This form of research uses qualitative research with descriptive methods. Based on the research conducted, in the BCM system there is an Immigration Data Exchange as a regulator of integration between applications. The application of an integrated system in BCM makes the results of immigration checks at the time of scanning the passport showing the status of a ban, visa and residence permit, the last crossing, the status of Interpol, checking the transportation means, and checking other passports. The application of the research method used is descriptive qualitative research method, namely by explaining or describing an object of research by means of observation and interviews with related sources. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the learning process at the Immigration Polytechnic goes through several stages and also uses Teaching, Training, and Nurturing patterns that can improve the quality of Cadets. This system is a simple system in bridging the immigration application submission process. Sitanos (Immigration TANgerang Online Service) was created to support better immigration services to the community, where this innovation is expected to make it easier for applicants to apply for immigration services by cutting their application flow. This study uses a quantitative method that aims to determine the effectiveness of using Sitanos in immigration services at the Immigration Office Class I Non-Border Control of Tangerang. Therefore the hypothesis of this research is that Sitanos is effectively used in the service of immigration documents for foreigners at the Immigration Office Class I Non-Border Control of Tangerang. The population of this study were employees of the Immigration Office Class I Non-Border Control of Tangerang. The research population is saturated in nature where all respondents are used as samples because the population is relatively small, amounting to 14 people. In determining the effectiveness of using Sitanos, using the system effectiveness test model from DeLone and McLean (2015). The results of the correlation coefficient analysis obtained a significance value of 0.000 and a correlation value of 0.956. In the simple linear regression test, it shows that the t value of the Sitanos variable is 11.297 with a significance of 0.000. Then it can be concluded that the research hypothesis (H1) is accepted and proven correct. Nyidakim is an application is used to assist the process of immigration law enforcement in the form of making an inspection report, creating an incident report and so on. One of the problems that exist in the nyidakim system is the problem in providing lost / damaged passport services with the nyidakim application, the Biometric Matching System (BMS) search system which sometimes has problems that takes 10 minutes or so to display, lack of integration with the passport service system on Travel Document section and others. This study uses a qualitative research methodology with descriptive qualitative methods through data collection techniques with observation and interviews. The results showed that the effectiveness of the information system had an effect on information management and the information system itself.
