Salah satunya tanaman insulin (Smallanthus soncifolius). Tanaman insulin memiliki kandungan senyawa kimia yang berkhasiat bagi kesehatan tubuh (Amanatie et al., 2015). Antara lain flavonoid dan fenol, yang bertanggungjawab terhadap aktivitas antibakteri pada bakteri Staphylocpcus aureus dengan diameter zona hambat sebesar 2,528 mm pada konsentrasi 15% (Ramonah et al., 2020). Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui kadar total flavonoid dan fenolik dari fraksi air, etil asetat dan n-heksan pada daun insulin. Metode penetapan kadar flavonoid dan fenolik total menggunakan spektrofotometri UV-Vis pada panjang gelombang 350-500nm untuk senyawa flavonoid dan 760nm untuk senyawa fenolik serta operating time pada 0 sampai 60 menit. Baku pembanding yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu asam galat sebagai baku penetapan kadar fenolik dan kuersetin sebagai baku penetapan kadar flavonoid total. Hasil penelitian diperoleh kadar fenolik pada fraksi n-heksan sebesar 0,45975 mgGAE/100ml, etil asetat  sebesar 0,716428 mgGAE/100ml dan fraksi air sebesar 0,37866 mgGAE/100ml dengan. Kadar flavonoid total dari fraksi etil asetat, sebesar 4,20964 % mgQE/100ml, fraksi n-Heksan yaitu 4,02734% mgQE/100ml dan fraksi air yaitu 3,66276 mgQE/100ml. VCO Oil can be used in various methods, namely heating method, acidification method, and fishing method. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of VCO made by salting methods with variations in the amount of salt and the time of salting. In research, VCO oil is made by using variations in the salting time, namely 24, 36 and 48 hours and variations n the 1, 2 and 3 grams. The VCO oil obtained will then be subjected to organoleptic tests, free fatty acids, water content and pH tests. Flavonoid adalah senyawa metabolit sekunder yang \u0000bertanggung jawab terhadap aktifitas tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk \u0000menghitung kandungan total flavonoid ekstrak daun jarak pagar, serta \u0000mengidentifikasi kandungan alkaloid, terpenoid, saponin, flavonoid, dan tanin yang \u0000terdapat pada ekstrak daun jarak pagar. Uji skrining fitokimia pada penelitian ini \u0000dilakukan dengan penambahan reagen dan dilakukan pengamatan terhadap perubahan \u0000warna yang terjadi. Penetapan kadar dilakukan dengan metode spektrofotometri UVVis menggunakan reagen AlCl3, dengan baku pembanding yaitu quersetin. Identifikasi \u0000senyawa ekstrak daun jarak pagar pada penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil positif \u0000saponin, terpenoid, flavonoid, tanin, dan alkaloid. Konsentrasi flavonoid total ekstrak \u0000didapatkan sebesar 1,649706 mgQE/g, dengan %KV 0,021909%. One aspect that needs attention in this Good Medical Devices Distribution Method is the medical device storage system. This study aims to evaluate the suitability of the medical device storage system at one of the Pharmaceutical Wholesalers in the city of Bandung with the existing regulations. The research was done started from the making of Papuan red fruit oil, extraction and bioactive component analysis (total tocopherol and betacaroten) using spectrophotometry. The result shows that waste from Papuan red fruit oil process contains high amount of yield at 20 minutes extraction time with total carotenoid 20, 23 ppm and tocopherol absorbance 1.04. Fukoidan memiliki kemampuan permeasi ke dalam sel yang buruk apabila diberikan melalui rute peroral sehingga bioavaibilitasnya buruk. Modifikasi sistem penghantaran obat untuk meningkatkan bioavaibilitas fukoidan di dalam tubuh perlu dilakukan, salah satunya dengan sistem penghantaran obat nanopartikel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh natrium alginat dan kalsium klorida sebagai agen sambung silang pada karakteristik fisik nanopartikel ekstrak terpurifikasi fukoidan dari rumput laut cokelat (Sargassum polycystum), serta untuk mengetahui perbandingan optimum natrium alginat dan kalsium klorida yang dapat menghasilkan nanopartikel ekstrak terpurifikasi fukoidan dari rumput laut cokelat (Sargassum polycystum). Nanopartikel ekstrak fukoidan dibuat dengan metode gelasi ionik dengan perbandingan penggunaan natrium alginat 0,1% dan kalsium klorida 0,01% 2:8; 