The problems discussed are regarding APAPO who has not yet been optimized, it caused APAPO is not integrated on the system of SPRI application in every immigration office. Ought to the presence of APAPO it can be helpful for immigration officer to providing service. The purposes of this research are to know the workflow of system in the APAPO currently and find the best way to efficiencies of immigration officer in doing the service for the applicant passport in the immigration office. The research is classified qualitative by analizing problems using PDCA theory which includes, Plan, Do, Check, and Action. The results of this research are proven that APAPO has still not been integrated with the system of SPRI application in every immigration office. This is certainly a challenge for the Depok Immigration Office in carrying out supervision and services for foreigners living in its working area. The increasing use of cellular telephones in the world must be utilized by the Depok Immigration Office in using cellular telephones to carry out supervision and service to foreigners living in its working area. One system that can take advantage of the use of cellular phones is the SMS Gateway system which can be used as a notification system to foreigners regarding the validity period of their residence permit. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the SMS Gateway system for notification of foreigners' residence permits is useful and important at the Depok Immigration Office, as well as explaining how it is implemented. In making the system, the author uses a system development method, namely the System Development Life Cycle which aims to make the system can be made with clear stages and the system can be made well. Immigration Management Information ‘System (SIMKIM) is a system used to collect, process and convey information to support operations, management, and policy making. Simkim implementation in the Immigration Technical Implementation Unit is one of them by ope rating the system in the process of issuing residence permits to Foreigners. The arrival of Foreigners through immigration checkpoints by remembering selective policy strategies, only foreigners who can benefit and do not interfere with the security or order of the public can enter and live in the Territory of Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of simkim version 2.0 use at TPI Makassar Class I Immigration Office. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods with the COBIT 5 (Control Objective for Information and Related Technology) model, while the data source is used namely primary and secondary data obtained by interview, document study and observation. The theoretical \u0000foundations used are information technology theory, management information systems, public service and information technology governance. The e-survey application provides convenience for users of immigration services in terms of accessing and providing an assessment of immigration services. Through this e-survey application, it is expected to improve the quality of immigration service performance to be better than before. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the e-survey application on immigration services for Indonesian citizens at the Class I Checkpoint Immigration Office of Kupang, and what factors are supporting and inhibiting the effectiveness of using the e-survey application. The type of method used is descriptive qualitative - descriptive, with data collection carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out by data reduction, data presentation, as well as drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study indicate that the use of the e-survey application is running effectively, this is measured by using the four effectiveness indicators. The use of the e-survey application is supported by a QR-Code provided in banners and small boards. As well as to facilitate access for the public, free wifi is provided. There was an increase in the amount of text data from community questions on the Whatsapp information service at Surabaya Immigration Office which can be processed into detailed and complete information. Text data entered through Whatsapp question has also not been classified specifically, structured and also has not been published. This study aims to explain the characteristics of incoming messages provided by the public through the Whatsapp information service and to explain the process of classifying community questions according to the field of immigration public services namely WNI and WNA. The authors used the classification method with the Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC). Obtained the value of classification accuracy with algorithms and methods using the Naïve Bayes Classifier on the training data equal to 93.5% and testing data equal to 95% that included in the excellent scale. Arranging or managing the archives of applicants for passports and residence permits at the Immigration Office is the task of the Information Technology Subsection. It is known that currently Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non TPI Blitar is still using the conventional filing system, where for archiving it uses more paper, so there are lots of piles of archive files for passport and residence permit applicants that fill the archive room. The purpose of this research is to create a website- based Electronic Archive to reduce the risk of file accumulation in the archive room of Kantor Imigrasi Kelas II Non TPI Blitar. This study uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) application development method which is a way of developing a software that provides the possibility to create a structured and systematic system (sequentially) starting at the stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, development, and maintenance. These indicators and criteria have weight values that will be analyzed quickly and structured. So we need a system to help the Immigration Polytechnic make a list of these people or multi-criteria. This study uses the Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) as a Decision Support System (DCS). The PROMETHEE method is one of the groups in the Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM), which will analyze using many indicators or multi-criteria. It will produce output in the form of decision recommendations to its users. In addition, the PROMETHEE method will compare the value of one alternative with another alternative and produce a ranking based on the value that Immigration Polytechnic students get. Researchers conducted two tests by comparing the results of the test data and the results of the system. The tests are accumulated and calculated using the formula for the estimation of the confusion matrix. In line with the implementation of an information system, it is necessary to conduct a post-implementation review. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the success of the application using the Delone & Mclean success model. The sampling technique uses saturated sampling by taking the entire population as the research sample. In the data analysis process, respondents use SPSS as a tool for descriptive statistical analysis and use the PLS-SEM approach with the help of the SmartPLS tool for inferential statistical analysis. By the nine hypotheses, there are three accepted hypotheses: the relationship between service quality and interest in the use, the relationship between interest in the use and net benefits, and user satisfaction with net benefits. The three hypotheses gave positive and significant results as evidenced by the path coefficients and T-Statistics values. Based on the result, \"Pintu Si Juara\" in Immigration Office Class 1 Special Border Control Surabaya can be said to have good results. Bandung Immigration Office Class I of Border Control is one of the Immigration Offices in West Java that has implemented an electronic arrival card called IDN E-Arrival Card Jabar. Every foreign citizen who enters Indonesia through the Immigration Checkpoint of Husein Sastranegara International Airport is required to fill in data on the e-arrival card system. This e-arrival card system must run with maximum and optimal conditions, therefore an analysis system is needed to determine the service performance and security of the e-arrival card system by carrying out an audit process. The audit process using the COBIT 5 framework. The purpose of this study is to measure the capability level of the e-arrival card system and provide recommendations and suggestions regarding the results of measuring the capability level of the e-arrival card system using the COBIT 5 framework in the DSS (Deliver, Service, Support) domain. The research method used is qualitative using the COBIT 5 framework. The results obtained regarding the measurement of capability level on the e-arrival card system with the COBIT 5 framework in DSS01 (manage operations) are at level 4 is predictable process, for DSS02 (Manage service requests and incidents), DSS03 (Manage problems), DSS04 (Manage continuity), DSS05 (Manage security services) and DSS06 (Manage business process controls) are each at level 3 is established process. Forgetfulness which sometimes appears as an obstacle in carrying out office activities from employees becomes an obstacle in realizing the vision and mission of the Immigration Office Class I TPI Cirebon effectively and efficiently. The Android-Based Reminder Application (E-Iron) is a form of utilizing information technology that is used for media reminders of the implementation of scheduled work activities to employees at the Immigration Office Class I TPI Cirebon in an effort to improve employee performance in terms of punctuality. As for in this study, a discussion was carried out on system analysis and in the implementation of employee performance at the Immigration Office Class I TPI Cirebon.
