This research uses the quantitative method. Sampling using total sampling technique. The data collection technique used two Likert scales, namely the Self-Confidence scale and the Social Adjustment scale. The population in this study were 47 students and the number of samples in this study was 47 students of class X SMA. The research instrument is the self-confidence scale and the social adjustment scale. The data analysis method used in this research is Correlation-Product Moment. Based on the calculation of the r Product Moment analysis with a value or coefficient (rxy)= 0,677 and a coefficient (r2) = 0,431 with p = 0.000 0,05. These results indicate that the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted, namely that there is a relationship between self-confidence and social adjustment. This means that the better the self-confidence, the higher the social adjustment. With the results of the correlation coefficient rxy = 6,77, the level of the relationship between Self-Confidence and Social Adjustment is classified as moderate. Another result of this study is that students' self-confidence is considered high. This is based on the hypothetical mean value of 62,5 than the empirical mean of 74,87. Self-esteem is an individual's assessment of both positive and negative and shows the degree to which the individual is able to believe that he is important and valuable and is able to give appreciation, evaluation, approval of himself and how far the individual can like himself. This research uses quantitative methods, with a comparative approach. The sampling technique was incidental sampling, a sample of 95 people. Data analysis using one- way variance, data collection using the Likert scale method through the self-esteem scale and parenting style scale. Based on the results of the analysis where F = 5,397 p = 0.00 0.05, hypothetical calculation of 87.5 and empirical self-esteem of 110.04 with different parenting styles such as: democratic parenting with empirical results 106.87; authoritarian parenting with empirical results 115.69; and and permissive parenting with empirical results 107.45. There is a significant difference in self-esteem in terms of parenting patterns of street children. This study uses the quantitative method, the subjects of this research are all 2017 classes of Psychology Students at Medan Area University. The number of sample in this research were 87 students. The sampling techniques in this study used a Purposive Sampling Technique. The data collection method was Likert Scale. Self Efficacy scale used in this research was made by Bandura (1997) and Quarter Life Crisis scale used in this research was made by Robbins and Wilner (2001). Data analysis technique used was Correlation Product Moment. The hypothesis propodes in this research were negative correlation between Self Efficacy and Quarter Life Crisis with assumption; the higher Self Efficacy was the lower Quarter Life Crisis became and vice versa. Based on the result of the analysis carried out, there indeed were negative correlation between Self Efficacy and Quarter Life Crisis. The result were proved by hypothetical mean of Self Efficacy on 55 and Quarter Life Crisis on 72.5 then empirical mean of Self Efficacy on 65.38 and Quarter Life Crisis on 59.72. The research method is a quantitative descriptive correlative type with a correlative study pattern by placing the research variables in two groups, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The research population is the Traffic Unit of the Deliserdang City Police, totaling 135 personnel. The sampling technique used is Proportional Random Sampling technique with the number of research subjects as many as 40 personnel, the data collection method uses a scale of leadership style and self-efficacy with subjective well being. Analysis of research data shows that (1) there is a significant positive relationship between leadership style and subjective well-being of employees/personnel of SAT LANTAS Polresta Deliserdang, as indicated by the coefficient rx1y = 0.687 and p 0.01; (2) there is a significant positive relationship between individual/personnel self-efficacy and subjective well-being in the Traffic Unit Personnel of the Deliserdang City Police, North Sumatra, as indicated by the coefficient rx2y = 0.108 and p 0.01; for the two hypotheses above, the product moment analysis technique is used; (3) there is a significant relationship between the leadership style of organizational leaders and individual/personnel self-efficacy with subjective well-being in the Traffic Unit Personnel of the Deliserdang City Police, North Sumatra, which is indicated by the coefficient F = 16,605; R = 0.688; R2 = 0.473 with p 0.01. Furthermore, the Standard error of estimate (SEE) is 16,33831. The accuracy rate is 100% - 16,33831 = 83.66169%. The focus of this research is to look at the psychological well-being of students at SMA Methodist 7 Medan which is then associated with religiosity and gratitude. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between religiosity and gratitude with psychological well-being in students of SMA Methodist 7 Medan. Participants in this research amounted to 180 students using total sampling technique. This type of research is a quantitative study, where data collection uses a scale which will later be processed with SPSS rocks.The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between religiosity and psychological well-being seen from the coefficient value (Rxy) = 0.613 with p = 0.000 0.050, then there is a significant positive relationship between gratitude with psychological well-being seen from the value of the coefficient (Rxy) = 0.828 with p = 0.000 0.050, and there is a significant positive relationship between religiosity and gratitude. with psychological well-being by using regression analysis method, it is known that the coefficient value (Rxy) = 0.845 with p = 0.000 0.050. This study aims to determine the development of children's social behavior through traditional games of Tam Tam Buku and cooperative attitudes in TK. Mother. This type of research is Action Research. The research was carried out in 2 cycles, the first cycle was carried out in two actions, because it had not reached 80%, the research was continued in the second cycle with two actions. The subjects of the research were the 18 children of Group B in Bunda Kindergarten. The object of this research is social behavior. Social Behavior research instruments include Cooperating, Playing with peers, Competing, Respecting friends, Being able to share with friends, Helping friends, Friendly children, Children are not selfish, Children imitate, Sympathize, Children smile and laugh. The method of data collection is done through observation. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The results of this study indicate that the hypothesis can be accepted, namely that the traditional game of Tam Tam Buku and cooperative attitudes can develop social behavior. The sample in this study were 75 middle adult women. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is a positive relationship between family support and body image. This study was measured based on the Likert scale method using aspects of family support according to Kaplan (in Friedman, 2003), namely: emotional support, instrumental support, informational support, and assessment support. Furthermore, the body image scale is based on aspects according to (Cash Pruzinsky, 2002) namely: evaluation of appearance, appearance orientation, satisfaction with body parts, anxiety about being fat, categorization of body parts. Based on the results of the analysis using the Product Moment correlation analysis method. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between family support and body image, where rxy = 0.679 with a significant p = 0.000 0.050. This means that the proposed hypothesis is accepted. The coefficient of determinant (r2) of 0.460 indicates that family support contributes to body image by 46%. Based on the results of the calculation of the hypothetical and empirical mean values, it can be concluded that family support is low with a hypothetical mean value of 55 and an empirical mean of 43.39.
