O rganizational commitment consist of 3 dimensions : affective commitment, normative organization, and continuance commitment. Standard instrument that used to measure the 3 dimension of organizational commitment is the aspect of organizational commitment from Allen and Meyer (1990). The objective of this research is to test the construct validity of the instrument. The data of this research collected from 216 high school teachers in Bekasi. Confirmatory factor analysis method was used with LISREL 8.70. The results showed that all 24 item s is unidimensional. That means, all the items just measure one factor, so the one factor model that have been theorized by Allen and Meyer (1990) can be accepted. Abstrak K omitmen organisasi merupakan suatu konstruk psikologis yang merupakan karakteristik hubungan anggota dengan organisasinya dan memiliki implikasi terhadap keputusan individu untuk melanjutkan keanggotaannya dalam berorganisasi (Meyer dan Allen, 1991). Terdapat tiga dimesi dari komitmen organisasi yaitu, komitmen afektif, komitmen normatif dan komitmen kontinuitas. Instrumen baku yang digunakan untuk mengukur tiga dimensi komitmen organisasi yang dibuat menggunakan aspek komitmen organisasi dari Allen dan Meyer (199 0 ) . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji validitas kostruk instrumen tersebut. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari guru SMA Negeri di Bekasi yang berjumlah 216 orang. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengujinya adalah analisis faktor konfirmatorik menggunakan software LISREL 8.70. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh item yang berjumlah 24 item bersifat unidimensional. Artinya seluruh item hanya mengukur satu faktor saja sehingga model satu faktor yang diteorikan oleh Allen dan Meyer (199 0 ) dapat diterima. {"title":"Aplikasi Model Rasch Untuk Validasi Instrumen Pengukuran Fundamentalisme Agama Bagi Responden Muslim","authors":"S. Altemeyer and Hunsberger (1992) said that fundamentalism refers to the attitude toward religious beliefs. The sub dimentions of fundamentalism based on: (a) The attitude toward belief that religion including all matters and never be wrong; (b) The attitude toward belief in opposing forces and must be resisted; and (c) The attitude toward belief that religious truth is absolute and does not need to be contextualized. The data was collected from 113 Muslim students in Yogyakarta. Result of analyzis shows a good instrument’s reliability index (α = 0,85), respondent’s reliability (α=0,82), and item’s reliability (α=0,97). Generally, this instrument can explain 41,8% variances in the respondents. Based on these findings, the religious fundamentalism among Muslim can be assessed by this instrument. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memvalidasi instrumen fundamentalisme agama yang dikembangkan untuk respoden Muslim dengan memakai model Rasch. Fundamentalisme mengarah pada sikap terhadap keyakinan agama. Sub dimensi dari fundamentalisme didasari oleh: (a) sikap terhadap keyakinan bahwa agama mencakup semua hal dan tidak pernah keliru; (b) sikap terhadap keyakinan bahwa terdapat hal yang berlawanan dan harus ditolak; and (c) sikap terhadap keyakinan bahwa kebenaran agama bersifat absolut dan tidak perlu untuk dijadikan kontekstual. Data diperoleh dari 113 siswa Muslim di Yogyakarta. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan indeks reliabilitas instrumen (α = 0,85), reliabilitas responden (α=0,82), dan realibitas item ( α=0,97). Secara umum, instrumen ini bisa menjelaskan 41,8% varians dalam responden. Berdasarkan temuan ini, fundamentalisme agama di antara Muslim dapat dinilai dengan menggunakan instrumen ini. Self-esteem inventory is a standard measurement instrument used to measure the 3 dimensions of self-esteem that developed by Michinton (1993). The purpose of this research is to test the construct validity of the instrument. The data of this research collected from 208 smartphone users that have been using smartphone for more than a year. Method that used to test this research is confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) with LISREL 8.70. The results showed that all the item s that consist of 25 item s is undimensional. That means, all the item s just measure one factor model that has been theorized by Self-esteem Inventory can be accepted. Abstrak Self-esteem adalah suatu cerminan sifat manusia dalam ilmu psikologi untuk melihat bagaimana seseorang menentukan perilakunya yang tersusun dalam tiga buah dimensi yaitu perasaan mengenai diri sendiri, perasaan mengenai orang lain dan hubungan dengan orang lain. Self-esteem Inventory merupakan instrumen pengukuran baku yang digunakan untuk mengukur tiga dimensi self-esteem yang dikembangkan oleh Michinton (1993). