This study aims to determine the role of organizational communication in organizational development. This study uses a literature review method (library research). First, the leader must have a communication style that can describe the combination of behavior between the style that has become his personality and the style of a leader. In this case an effective leader must use different communication styles in different situations. So that through this communication style the leader can provide important understanding to each individual or employee in the organization.
