The purpose of the study was to know how the West Java Dispusipda Library service strategy during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research focus on how the library manage direct service strategy, how to manage Candil digital library services, and Makan Jengkol book delivery service. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection techniques interview, observation, documentation, and literature study. Interviews were conducted on two informants. Data analysis consists of data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results showed that direct services at the West Java Dispusipda Library were carried out by implementing health protocols and special rules, as well as open and closed services. Candil digital library services is application-based digital libraries that provide almost 13000 books. It can be downloaded on Playstore or Appstore for free. The Makan Jengkol Service is a book borrowing and returning service which provides 150 book titles. It can be used by utilizing Grabexpress. The design is a mixed method with the Triangulation Design procedure: Validating Quantitative Data Model. In this model, researchers will collect quantitative data and qualitative data. The next stage is to carry out further analysis by validating the results of quantitative analysis using qualitative results. The population in the study were all lecturers at Lambung Mangkurat University. The sample to determine the effectiveness of the role of librarians in research, namely 100 lecturers. Data were collected by filling out a questionnaire to answer all problem formulations. Also supported by interviewing lecturers to validate the results of filling out a questionnaire about the role of the librarian as a place to find library sources for research. The results of this study is that 54.49% of researchers agree that librarians are effective as friends in finding sources of literature for research. 33.91% of researchers strongly agree. While a small proportion of researchers, namely 0.87% and 0.58%, respectively, stated that they disagreed and disagreed with the statement. Libraries should provide the best services to the users or what is often called as excellent services. The excellent service really needs to be supported by the high performance of the librarian. So the users can feel satisfaction from the service thet get. This study aims to determine the level of the user’s satisfaction to the librarian’s performance in Perpustakaan Daerah Kabupaten Sukabumi and whether users have experienced unfavourable treatment due to the librarian’s attitude. The method used in this research is quantitative survey research. The data was collected was through filling out the google form questionnaire. The sample of this research is 40 users who are a registered users in Perpustakaan Daerah Kabupaten Sukabumi. This paper is based on the implementation of policies and development processes as a whole on a digital library collection with a real qualitative approach to the actions of each activity process. The purpose of this research is to describe the diagram results regarding the processes and results of digital collection policies. The results obtained from this research are, the category of implementation of the digital collection development policy of the State Polytechnic Library of Malang which is divided into 4 policies, namely: the development policy for mapping the sub-discipline of collection science, the policy on the structure of the collection development team, the policy on the implementation time period and the policy on the source of the collection digital. The next results regarding the process of developing a digital collection of the Malang State Polytechnic library are divided into 5 processes, namely: community analysis, selection policies, acquisition, weeding and collection evaluation. Library collections are tailored to the needs of visitors, library types, and agency policies. The university library must have an adequate collection of both the number of titles and the number of copies. The collection is sufficient to support the implementation of education, research, and community service. In order for the development of a focused collection, a collection development policy is needed. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This approach is used to describe the collection development that has been carried out by the library of UIN Raden Fatah Palembang along with the obstacles faced, as well as to collect data to make a written collection development policy. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The findings in this study are that so far the UPT Library of UIN Raden Fatah has only carried out collection development activities by practice, but there is no collection development policy that will be used as a guide in carrying out collection development activities. This study aims to identify trends in VRS in some libraries in the Java Island. This research is a qualitative study using descriptive analysis presented as a percentage, then elaborated again with narration or description associated with the field and theory. Using purposive sampling technique, selected 12 libraries to be analyzed on the website. The sample consists of public libraries and special libraries. The results form 12 library samples found to bring trends in the form of presenting referral services if sorted from the most used by the library are email (91%), web forms (75%), chat references (67%), and SMS (8%). Both email and web form used for VSR is using the library's public email. Chat references available on the web library use the Tawk Live Chat App, add on Dalet Galaxy, Whatsapp and Line. VRS in SMS form is only used by the National Library. Email is the most common format used as a communication tool in VRS followed by web forms, chat references and SMS. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach and bibliometric studies with citation analysis and literary life half-life. The object of analysis in this research is 166 scientific articles published in the journal Agromast published in 2018-2019. The results showed that: 1) types of reference sources or information materials used as references for students in writing scientific papers were dominated by types of references in the form of books (74.90%) and scientific articles (16.10%). 2) The half-life age of the literature cited in the journal Argomast as a whole from 2018 to 2019 is 8 years. 75.59% of the literature that is considered up-to-date or obsolete, while the literature that is considered current is 28.15%. The results of this study are the potential of the tourist attraction of Grhatama Pustaka Yogyakarta as a place of recreation based on the perspective of the visitors in uniqueness, which cannot be found anywhere else. The conclusion of this research is Grhatama Pustaka Yogyakarta is interesting to visit because it is unique so it has the potential to become a tourist attraction. However, at this time the function of Grhatama Pustaka Yogyakarta is still not yet optimal as a recreation place. This research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection used interview, observation and documentation methods. The results of the study showed that there are two sources of information about the rejang tribe, the first, information sources based on library materials, including printed and non-printed works. Printed works consist of books, serials, activity reports, etc., while non-printed works are recorded media in the form of audio-visual media. The second, information sources based on cultural elements include art, technological systems and equipment, community organization systems, languages, livelihood systems and economic systems, knowledge systems, and religious systems. Rejang corner service occupies one of the rooms on the 1st floor of the IAIN Curup Library.