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji validitas kostruk instrumen tersebut. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari pengguna smartphone yang sudah menggunakan smartphone - nya leb i h dari 1 tahun yang berjumlah 208 orang. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengujinya adalah confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) menggunakan software LISREL 8.70. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bawa seluruh item yang berjumlah 25 item bersifat unidimensional. Artinya seluruh item hanya mengukur satu faktor saja sehingga model satu faktor yang diteorikan dalam Self-esteem Inventory dapat diterima. The purpose of this research was to test the construct validity of the instrument of moral disengagement that developed by Hymel et al. (2005). The sample of this research was teenagers that actively used the internet, such as social media. Analysis method used to test this construct is Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) using LISREL 8.80 software. The result of this study showed that all of the item s which were tested, only one item is not unidimensional. Meaning of the 18 items which were proposed, 17 item s measure only a factor. Abstrak Pelanggaran moral dapat menjadi landasan seseorang dalam melakukan perbuatan yang tidak manusiawi dan melanggar moral. School is a secondary education environment for adolescents after the family environment. In school, teenagers are always faced with the assessment of the success of both teachers and teachers, both the success of the exam and schoolwork to know the progress of the level of achievement study. Measurement of learning outcomes tends to be quantitative, because the symbol of numbers or scores to determine the overall quality of student academic performance. This makes students competing, depressed and have a must in achieving high scores so that not infrequently the students do dishonest or cheat to achieve high score. One factor that is thought to lead to cheating behavior is self-efficacy. This research moved from the phenomenon of cheating behavior in junior high school students. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is influence between self-efficacy and cheating behavior on students of Madrasah Pembangunan UIN Jakarta. Logistic regression models are used when all variables are categorical. Appropriate models are obtained after parameter estimation, significance test, and model fit test. In this study logistic regression model is used to determine the influence of Cheating Behavior , Self Efficacy , Class, Gender, Social Status and Religiuity. A sample of 128 people using two stage cluster sampling. Based on the analysis of logistic regression model concluded that the value of chi-square model of 63.1 and significance of 0.000, it shows that there is significant increase with the addition of self efficacy variable model, gender and religiuity to cheat behavior Abstrak Masa remaja merupakan masa belajar. Sekolah merupakan lingkungan pendidikan sekunder bagi remaja setelah lingkungan keluarga. Di sekolah, remaja selalu dihadapkan pada situasi penilaian keberhasilan dari guru maupun ternan, baik dalam ujian maupun tugas sekolah. Pengukuran hasil belajar cenderung bersifat kuantitatif, lantaran simbol angka atau skor untuk menetukan kualitas prestasi akademik siswa. Hal ini membuat siswa berlomba -lomba, tertekan dan memiliki keharusan dalam meraih nilai yang tinggi sehingga tidak jarang siswa melakukan tindakan tidak jujur atau menyontek untuk meraih nilai tinggi. Salah satu faktor yang diduga dapat menimbulkan perilaku menyontek adalah self-efficacy (keyakinan dalam diri). Penelitian ini beranjak dari adanya fenomena perilaku menyontek pada siswa SMP. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh antara self-efficacy dengan perilaku menyontek pada siswa siswi Madrasah Pembangunan UIN Jakarta. Model regresi logistik digunakan saat semu variabel berbentuk kategorik. Model yang sesuai diperoleh setelah dilakukan panaksiran parameter, uji signifikansi, dan uji kecocokan model. The sampling technique is non probability sampling. A total of 263 adolescents aged 15 years to 19 years with the criteria of high school students who live in Malang, East Java and have got balanced nutrition education program be sample of this study. The results of this study show significant influence of personality extraversion, personality agreeableness, personality conscientiousness, personality neuroticism, personality openness to experiences of big five personality , healthy life behavior, and body mass index (IMT) on intuitive eating in high school students in Malang regency. (R-square = 0.066, sig = 0.032). Hypothesis test results show that neuroticism of big five personality and body mass index (IMT) have significant influence to intuitive eating. Abstrak Intuitive eating adalah suatu bentuk perilaku makan yang ditandai dengan hubungan yang kuat pada isyarat-isyarat fisiologis dari rasa lapar dan kenyang, dengan memperhatikan jumlah kebutuhan tubuh dan jenis makanan yang harus dimakan untuk menjaga kesehatan gizi dan bentuk tubuh. