This study This study used a qualitative approach using the case study method. One interesting thing to do is that in the management activities of stored information various kinds of documents result from various activities of the academic community. Documents and information held by the Information Technology Faculty are divided into 2 groups. The first group is an archival document and the second group is a library document. This research focuses on managing library documents. In implementing this management and information organization activities, the SWCU Information Technology Faculty formed a task force under the name of the Center for Documentation and Scientific Information. The main task of the task unit is to plan, carry out and make reports on the implementation of tasks. The results of this study that the organization and retrieval of information and documents using the information system diagramming framework introduced by Doyle. The problem raised is how digital service in college libraries, how digital service in the library of IAIN Curup is and what problems are found in the field. This research method was carried out by analyzing the data qualitatively then giving an interpretation related to the existing concept. Data managed by the authors was one of the results of field observations and direct interviews with librarians related to the digital service of the library of IAIN Curup. The results found that many elements must be fulfilled by the library of IAIN Curup to build digital service. One way to find out the success of a program is to do an assessment. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of user education that has been implemented in the Library of the Faculty of Engineering UGM. CIPP Model (Context, Input, Process & Product) used for evalution with a qualitative approach. Research subjects were members of the UGM Faculty of Engineering who had attended user education programs and library management team. Data collection is done with documentation, interviews, and observations. The results showed (1) the Context evaluation was good, there was a match between the program with the vision and mission of the institution, (2) Evaluation of inputs was good, supporting facilities and facilities were adequate, (3) Process evaluation was sufficient, the implementation schedule needed to be improved, ( 4) Evaluation of the product is good, there is a certificate as a sign of following the activity by achieving the competency that has been set. The factors that support the implementation of the program are competency of human resources, communication, adequate facilities and infrastructure, and good cooperation with stakeholders. The factors that hinder the program are the schedule of activities that are not yet routine, those responsible for the program cannot be delegated to other people, there is no analysis of student needs, and there is no written policy on this program. Seperti halnya sistem informasi penelusuran informasi (Integrated Library Information System) IBRA yang dapat membantu pemustaka mencari informasi yang dibutuhkan. Penelitian berjudul Evaluasi Kinerja (Integrated Library Information System) IBRA sebagai Sarana Temu Kembali Informasi di SD Muhammadiyah Sapen ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan 6 kreteria evaluasi temu kembali informasi menurut Salton dan McGill yang dikutip oleh Chownhulury, yaitu covererage of the collection (Cakupan Koleksi), precesion, Respon Time’s, (rentan waktu), Effort atau upaya pengguna, covererage of the collection ( Cakupan Koleksi), Penyajian data. Hasil penelitian Tingkat keefktifan kinerja IBRA dan proses mengunakan pendekatan subjek dan judul hasil menunujukan bahwa nilai precision memiliki nilai efektif. Sistem tidak menampilkan waktu perolehan data, Sedangkan dalam segi upaya pengguna dalam penggunaan IBRA masih kurang, tidak ditemukannya menu help. Selain itu Tampilan sistem temu kembali perpustakaan SD Muhammadiyah Sapen cukup menarik, sehingga penguna akan merasa senang dan nyaman ketika memggunakan OPAC. Cakupan koleksi yang ditampilkan IBRA cukup lengkap lengkap. Terdapat pdf, tampilan sampul, data bibliografi. Analisis secara mendalam menunjukkan bahwa materi-materi pelajaran kurikulum terbaru tidak jauh berbeda dengan kurikulum sebelumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun tabel pokok bahasan pada beberapa mata pelajaran sesuai Kurikulum 2013 (revisi 2016) jenjang Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA)/sederajat. The type of this research is descriptive analysis research. The population of this research is the civitas academic of State Islamic University of Curup in 2017. The process of analysis is done by laying down descriptive concepts so that it could create a formula that can be used to measure the needs of library materials. The minimum amount of library material for the State Islamic University of Curup is 38,516 titles.
