PT. Udaka Indonesia, a clothing manufacturer, is experiencing raw material shortages that disrupt the company's production process. The goal of this research is to assess and segment the company's suppliers. The Best Worst Method (BWM) is employed for weighting criteria, and Fuzzy TOPSIS is used to rank alternative providers and subsequently segment them. The dimensions of capabilities (8 criteria with 26 sub-criteria) and willingness (4 criteria with 15 sub-criteria) make up the company's supplier evaluation criteria. The evaluation results suggest that suppliers A2, B2, C2, and D2 are the best in terms of capabilities for label accessories, stickers, paper tags, and polybags, respectively, while A1, B2, C2, and D2 are the best in terms of willingness. Supplier segmentation results show that segmentation 1 includes suppliers C1, B1, B3, and D1, segmentation 2 includes supplier A3, and segmentation 4 includes suppliers A1, A2, B2, B4, C2, and D2. Furthermore, this research will process the 3D design into a 3D engraving object with a relief cutting process using a G-Weike WK1212 CNC router machine. Using the image luminosity grascaling technique, the color composition value is obtained to change the grayscale color image by 33% red, 59% green and 11% blue with a luminosity value of 35% or 89 from the range of luminosity grayscale levels 0 255. These results are further increased by 50% to 172 or 67% of the range of grayscale luminosity levels L[0, 255] so that it will be at the ideal luminosity value for the relief cutting process. Using a luminosity value of 172 from a grayscale image, the actual depth value is 1.82mm from a total depth of 3mm, which of course the relief pattern will look good.","PeriodicalId":34167,"journal":{"name":"OPSI","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"49188631","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Even though the amount is abundant, its utilization is still not widespread, such as to be used as clean water or drinking water. The use of adsorbents aims to adsorb impurities in the fluid. The adsorption column that is widely used is in the form of a fixed-bed column with messy stacked filling. This makes it difficult to clean and fill the adsorbent, besides the irregular pile of adsorbents will hinder the flow process of the purified fluid. The research product is a circulating portable adsorption column design consisting of 3 parts, namely: top distributor, packing bed, and bottom collector. The principle of the three parts is like a puzzle where the number of packing beds can be adjusted according to the purification needs. The three parts are connected with threads so that they can be disassembled as desired. It is hoped that this product can meet the needs of adsorption-based purification that is easy, inexpensive, and can be customized according to various types of adsorbents. The design of this product can be duplicated for other adsorption purification processes, such as purification of bioethanol, wastewater, and biodiesel.","PeriodicalId":34167,"journal":{"name":"OPSI","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48743467","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The company focuses on paving production. Where there is a problem with paving printing machines in carrying out production, there are many productions that do not reach the target or the production process does not run optimally. The purpose of this study is to find out the performance of paving molding machines, especially in the components that most often experience damage to paving molding machines. Based on historical data on machine damage, a paving molding machine is a machine that has had the highest frequency of damage for 5 years, because this machine operates continuously to meet production targets and paving demand from customers. Reliability and Risk Centered Maintenance (RRCM) methods to be used to analyze a historical engine malfunction. The results obtained in the form of 7 proposed maintenance tasks are 2 scheduled on-condition tasks, 3 scheduled restoration tasks, 2 scheduled waste tasks. In addition, the average maintenance time interval for pillow blocks is 7 months, iron molding is 11 months, and chain is 4 months. The total cost of proposed maintenance is lower than IDR 52,938,750 or 41.7% compared to the existing maintenance cost of PT. XYZ. The development of this research is to increase the application of RCM as a basis for maintaining the balance between preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance while optimizing maintenance costs to improve engine reliability by considering risk factors as an analysis.","PeriodicalId":34167,"journal":{"name":"OPSI","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"49044820","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The joint warehouse owned by the Chickenpedia Restaurant which has to supply various types of raw materials to the three restaurant branches often experiences stock outs and has to make emergency orders resulting in losses. For this reason, it is necessary to control the inventory of raw materials in the shared warehouse so that stock outs can be overcome and losses that arise can be minimized. One of them is by using the Continuous Review method. By using this method, the optimal order quantity and reorder point will be obtained. The weakness is iterative calculation and monitoring of raw material stock manually. For this reason, it is necessary to support an information system to speed up and make it easier to calculate when to place an order and how many orders of raw materials to suppliers so as to reduce the occurrence of running out of raw materials. The Information System can also monitor the stock of raw materials every day in real time based on the number of incoming and outgoing goods that enter the application.","PeriodicalId":34167,"journal":{"name":"OPSI","volume":" ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"48832242","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Raw materials are part of the finished product and can be identified to the finished product. One of the methods used to plan raw material control is to use dynamic programming methods. Before performing calculations with dynamic programming, it is necessary to forecast the use of raw materials for the next one-year period. Dynamic program calculations can be done by making mathematical models, and determining the objective, constraint, and recursive function of the problem. This study aims to determine the raw material requirements of copper wire needed for production in the 2021 period.
