This type of research uses a correlational quantitative approach with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. Sampling was done with the Total Sampling technique from a total population of 107 students obtained after the screening process. This study uses scale instruments of religiosity, teacher attitudes and cheating behavior. The results showed that: a) there is a significant negative relationship between religiosity and cheating behavior in students, which is indicated by a correlation coefficient (rx1y) = - 0.485; p = 0.000 0.05; and the weight of the relationship contribution is 30%. b) there is a significant negative relationship between teacher attitudes and cheating behavior in students, where the value of the correlation coefficient (rx2y) = - 0.547; p = 0.000 0.05; and the weight of the relationship contribution is 23.5%. c) there is a significant negative relationship between religiosity and teacher attitudes with students' cheating behavior, which is indicated by a correlation coefficient (R) = - 0.569; p = - 0.000 0.05; Freg = 24.943, then it can be concluded that the variables of religiosity and teacher attitudes together or simultaneously are related to the variables of cheating behavior. The research was conducted from Oktober 2019 to April 2020. The proposed hypothesis; there was a correlation between social support and extrovert personality tendencies with psychological well-being among students. Data were collected through a scale of psychological well-being, social support scale, and extrovert personality tendency scale.  Using multiple regression analysis we found that the coefficient Freg = 346,958; sig 0.010, then the three hypotheses proposed in this study were accepted. The two variables in this study, namely the variable social support and extrovert personality tendencies, contributed 65.5% to psychological well-being. Separately, social support and  the extrovert personality tendency  contributed 65.4% and 60.4% respectivelly to the level of psychological well-being. The population in this study were 60 students Procrastination from the faculty of da'wah and communication at UIN North Sumatra. The number of samples used in this study were 60 Student. Data collection techniques by means of a scale method that is the scale of self regulation, scale of parental support and scale of procrastination, where previously the three scales were tested on 30 student, with the sampling technique was total sampling. The analysis of this research is multiple regression. The results of the study are a). There is a negative self regulation and parental support with procrastination, this is indicated by the correlation coefficient (R) = 0.625 and sig F change of 0,05, where sig 0.05, it can be concluded that the variable self regulation and parental support variables together or simultaneously related to procrastination variables.. b). There is a significant negative self regulation with procrastination of students from the faculty of da'wah and communication at UIN North Sumatra with a correlation coefficient rx1y = 0.338; sig 0.05; and effective contribution weight of 11,4%. c). There is a significant negative parental support and procrastination, with the correlation coefficient rx2y = 0.336; sig 0.05; with an effective contribution weight of 11,3%. the total effective contribution of the two independent variables on procrastination is 39.0%. d). From these results it is known that there are still 61.0% influence of other factors on Procrastinasi. It is known that the research subjects have relatively high self-regulation and high parental support, while procrastination is also classified as moderate. This research is a quantitative study with data collection using a psychological scale in the form of a questionnaire which is then analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. Research results a). There is a positive relationship between Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in North Sumatra Police Mobile Brigade personnel with a correlation coefficient of rx1y = 0.303 and an effective contribution weight of 9.2%. b). There is a positive relationship between Employee Engagement and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, with a correlation coefficient of rx2y = 0.366; with an effective contribution weight of 13.4%. c) There is a positive relationship between Transformational Leadership Style and Employee Engagement with Organizational Citizenship Behavior, with a correlation coefficient of rx1x2y = 0.468, it is concluded that the Transformational Leadership Style and Employee Engagement variables are jointly related to the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable. The total effective contribution of the two independent variables to Organizational Citizenship Behavior is 21.9%. This type of research is a quantitative approach with correlational methods. Correlation research method is used to detect the extent of variations in a factor related to variations in one or more other factors based on the correlation coefficient. and the sample in this study was 90 students. Based on the results of the discussion of this study shows 1) There is a relationship between self -concept and social anxiety of students of class X Electric SMK Negeri 2 Medan. This conclusion is obtained and the result of the calculation is the calculated value = 4,669. 2) There is a relationship between social support and social anxiety of students of class X Listrik SMK Negeri 2 Medan. This conclusion is obtained from the results of the calculation that is the calculated value = 7,783 at the alpha level of 5%. 3) There is a relationship between self-concept and social support collectively to students' social anxiety. The superior quality of the personality of HR in an institution becomes its own pride and also becomes a weapon to advance an institution. Likewise in the Police environment, superior human resources are key in advancing POLRI institutions. The phenomenon that occurs at the current research site is that there are still many cases of disciplinary violations committed by members of the North Sumatra Regional BRIMOB. OCB is believed to contribute more in the workplace. Purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between seniority and work culture on OCB. The population in this study was the North Sumatra Regional BRIMOB personnel serving in Medan, amounting to 752 personnel, then taken as many as 120 research samples, sampling taken random sampling. This is a quantitative research. Data collection uses a scale from OCB, Seniority and Work Culture. This research tested using multiple regression analysis. The results showed a) a positive and strong relationship between Seniority and OCB with a correlation coefficient value rx1y = 0.557 and Seniority contributed 31%, b) a positive and moderate relationship between Work Culture and Organizational citizenship behavior with a correlation coefficient of rx2y = 0.485 and Work Culture contributes 23.5%, c) there is a positive and strong relationship between Seniority and Work Culture with OCB with correlation coefficient rx1x2y = 0.589, so it can be concluded that Seniority and Work Culture contribute equally by 34.6% against OCB. The study population was 180 students. The research sample was 125 people, the sampling technique was random sampling method. This study uses three psychological scales, namely the Academic Procrastination scale, the social support scale, and the self-regulation scale. Multiple linear regression analysis method techniques. Based on the results of research and calculations of multiple linear regression analysis, it can be seen that (1) There is a significant negative relationship between Self-Regulation (X1) and Student Academic Procrastination (Y) at SMA N 1 Sunggal with a moderate level of correlation where the correlation coefficient value or contribution is 0.436 or 43.6%. (2) There is an insignificant negative relationship between Social Support (X2) and student Academic Procrastination (Y) at SMA N 1 Sunggal with a very low level of correlation, where the correlation coefficient value or contribution is 0.030 or 0.003%.
