Test was conducted on 120 workers in one of private company in Jakarta. Analysis method used in this study is Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) using LISREL 8.70 software. Result of this study proves that all of the subscales are fit to measure one factor model. Abstrak Penelitian ini menguji validitas konstruk dari LMX-MDM (leader member exchange-multi-dimensional measure). LMX (leader member exchange) memiliki empat dimensi yaitu affect, loyalty, contributions, dan professional respect dengan jumlah item s ebanyak 24 item . Pelaksanaan tes dilakukan pada karyawan salah satu perusahaan swasta di Jakarta berjumlah 120 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah CFA (confimatory factor analysis) dengan bantuan software lisrel 8.70. Hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa semua subskala fit (sesuai) mengukur model satu faktor. 摘要
摘要本研究测试了LMX-MDM(领导-成员交换多维测度)的结构有效性。LMX(leader-member exchange)有四个维度,即情感、忠诚度、贡献和职业尊重,共24项。对雅加达一家私营公司的120名员工进行了测试。本研究采用的分析方法为验证性因子分析(CFA),采用LISREL 8.70软件。本研究的结果证明所有的分量表都适合于测量单因素模型。本文采用LMX-MDM(leader member exchange multi-dimension measure,领导-成员交换多维测度)对结构进行了验证。LMX(领导-成员交换)拥有员工的情感、忠诚度、贡献和职业尊重,共有24项。在雅加达的一家大型企业中,有120名员工。本研究中使用的分析方法是CFA(确证因子分析),使用软件版本8.70。我们已经证明了所有的子系统都是一个模型。DOI:10.15408/jp3i.v5i1.9245