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling . Sebanyak 263 remaja berusia 15 tahun sampai dengan 19 tahun dengan kriteria siswa SMA yang berdomisili di Kabupaten Malang, Jawa Timur. Dan sudah mendapat program pendidikan gizi seimbang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan personality extraversion , personality agreeableness , personality conscientiousness , personality neuroticism , personality openness to experiences dari big five personality , perilaku hidup sehat, dan indeks massa tubuh (IMT) terhadap intuitive eating pada siswa SMA di Kabupaten Malang. Religiosity consists of five dimensions, namely intellectual, ideology, public practice, private practice, and religious experience. This study aims to examine the validity of the construct of religious instruments. Data in this study were obtained from 209 students at SMAN 87 and SMK Tunas Pembangunan. The method used is confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) with software M Plus 7. The results of this study indicate that of the 33 items that exist, there are 2 items that are not valid. So there are 31 items that are unidimensional. The item measures only one factor. Abstrak Religiusitas menurut Huber dan Huber adalah pikiran dan keyakinan yang dimiliki seseorang untuk memandang dunia sehingga mempengaruhi pengalaman dan perilaku mereka dalam kehidupan sehari- hari. Religiusitas terdiri dari lima dimensi, yaitu intellectual , ideology , public practice , private practice , dan religious experience . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji validitas konstruk instrumen religiusitas. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari 209 siswa pada SMAN 87 dan SMK Tunas Pembangunan. Therefore, it is important for construction workers to have knowledge of the dangers and vulnerability that can occur. This study aims to determine the effect of trait big personality five and self-control against risk taking behavior in construction workers. Sample amounted to 213 construction workers taken by accidental sampling technique. Instruments used in this study there are three scales, namely scale DOSPERT (Domain Specific Risk Taking), scale of five inventory and scale of self-control scale. Test the validity of the measuring instrument using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) technique. While the data analysis using multiple regression techniques. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence of the trait of big five personality and self-control on risk taking behavior in construction workers. The amount of influence of all independent variables on risk taking behavior is 40.4%, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside this research. While the results of the analysis of the proportion of variance of each variable separately, found the largest contribution to risk taking behavior is neuroticism, agreeableness, openness to experience, conscientiousness of the big five personality trait, and self-control variables. This research will get better results when using a wider population, in order to obtain more diverse data and can compare with factors that have not been studied. Abstrak Sektor Konstruksi memiliki risiko timbulnya kecelakaan kerja yang tinggi dibanding dengan sektor tenaga kerja lain di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, penting sekali untuk para pekerja konstruksi memiliki pengetahuan tentang bahaya dan kecelekaan yang dapat terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh trait kepribadian big five dan self-control terhadap risk taking behaviour pada pekerja konstruksi. Sampel berjumlah 213 pekerja konstruksi yang diambil dengan teknik accidental sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdapat tiga skala, yaitu skala DOSPERT (Domain Specific Risk Taking), skala big five inventory dan skala self-control scale. Uji validitas alat ukur menggunakan teknik confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan teknik multiple regression. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan dari trait kepribadian big five dan self-control terhadap risk taking behaviour pada pekerja konstruksi. Besarnya pengaruh seluruh variabel independen terhadap risk taking behaviour adalah sebesar 40,4%, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini.