3,5:6,5; 5:5; 6,5:3,5 dan 8:2. Evaluasi sediaan meliputi uji pH, transmitan, efisiensi penjerapan sebagai parameter optimasi, uji ukuran partikel, distribusi ukuran partikel, uji indeks polidispersitas dan zeta potensial dilakukan padaformula optimal. Serta uji validitas dengan menggunakan T-Test untuk validasi persamaan hasil optimasi. Hasil Design Expert 10.0.1 menunjukkan bahwa formula optimum dengan perbandingan penggunaan natrium alginat 0,1% dan kalsium klorida (CaCl2) 0,01% 6,577:3,423. Hasil prediksi yang didapatkan pH 6,531, transmitan 99,026%, efisiensi penjerapan 99,176% dengan nilai desirability 0,812. Hasil uji one sample T-test untuk respon pH p=0,289, transmitan p=0,660 dan efisiensi penjerapan p=0,488, menunjukkan bahwa hasil prediksi Design Expert berbeda tidak signifikan (p>0,05) dengan hasil penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil uji one sampleT-test tersebut menunjukkan bahwa persamaan masing-masing parameter optimasi adalah valid. The people of North Sulawesi (Mongondow and Minahasa tribes) usually use this plant empirically to cure various diseases such as diabetes and diarrhea (Simbala, 2006). This study aims to determine the results of the standardization of specific parameter tests. The research method used organoleptic test procedures, soluble compound tests, chemical extract tests, and total flavonoid tests. The results showed that the extract produced was viscous, dark brown in color, bitter in taste, and had a characteristic odor. The content of compounds dissolved in water is 5,928%, while the levels of compounds dissolved in ethanol are 11,11%. Contains secondary metabolites in the form of alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, tannins, quinones, and triterpenoids. Pemanfaatan yang paling umum dalam kehidupan keseharian dari bawang merah adalah sebagai bumbu masakan. Bawang merah memiliki potensi sebagai bahan baku obat tradisional karena kandungan kimianya. Kandungan kimia dari berbagai ekstrak bawang merah diantaranya adalah quersetin, flavonoid, saponin, tanin, glikosida, polifenol dan alkaloid. Berbagai tipe pelarut seperti aquadest, etanol 80 dan 96%, serta methanol digunakan untuk menyari zat aktif dari bawang merah. Berbagai macam ekstrak dengan pelarut yang berbeda terbukti memiliki aktivitas antibakteri dengan terbentuknya zona hambat yang jernih pada area sekitar pengujian. Berbagai macam bakteri yang mampu dihambat pertumbuhannya oleh ekstrak bawang merah adalah Propionibacterium acne,  Staphylococcus aureus,  Staphylococcus epidermidis, Streptococcus mutans Salmonella thypi dan Eschericia coli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengendalian persediaan obat pada Puskesmas Teling Atas. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan pengambilan data secara retrospektif. Data primer diperoleh dari hasil wawancara kepada petugas pengelola obat dan kepala gudang farmasi dan data sekunder diperoleh dari bagian ruang farmasi berupa dokumen Laporan Pemakaian dan Lembar Permintaan Obat (LPLPO) dari bulan Januari sampai Desember 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Puskesmas Teling Atas telah memiliki format penentuan buffer stock dan sudah menyediakan buffer stock untuk mencegah kekosongan maupun kelebihan obat, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengendalian persediaan obat pada Puskesmas Teling Atas sudah cukup terkendali. Ketidaksesuaian biaya rumah sakit (RS) dan tarif INA-CBGs (Indonesian-Case Base Groups) sering terjadi di RS. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan biaya RS dengan tarif INA-CBGs pada penyakit stroke iskemik rawat inap pasien Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN). Penelitian menggunakan metode observasional analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara retrospektif yaitu pasien stroke iskemik dengan kode INA-CBGs G-4-14-I, G-4-14-II, G-4-14-III. Rata-rata biaya pada 145 pasien stroke iskemik rawat inap kelas 1, 2 dan 3 masing-masing sebesar Rp4.172.335,33, Rp5.648.183,94, Rp4.698.423,41. Tarif INA-CBGs dibandingkan biaya RS memiliki selisih positif pada kelas 1, 2 dan 3 dengan tingkat keparahan I dan II, namun selisih negatif terjadi pada kelas 3 tingkat keparahan III.
