Objective: The aims of study is to determining effectivity of sunbathing therapy in the morning on blood glucose levels of respondents whose indicated diabetes mellitus type 2. Methods: The study was an quasy experimental study that used 20 respondents whose indicated diabetes mellitus type 2. Afterwards, respondents divided into two group such as control group with no therapy intervention and treatment group with intervention of sunbathing therapy in the morning. Blood glucose levels of each respondent was tested using point of care testing (POCT) on pre and post therapy. Member of treatment group did sunbathing therapy in the morning for 10 minutes in a week. Results: Based on this research showed that blood glucose levels on treatment group lower than control group. Treatment group obtained blood glucose levels from 316,1 ± 99,3 mg/dl decrease into 210,9 ± 81,9 mg/dl significantly (p <0,05) after therapy carried out. But, on control group obtained blood glucose levels from 299,1 ± 75,2 increase into 373,1 ± 68,1 mg/dl significantly (p <0,05). In the City of Cimahi in 2017 there was a target of 10,974 babies with a coverage of 3,063 (27.91%), in 2018 the target was 10,848 coverage 5,707 (52.6%) and in 2019 the target to be achieved was 10,777 babies. In the City of Cimahi until 2019, data, both research results and published survey results, have not been found that can be used as a reference to provide an overview of the results of the implementation of the IPV vaccine. \u0000Objective: To find out the coverage of IPV vaccine and the most dominant determinant of the completeness of IPV administration. \u0000Method: The study design used was cross-sectional. The sample size in the study was 193 children aged 12-24 months who were selected using cluster random sampling technique. The data were collected by means of interview techniques using structured questionnaires and observations. Data analysis used univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis.The number of samples studied was 35 respondents, the sample was selected using total sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by interview techniques using structured questionnaires and observations. Data analysis uses the kai-square test. \u0000Results: The coverage of IPV provision in the city of Cimahi in 2019 was 73.6%. The significant variables were mothers who worked (PR = 2,140 and ρ = 0.026) and mothers who had low knowledge (PR = 2.881 and ρ = 0.004). The multivariate result of the most dominant variable was maternal knowledge Exp (B) = 2,917. \u0000Conclusion: Several reasons for not providing IPV were because they did not know the information, did not have time, IPV was not available, was not allowed by husbands and reasons of trust. Perception of cancer is a mental representation regarding patients’ beliefs about cancar. The positive or negative representation influences patients’ decision to manage their illness which leads to quality of life. \u0000Objective: This study aimed to investigate cancer patients’ perceptions of their illness and to analyse causal attribution of demographic and clinical characteristic of the patients and their satisfaction with cancer information to the perceptions. \u0000Methods: Sixty adult cancer survivors at Panembahan Senopati Bantul Hospital of Yogyakarta Indonesia were recruited in cross-sectional study completing a demographic and health-related data form, the Satisfaction with Cancer Information Profile Questionnaire and Brief Illness Perceptions Questionnaire. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and path analysis. \u0000Results: Most patients had negative perceptions to cancer. The prevalence of depression, regarding more than 20% of elderly people living in community areas, 25% of elderly people are in the hospital and 40% of elderly residents living in nursing homes. Symptoms of depression in the elderly are changes in sleep patterns, decreased appetite and weight, changes in mood. Overcoming the problem of depression in the elderly can be done with a spiritual approach, which seeks to maintain harmony or harmony with the outside world, struggle to answer or gain strength when facing depression, emotional stress, physical illness or death.Objective: Know the relationship between spirituality and depression in elderly people who do not have a partner.Methods: non-experimental quantitative research type with descriptive correlational research design. Objective: Identify factors associated with metabolic syndrome.Methods: The observational analytic was using a cross sectional study which was conducted in Telaga Biru Health Center. The number of samples 319 people was collected by purposive sampling. Data analysis using chi square test.Results: The prevalence of metabolic syndrome was 6.0%, hypertension 62.1%, central obesity 53.9% and hyperglycemia 15.4%. There was not association between smoking, alcohol consumption, family history of obesity with hypertension, but there was significant association between family history of hypertension and diabetes mellitus. There was not association between alcohol consumption and family history of obesity with central obesity, but there was significant association between smoking habits, family history of hypertension, obesity and diabetes mellitus. There was not association between smoking habits, history of alcohol consumption, family history of hypertension and diabetes mellitus with hyperglycemia, but there was significant association between family history of obesity.Conclusion: There was significant association between family history of hypertension, diabetes mellitus with hypertension. There was association smoking habits, family history of hypertension, obesity and diabetes mellitus with central obesity. While from the total postpartum mothers in August 2018, postpartum mothers who did not breastfeed were 14 people (33.3%) and only 28 people (66.6%) were breastfeeding.Objective: of this study was to determine the Effect of Banana Heart Consumption on Breast Milk Production in Postpartum Mothers Methods: This type of research uses quantitative research with a pre-experiment approach with the design of Two Group Pretest-Postest. Population is all postpartum mothers who delivered at BPM Wirahayu Panjang with an average birth rate in April-June 2019 of 120 people.The number of samples in this study with details of 30 case groups and 30 control groups. In addition to the hormone prolactin, the lactation process also depends on the hormone oxytocin, which is released from posterior pituitary as a reaction to nipple sucking. Oxytocin affects the myoepithelial cells that surround the alveoli so that the alveoli contracts and secretes milk that has been secreted by the mammary gland, this oxytocin reflex is affected by the mother's soul. If there is anxiety, stress and hesitation that occurs, then the expenditure of breast milk can be hampered. Various ways can be done to stimulate the oxytocin reflex. The endorphin massase method is used as an alternative way to provide comfort for labor pain and can increase the release of oxytocin substances.Objective:This study aims to determine the effect of endorphin massage on breastfeeding in postpartum mothers.Methods:This study was quasi experimental with a sample of postpartum mothers. The independent variable is endorphin massage, and the dependent variable is breastfeeding with a post test only design with control group design.
