Special attention is paid to the question of the reasons for code-switching in the process of conversation. The relevance of the study is due to the increased interest in the socio-psychological factors of code-switching in the context of speech-generation models. The results of the data obtained by conducting a partially-structured narrative interview allowing assemble a corpus of metatext discourses, are presented. Statistical calculation, contextual analysis and cognitive modeling techniques as well as a part of the materials of the field sociolinguistic research – transcripts of audio recordings of natural dialogues of bilingual Kazakhs in conjunction with the data of the included observation were used. The author has developed a methodological approach to the study of the theoretical and practical foundations of attracted resources as part of the bank’s resource base. Special attention is paid to conventional sources of funding that influence the structure of bank deposits, debt instruments and interbank loans. Bank resource base formed by household deposits what certainly emphasizes the significance of the source in terms of socio-economic aspects. The amounts and terms of savings directly demonstrate the quality of life in the country and the level of confidence in the banking system. Mobilizing temporarily free funds is one of the main functions of commercial banks. A special feature of the bank is operating primarily on the basis of attracted resources. Free funds accumulated by banks form the basis for active transactions; therefore, their volume and nature depend on the structure of attracted resources. Hence, an effective policy of attracting resources is the most important condition for its successful functioning. The instability of the country’s economy, the volatility of the national currency, the tensions between countries, the weakening of the banking sector, coupled with high competition, undoubtedly have an impact on banking. Objective: to study the conceptual and practical aspects of a commercial bank’s funding policy. The methodological foundations for this study are general, statistical and special research methods. The use of these methods allowed us to understand the issues being analyzed in more depth, to identify the specific structure of the bank’s attracted resources as a basic source of funding. Main results: 1. The role of funding in the bank’s activities has been determined. 2. The structure of banking resources and its main components have been considered. 3. Different conceptual approaches to the classification of attracted resources have been studied. 4. The relationship between the individual elements of the attracted resource base of the bank has been studied. 5. The modern preconditions for changes in the field of bank funding at the present stage have been identified. Key findings of the study: 1. The theoretical issues of the formation of bank resources have been considered. The resource base is the subject of debate among researchers. Different points of view on the classification of attracted resources have been identified. 2. The analysis of the individual components of attracted funds was carried out; the specifics of organizing and using each type of sources of attracted resources were identified. 3. The specific features and issues of the policy for forming and managing attracted funds of a commercial bank in the economic conditions of Russia have been defined. The study group consisted of 150 children. The results of the study allow for the conclusion that the success in mastering Russian spelling in groups of boys and girls may be caused by different factors. In both groups, the correlation between the level of spelling competence and success in performance of the Kohs Block Design Test was revealed. In addition, in the group of girls, correlations were found between the success in mastering spelling skills and the state of mechanical verbal memory, as well as the development of thinking (finding the odd one out). In the group of boys, correlations were found between the number of spelling errors and signs of dynamic praxis development, copying rhythmic structures, arithmetic skills, and thinking (arranging pictures in a right sequence to make a story, listing objects belonging to the same category). The paper is devoted to the development and realization of the additional professional program “Translator in the sphere of professional communication” in Moscow Automobile and Road Construction State Technical University (MADI). It briefly describes the history of the program, the main reasons for its introduction. It shows the aims of the program and the main learning outcomes as cultural, general, professional and specific professional competences. The disciplines included in the curriculum are grouped in three blocks and provide the formation of the translation competency and foreign language communicative competence. 20 years of the program realization prove that the program helps students and specialists to acquire competences that make them competitive on the national labor market. It presents the findings of the comparative study of the Russian and US legislation and reporting. It shows the results of the analysis of registration and termination of business for self-employed entrepreneurs. Key challenges for the entrepreneurship development have been pointed out. A comprehensive competency-based approach for financial and economic literacy improvement has been suggested as a tool to promote entrepreneurship. It consists of the five interrelated levels of education – elementary (school), intermediate (vocational educational institution), higher (bachelor’s or master’s degree at university), auxiliary (vocational training and retraining programs), individual (consultations provided by tax authorities and financial organizations). In addition, the approach suggested includes simplification of legislation and reporting for small businesses.
