The causes include lack of implementation of consequent religion, lack of supervision of adolescents, lack of moral understanding in adolescent relationships and the influence of external cultural norms. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Self Control and Religiosity on adolescent free sex. Method: This study used Analitic Design with Cross Sectional approach. The sample in this study were some teenagers in Kawung I Middle School and Surabaya MTsN I, the sample size is 260 students, with the Propotional Stratifield Sampling technique. Data collection instrument using questionnaire, the independent variable is Self control and Religiosity, the dependent variable is free sex, with the analysis of Linear Regression test. Results: Self control affects the knowledge of young women about free sex, the value of p = 006, affects the attitude with a value of p = 0.007 and influences the practice of adolescent free sex, with a value of p = 0.011. Religiosity affects the knowledge of young women about free sex, the value of p = 001, influences attitudes with p = 0,000 and influences the practice of adolescent free sex. with a value of p = 0.019 Conclusion: Self control and Religiosity significantly influence adolescent free sex. The higher the coverage of childbirth by health workers, the lower the risk of death, therefore the goal of health development, one of which is to significantly increase the number of pregnant women who get examined and give birth assisted by health workers. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of education, employment, family support, affordability of access to health facilities (transportation), socio-cultural relations with the selection of birth assistance in the work area of Lede Health Center. This type of research was an observational study with a cross-sectional approach. The subjects were all mothers with childbirth in the work area of Lede Health Center, Lede. Regency, North Maluku, from January to June 2018 as many as 61 people. The results of this study indicate that there was a relationship between education and the selection of childbirth assistance (p-value = 0.000), there was a relationship between work and the selection of childbirth assistance (p-value = 0.000), there was a relationship between family support and the selection of childbirth assistance (p-value = 0.009), there was a relationship between access to health services and the selection of childbirth assistance (p-value = 0.028), there was no relationship between social culture and the selection of childbirth assistance (p-value = 0.246). Breast cancer (carcinoma mammae) is a condition in which cells have lost control and normal mechanisms, resulting in abnormal growth, rapid and uncontrolled that occurs in breast tissue. The only effective way to detect breast cancer early to date is only to detect as early as possible on the possibility of this disease, namely by doing Breast Self-Examination (BSE). This action is very important because almost 85% of breast lumps are found by the sufferers themselves. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge, attitudes and motivation towards breast self-examination (BSE) in high school 9 Makassar students. This type of research was observational research with a cross sectional approach, using a sample of 182 class XI and XII students. The results of this study indicate there was no relationship between the level of knowledge of students with breast self-examination (BSE) (p-value = 0.065), there was a relationship between the attitude of students with breast self-examination (BSE) (p-value = 0.000) and there was a relationship between student motivation with breast self-examination (BSE) (p-value = 0.000). Metamizole is a substance that is easily hydrolyzed in the precence of water and oxygen. To inhibit the hydrolysis of metamizole during sample preparation prior to HPLC analysis, sodium sulfite is added and its optimum concentration was investigated. The chromatographic system includes a RP C8(2) column (150x4.6 mm, 5 µm particle size) in conjunction with Photo Diode Array (PDA) detector. The optimal chromatographic condition was obtained using a mobile phase consisting of phosphate buffer 35mM pH 3.0: methanol (80:20), flowrate 1.0 ml/min, and 10 µl injection volume. The metamizole, thiamine and pyridoxine were detected at 275 nm and 361 nm for cyanocobalamin. The Hydrolysis of metamizole was successfully inhibited by adding solution containing 1.5 mg/mL sodium sulfite to solvent and 0.5 mg/mL sodium sulfite to mobile phase. The validation results indicate a good specificity and a linear detector responses with r>0.999. The accuracy (% recovery) for metamizole, thiamine and piridoxine were 100.26%; 99.09%; and 100.03%, respectively. The method yields good precision with RSD of metamizole, thiamine and pyridoxine were 2.0912%; 1.4489%; and 0.8418% respectively. In the robustness study, the small changes of mobile phase pH yielded unsymmetrical peaks and lower resolution. The validated method was successfully applied for simultaneous assay of metamizole, thiamine and pyridoxine in tablet. \u0000Keywords: validation; metamizole; thiamine; pyridoxine; hydrolysis of metamizole; HPLC","PeriodicalId":342787,"journal":{"name":"Aloha International Journal of Health Advancement (AIJHA)","volume":"103 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-07-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132358519","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
