Specifically, on the Strategic Planning: Systemic Diagnosis and Performance Indicators through the Balanced Scorecard. The identification of the productive chain is presented. The vision and the mission are revised and the general strategy and the policies are determined. Another of the deliverables was the “Performance Indicators”, but they were not intended to establish solely the relation to the productive process; they were indicators that really aligned the organization with its strategy to lead it to achieve its vision. The results of this research are the basis of the actions undertaken to make the process more efficient: semiautomate the process with a machine specially designed to assemble bamboo panels, determine a layout, invest on training of employees, among others.","PeriodicalId":340270,"journal":{"name":"2017 6th International Conference on Industrial Technology and Management (ICITM)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128369985","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is an integration of value chain management theory, supply chain management theory, accounting theory and information technology. Traditional accounting reports are unstructured documents, such as PDF, DOC, HTML, and even printed versions of paper. The accounting information provided by them are difficult to query and analyze. Furthermore, they cannot provide useful information required by information users. The objective of XBRL based Value Chain Accounting is to provide an efficient and reliable accounting information report methodology. This methodology can facilitate the users on the value chain to collect and analysis the accounting information timely and accurately. This paper investigates the interaction mechanism of the information disclosing tools and the value effectiveness which brought by XBRL. This research found out that the application of XBRL on the accounting information flow processing will enhance the XBRL technology and improve the usefulness of value chain accounting information.","PeriodicalId":340270,"journal":{"name":"2017 6th International Conference on Industrial Technology and Management (ICITM)","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129593388","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Revenue sharing contract and lateral transshipment are considered in the discussed supply chain. We present a game model, and study how lateral transshipment under revenue sharing contract affects retailers' inventory choices and supply chain profit. Retailers choose their inventory levels by considering the possibility of transshipments to maximize their own profits under revenue sharing contract. We find that transshipment combined with revenue sharing contract can coordinate the discussed supply chain, and improve the performance of all the supply chain actors.","PeriodicalId":340270,"journal":{"name":"2017 6th International Conference on Industrial Technology and Management (ICITM)","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124036461","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A number of issues were taken into consideration in the comparison such as accessibility, usability, interactivity, learnability, communication, and satisfaction. To check the reliability of these issues factor analysis was conducted. Therefore, the automotive industry faces challenges regarding increasing number of units as well as technology uncertainty. To address these challenges production systems have to be developed that provide volume flexibility and reduce cost. It is essential to provide companies with planning methods that have the ability to assess manufacturing systems in a short time to react quickly in this disruptive environment. In this paper, we argue that through the use of discrete event simulation in an early phase, planning time can be reduced and the output quality increased. Conventional approaches focus mostly on the further improvement of existing manufacturing lines for a low uncertainty in production volume. The simulation of scalable production systems in the early phase requires a fully variable control between different modules. These modules have to be parametrical because of new technologies in the environment of electric mobility and the associated unsecure input data. Due to the high amount of scenarios production planners without simulation expertise have to be able to use the method. In this paper a method is proposed that uses predefined models to configure the scope of an assessment as well as to determine the required data. Preprogrammed modules are used to analyze the scalable concept of a manufacturing line efficiently. An application shows that the required accuracy can be achieved in a shorter time than using conventional methods.","PeriodicalId":340270,"journal":{"name":"2017 6th International Conference on Industrial Technology and Management (ICITM)","volume":"62 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123053950","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

New concepts, i.e., Intelligent manufacturing, flexible manufacturing, agile manufacturing, network manufacturing, green manufacturing and Industry 4.0, etc., have been proposed and developed in recent years based upon the newest and most advanced manufacturing technologies and Information and Communication technologies (ICT). This paper presents a new concept: Small-scale Intelligent Manufacturing System (SIMS), and the comparison with previous concepts and the benefits of SIMS are discussed in this paper. Different from the previous research works which mainly emphasize the technological integration for improving the flexibility and intelligence of an individual manufacturing system, this paper, however, focuses on and discusses the supply chain problems arisen from a holistic perspective. The features of the supply chain for realizing small-scale intelligent production and responsive distribution are discussed, and the limitation and future works are also discussed and suggested latter in this paper.","PeriodicalId":340270,"journal":{"name":"2017 6th International Conference on Industrial Technology and Management (ICITM)","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2017-03-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124652721","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
