Salmonella sp., Campylobacter, Listeria, and E. coli are the types of bacteria that frequently cause food poisoning. \u0000Objective: The study aimed to detect Salmonella sp. on foods served in several restaurants. \u0000Methods: This research is a survey research with crossectional method. Selection of the restaurant was done by random sampling. There were 12 subdistricts and two restaurants were selected from each subdistrict in Pekanbaru, Riau, Indonesia. There were two types of foods consisted of animal and beans or vegetables, then 48 types of food from 24 Restaurants were obtained. The identification step was proceeded in Biochemical Laboratory of Health Polytechnic of Ministry of Health of Riau Province. This method was SNI 01-2332.2-1006 which was done with several steps of testing, namely pre-enrichment, enrichment, isolation and identification, and biochemical test. Data was presented in narration and univariate analysis for the frequency distribution of data. \u0000Results: In isolation and identification test steps on SS agar, there were 17 colonies found and suspected as Salmonella sp.. According to this data, it was found that 17 out of 48 (35,41%) of food samples in the restaurant contained bacteria. However, in the final steps of biochemical test there were 6 out of 48 total (12,5%) food samples contained Salmonella sp, and was found in 6 out of 24 restaurant (25%) and in 6 of 12 (50%) subdistricts. One method that is recommended in assessing pharmacy performance is the balanced scorecard method. \u0000Methods: This research is non-experimental explorative descriptive design with the aim to find out the performance of the apotek XX Yogyakarta based on four perspectives of the balanced scorecard method, financial side, customer, internal business processes, learning and growth of pharmacy and provide recommendations for improvement based on the results of the performance evaluation. In women who do pregnancy exercise, delivery is faster than pregnant women who do not do pregnancy exercises. Pregnant exercise, is very important for pregnant women, because it could reduce discomfort during pregnancy and facilitate the delivery process. Attitudes and practices were important components that pregnant women must have in carrying out pregnancy exercises. there were several factors that influence the attitude of pregnant women to pregnancy exercise including knowledge of the woman. \u0000Objectives: The aim of this study were to identify the association between knowledge with the attitude of pregnant women to pregnancy exercise. \u0000Methods: The study were used quantitative research design with a cross-sectional study approach. Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique, namely 36 pregnant women who carried out antenatal care at the Srandakan Health Center. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The results of the study were analyzed using the chi-square analysis. \u0000Results: Most mothers also had good knowledge as much as 69.4%. While the mother's attitude about pregnancy exercise mostly supports as much as 52.8%. As a result of dysfunctional or non-existent interprofessional collaborative health practices is a medical error, which is the leading cause of death worldwide. \u0000Objective: to analyze factors related to interprofessional health collaboration in hospital hospitalization. \u0000Methods: Survey research methods, with cross sectional approach. The sample of this study were doctors and health workers who provided care for 58 inpatients at PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital in June-July 2019 determined by consecutive sampling. Data was collected by filling out the Collaborative Practice Assessment Tool (CPAT) questionnaire. Data analysis with chi-square. \u0000Results: the practice of interprofessional collaboration in hospitalization is mostly good (mean index = 3.00). Years of service and age are significantly related to the practice of interprofessional collaboration in hospital hospitalization. The lack of awareness of Indonesian women in conducting early detection of breast cancer, even many Indonesian women do not yet know the ways to detect breast cancer early causing a large enough incidence of breast cancer. Junita (2011) states that knowledge, attitudes are still lacking due to lack of information and lack of awareness about examinations \u0000Objective: Knowing the description about the level of knowledge of adolesscent women about breast cancer and the behavior of breast self-examination. \u0000Methods: This research is description research. The method used in this study is a survey, through interviews using a questionnaire with a cross-sectional approach. Population in this research is second class daughter (class IX) with number of 8 class in SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Kotagede Yogyakarta as many as 78 respondents. \u0000Result: The level of knowledge about breast cancer with enough category as many as 55 student (70,5%), good knowledge 9 student (11,5%), and less of knowledge 14 female students (17,9%). The KIA handbook as an educational tool and an effort to increase information on pregnant women. \u0000Objective: This study aims to explore related to the use of the KIA handbook as a source of information, Birth Plan and Postpartum Contraception Planning. \u0000Methods: This study uses a concurrent triangulation strategy by collecting quantitative and qualitative data together. The sample in this study was 30 pregnant women with total sampling technique. Data analysis with a comparison of quantitative data and qualitative data. \u0000Results: The results of the study showed that out of the 15 respondents who had good use of the KIA handbook, the majority had good labor preparation. While of the 9 respondents who used the KIA handbook with sufficient categories, the majority also had good childbirth preparations. Of the 15 respondents who had good use of the KIA handbook, the majority had made contraceptive preparations. Abnormal nutritional status disrupts reproductive function. In this case, nutritional status is associated with the age of menarche. It is known that early age menarche has a risk of breast cancer. \u0000Objective: To determine the relationship between nutritional status and age of menarche. \u0000Method: Using a cross-sectional design. The sample size of 50 respondents, was selected using simple random sampling. Data collection includes assessing nutritional status, employment, and education of parents, both fathers and mothers, and physical activity using the PAQ-C questionnaire. Inadequate literacy patients with DM related to less knowledge about diabetes and poorer health outcome. \u0000Objective: This study aimed to examine health literacy among patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and its related factors. \u0000Methods: This study used cross sectional design. The respondents recruited with a convenience sampling in outpatient internal medicine department in a hospital located in Sleman regency from September 2017 to January 2018. The Charlson Comorbidity Index and the European Health Literacy Survey - Questionnaire 47 were employ. Data analysis involved descriptive and bivariate analysis. \u0000Results: A hundred and fifty two subjects enrolled in this research. The average score of health literacy was 29.5 (SD = 3.4). Factors related with health literacy were total number of complications (r = -.26; p = .001), education (p = .010) and monthly income (p = .000). \u0000Conclusion: Problematic health literacy has been found to be prevailing in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. It will help in efforts to prevent diseases such as Covid-19. \u0000Objective: To analyze the effect of Covid-19 pandemic to consumption habits of fruit, milk and multivitamin among adults in Jambi Province \u0000Methods: This research is a type of survey research conducted in April 2020. Data collection was carried out using Google forms. The sampling technique is accidental sampling. The sample is adults aged 19-59 years totaling 254 people. Data were analyzed using wilcoxon test. \u0000Results: The results showed that before the covid-19 pandemic most respondents had the habit of consuming fruits, milk and multivitamins which were classified as rare, after the existence of the Covid-19 pandemic it was classified as frequent. The period stage occurs in adolescence, with peak growth. Peak growth can impact changes in body structure, rapid weight, and bone life growth and physical activity, thereby influencing adolescent nutritional needs. \u0000Objective: The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the Relationship of Nutritional Status with the incidence of Premenstrual Syndrome In Young Women in SMA country 4 Palu \u0000Methods: The study used a cross-sectional study approach, a sample used by 97 respondents. Sampling techniques with purposive sampling. Nutritional status is measured using BMI (Body Time Index) by measuring the respondent's Height and Weight. The premenstrual syndrome was measured using questionnaires by looking at emotional and behavioral physical symptoms felt at 7-10 days before menstruation. Analyze data using a chi-square test \u0000Results: of the 97 young women showed that the results of the chi-square statistical test with an α= 0.05 were obtained p-value of 0.00 <0.05.
