Improving service quality can be done by fulfilling the wishes expected by customers. A service that is considered to have good quality if the service provided can exceed the expectations of the customer. In this study, we will discuss the analysis of services provided by the Immigration Office Class I TPI Semarang through the SI SEMAR LAYAK application. The method used is Fuzzy Service Quality. From the results of the analysis, the Gap values for each dimension are: Tangible, 1.019; Reliability, 0.840; Responsiveness, 0.889; Assurance, 0.343 and Empathy 0.617 with an average value of 0.741. The design of the application uses the system development life cycle (SDLC) method. In this study, we used qualitative-descriptive methods used to explain how the process of managing public service archives is owned and to get an idea of how information technology is implemented at the Immigration Office of Class I TPI Yogyakarta. The results found from this study are still found constraints on the process of managing public service archives which then cause the process of managing public service archives can’t be carried out properly, then related to the application of information technology devices in the Immigration Office Class I TPI Yogyakarta has been carried out in accordance with the prevailing rules but in its implementation, there are still obstacles especially related to human resources. The purposes of this research are to know the quality of government communication through infographic media and the importance of infographic media as a means to spread information, especially immigration information as well as this study has the impact of proposing standardization on the infographics published by each technical service unit under the Directorate General of Immigration. In this study, the authors used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods by collecting data through interviewing techniques for respondents and observations made in a comprehensive manner. in the network to get credible data. The results of this study are proven that the use of design elements in Visual Communication Design Theory has not been maximal in the place where the author conducted the research. With a large enough working area, it is necessary to establish an Office Work Unit or Passport Service Unit as an effective and efficient way to carry out immigration functions and to bring services closer to the public. \u0000 The establishment of an Office Work Unit (UKK) and a Passport Service Unit (ULP) based on the workload of the Technical Implementing Unit is very broad so it is necessary to establish an Office Work Unit and Passport Service Unit to optimize immigration functions to the community. The aim is that every community can get the fulfillment of service needs in accordance with the laws and regulations governing the delivery of public services.
