This has caused increased numbers of mental health problems in nurses. One of the most common problems is anxiety. Objective: This study aimed to measure the effectiveness of relaxation techniques to reduce nurses’ anxiety levels during COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: This is a quantitative study, using pre- and post- test design. Nurses’ anxiety levels were measured before and after the application of relaxation techniques, namely breathing, progressive muscle relaxation and guided imagery. A training was provided for the participants, along with module and a music video to guide their practices. Results: The application of relaxation technique for approximately two weeks after an online training significantly reduced nurses’ anxiety levels. The score of anxiety levels has significantly decreased from pre- (M= 56.51, SD= 15.80) to (M= 48.30, SD= 13.70) post- training and application, t(201) = 5.82, p < .001 (two-tailed). Conclusion: It is important to provide nurses with support that they need during pandemic or any other catastrophic events, in order to maintain their safety and well-being.","PeriodicalId":340508,"journal":{"name":"MEDIA ILMU KESEHATAN","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-03-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127929456","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This application was made by the Hospital Accreditation Commission (KARS), which aims to prepare for hospital accreditation by collecting, storing, and retrieving evidence documents related to accreditation. This was done because almost 80% of hospitals had problems preparing documents for accreditation, which were still done manually. In the search for documents, it is often too late, and it is often found that the documents are scattered or damaged due to time constraints in checking all documents owned by the hospital.
 Objective: The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of the accreditation document management system (SISMADAK) in hospitals.
 Methods: This study employed a literature review conducted on national and international journals published online between 2016 - 2022 and found 11 journals for the literature review. Hospital accreditation document management system, accreditation, hospitals (man (human resources), material-machine (facilities and infrastructure), method (method), market (environment), money (finance), and time (financial) are some of the keywords used.
 Results: The implementation of the Accreditation Document Management System (SISMADAK) at the hospital is carried out by collecting, processing, and storing data carried out by the sismadak admin officer which must be filled in the daily quality indicator form and then documented so that reporting records will be stored automatically the achievement of reporting results during the implementation of the sismadak program is carried out already good. Human resources in fulfilling SISMADAK there are still many sismadak admin officers who do not understand and forget how to operate the sismadak program. There is no budget so that SISMADAK administrative officers are lazy and do not focus on inputting accreditation reporting data. The necessary facilities are complete but the obstacles experienced by SISMADAK officers are the lack of stability of the internet network.
 Conclusion: Hospitals should have a special officer who will input the Accreditation document data at SISMADAK. Officers are also given regular training related to the system used so that there are no obstacles when filling out the SISMADAK. Hospitals are also expected to improve the quality of the internet network so that the internet network is stable.

Methods: This method was a quasi-experimental study with pretest and posttest control group design. The sample consisted of control and intervention groups, each of which was 40 people taken by consecutive sampling. Results: The control group experienced an increase in pulse, systolic and diastolic (1.05 beats/minute and 1.00 mmHg, 1.775 mmHg), the intervention group experienced a decrease in pulse, systolic and diastolic (1,525 beats/minute; 7.70 mmHg; and 5, 05 mm Hg). The control group bivariate test on pulse, systolic, and diastolic variables showed p=0.113; p=0.748; and p=0.267.
