Various BF<inf>4</inf><sup>−</sup> anion and water mixture with varying concentrations were simulated to understand the interactions and dynamics. In both liquids, water molecules tend to be isolated from each other in mixtures with more ions than water molecules. With the concentration of water in the mixture increase, the rotation bands and the bending bands of water are red shift from 487 to 575 cm<sup>−1</sup> and from 1635 to 1673 cm<sup>−1</sup> respectively, whereas the O-H stretch bands are blue shift from 3530 to 3443 cm<sup>−1</sup>, The trend of changes for mixture liquids containing approximately 75%of the water molecules is almost same as pure liquid water (3400 cm<sup>−1</sup>).In all cases, molecular motion becomes faster as the proportion of water increases, although there are some differences in the details of the translational and rotational motion.","PeriodicalId":342396,"journal":{"name":"2009 2nd IEEE International Conference on Computer Science and Information Technology","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-09-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115848577","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The HHT consists of empirical mode decomposition(EMD) and Hilbert-Huang spectrum(HHS). Firstly, the WPT decomposes the signal into a set of narrow band signals, then a series of Intrinsic Mode Functions(IMFs) can be obtained after application of the EMD. Whereafter, two kinds of screening processes are conducted on the first two IMFs of each narrow band signal to remove unrelated IMFs. Hilbert Transform(HT) is then employed to calculate the HHS, from which energy changes in mu-rhythm and beta-rhythm can be recognized clearly. Datasets I of BCI competition IV 2008 are analyzed. The results show that the proposed method has better discriminability than the traditional HHT among different states. The proposed algorithm has the potentiality to trace mu-rhythm and beta-rhythm changes, which paves a way for a more enhanced BCI performance.","PeriodicalId":342396,"journal":{"name":"2009 2nd IEEE International Conference on Computer Science and Information Technology","volume":"115 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-09-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132126601","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The decision for Sheffer functions is interrelated to the decision for completeness of functions set, and the solution can be reduced to determining the minimal coverings of precomplete. It's well known that each precomplete set is a function set, T(Gm) , preserving the relation Gm, therefore, the categorizing of this relation has provided the determination of precomplete set's minimal covering with more convenient ways. In this paper, preserving quaternary regularly separable relations in partial four-valued logic are categorized by similar relation.","PeriodicalId":342396,"journal":{"name":"2009 2nd IEEE International Conference on Computer Science and Information Technology","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-09-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130476349","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

At present the main methods on design computing and verifying turning mechanism have still been the planar graphing and analysis method, thus the design cycle is long and the computation precision is low, therefore it is very great significance to optimal design on the turning mechanism. Considered the boundary and performance constraints, the objective function is specified to minimize the sum of squares of relative error between actual angle and expectant angle of internal steering wheel, thus optimization model of vehicle turning mechanism is created. Global algorithms are known for their slower convergence to the true global optimum once the optimum region is found. This drawback of the genetic algorithm can be overcome by combining it with local gradient-based algorithms, which are known for their faster convergence. This hybrid approach improves the efficiency of the algorithm and also avoids the need to specify a good initial point for the derivative-based methods. The hybrid genetic algorithm and neural network method are developed in this paper, and the nonsmooth problems are solved effectively.","PeriodicalId":342396,"journal":{"name":"2009 2nd IEEE International Conference on Computer Science and Information Technology","volume":"27 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-09-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134035626","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, occasionally such simple structure does not extend across an entire database and might be confined more locally within subsets of the data. Nonparametric regression normally involves local averaging. In this study, local averaging estimator is coupled with a machine learning technique - Rotation Forest. In more detail, we propose a technique of local rotation forest of decision stumps. We performed a comparison with other well known methods and ensembles, on standard benchmark datasets and the performance of the proposed technique was greater in most cases.","PeriodicalId":342396,"journal":{"name":"2009 2nd IEEE International Conference on Computer Science and Information Technology","volume":"15 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2009-09-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125243370","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
