2020, with strategies such as the Measles Rubella vaccine campaign for children between 9 months-15 years. The research purpose was to analyze the factor of measles after the 2017 measles rubella vaccine campaign in Magetan Regency. This research used retrospective case control research design, the case sample was all the measles patients after the MR vaccine campaign until July 2018, as many as 16. The control sample was a part of the Magetan Regency population who did not suffer measles, as many as 64, determined with a ratio of 1:4. The research variables were immunization status, gender, exclusive breastfeeding, patient contact history, and knowledge of measles. The results showed that there is an effect of immunization status on the incidence of measles. The probability of someone who was not immunized is 81% for measles infection compared to those who are immunized. There is no influence of gender, exclusive breastfeeding, patient contact history, and knowledge of measles on the incidence of measles. Conclusion: immunization factor is the dominant factor that influence the incidence of measles. Since the mid-20th century, the role of food additives, particularly preservatives are becoming increasingly important in line with advances in production technology of synthetic BTP (food additives). The use of BTP often adverse effects on health. Some of the causes were the use of non-organic materials due to economic reasons. The lower public's knowledge about quality and safety of food led to rampant cases of food poisoning. This compounded with various kinds of food additives (BTP) are derived from chemical products and its derivatives. Cracker was one of snack that much-loved by the majority of Indonesian people. On making of Crackers both the traditional and the modern are often added borax as a food additive that was felt to be more savory crackers and crunchy. This research aimed to examine the influence of counseling with audio-visual method on the improvement of knowledge and attitude of use borax on making gendar crackers family households in Kategan, Patalan, Jetis, Bantul, Special Region of Yogyakarta Province. Methods: This research used quasi experiment type with the design of one group pretest - posttest. The samples were housewives in the Kategan, Patalan, Jetis, Bantul. Results: There was a difference of housewife’s knowledge in Kategan on the use of borax on making gendar crackers between before and after counseling with audio-visual methods which seen by a mean value of 6.64 pre-test and 6.92 for post-test average with -1.238 as mean difference.
