This research was conducted quantitatively descriptive and verification. Data were collected by survey through online questionnaire using a differential semantic scale. Sampling technique with purposive sampling technique and distributing questionnaires randomly to respondents. Printed and electronic books, journals, and the internet as secondary data that support this research. A total of 112 samples were obtained, but only 85 samples that met the requirements for processing. Data processing with Smart PLS software or partial least squares (PLS) structural equation model (SEM), which aims to test the hypothesis of the influence between the variables of information quality, information credibility and e-WOM on information acceptance and travel intentions. The results of the research analysis show that the quality of information received by potential visitors has a very significant effect on how visitors adopt information and affects the intention to visit tourists in a tourist area, while the credibility of information does not affect how visitors adopt information as well as E-WOM Positive does not. influence the intention to visit tourists. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of competence, job placement and career development on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) Bali Distribution Parent Unit. The research population is 154 employees at the Main Office of PT PLN (Persero) Bali Distribution Main Unit. The sample in this study was 61 employees who were determined based on the simple random sampling method. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that competence had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Bali Distribution Parent Unit, work placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Bali Distribution Parent Unit, career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Main Unit Distribution Bali. The main stages described in this paper are: open coding, recontextualization, and categorization and compilation. In addition, this article also explained how to present and interpret the data that has been analyzed. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan peneliti adalah melakukan analisis data yang bersifat menggabungkan dari berbagai teknik pengumpulan data, seperti wawancara, dokumentasi, serta sumber data yang telah ada untuk dapat disimpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pengelolaan keuangan di lingkup fakultas ekonomi UNNES sudah baik tetapi masih perlu ditingkatkan guna memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kinerja pengelolaan keuangan di Fakultas Ekonomi UNNES. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner dengan pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Kriteria sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu pelaku UMKM di Kota Denpasar yang telah menggunakan merchant QRIS untuk pembayaran secara non tunai. Kuesioner diberikan secara acak kepada pelaku UMKM di Kota Denpasar yang telah menggunakan merchant QRIS. Kusesioner yang diberikan berisi sejumlah pertanyaan atau pernyataan penelitian yang perlu dilengkapi dan dikirimkan menggunakan platform google forms. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Squares). Penelitian ini menggunakan model hubungan pengaruh, oleh karena itu hipotesis diuji menggunakan teknik analisis SEM menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persepsi kegunaan, persepsi kemudahan, kepercayaan dan pengaruh sosial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap niat menggunakan merchant QRIS bagi pelaku UMKM Kota Denpasar. Sebuah laporan keuangan yang dimiliki perusahaan akan berdampak positif bagi perusahaan dalam upaya pembangunan perkembangan berkelanjutan suatu usaha. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah menguji hubungan antara GCG dan CSR dengan harga saham perusahaan minuman dan makanan yang terdaftar di BEI dari tahun 2016 hingga 2019. Survei ini mengambil sampel 64 perusahaan selama periode empat tahun dari 2016 hingga 2019. Terkait untuk regresi linier berganda adalah pendekatan analitis yang digunakan. Temuan studi menunjukkan bahwa GCG intrinsik dan CSR memiliki hubungan yang positif dan substansial jika dilihat secara parsial dan simultan untuk harga saham perusahaan. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini mampu mempengaruhi 50,3% harga saham suatu perusahaan.
