First of all, in terms of prediction accuracy, the results show that the prediction accuracy of the long-term and short-term neural network model and the time series ARIMA model is less than the combined prediction accuracy. Compared with each single prediction, the combined prediction not only considers the complementarity of linear and nonlinear, but also considers the combination of mathematical model prediction and influencing factor prediction, which makes the prediction result more practical significance. In this context, customer loyalty is directly related to whether supermarket chains can occupy a competitive advantage in the fierce market pursuit. However, many critics have paid little attention to this short story and the body of the heroine “Ruby”.  Based on this, the author combines the body-related theories and analyzes the physical dilemma and fertility anxiety faced by women represented by Ruby in the novel from the perspective of feminism. This paper aims to analyze the physical oppression women face from traditional ideas, patriarchal society and capitalist system, and point out the issues of abortion rights and reproductive freedom. It is found that big data tax collection and management can improve the efficiency of tax management, reduce tax evasion of enterprises, and then reduce the stickiness of corporate tax burden, and promote the fairness and transparency of the tax system. As an important part of population policy, the scientific understanding of fertility policy and the grasp of its historical change and evolution logic are necessary measures to alleviate the aging trend of small children and promote the long-term balanced development of population. From the perspective of historical institutionalism, China's family policy has gone through five historical stages: incubation, exploration and development, establishment and implementation, relaxation and optimization, and encouragement and inclusiveness. From the perspective of structural changes, changes in the national macro environment, changes in social fertility concepts and the promotion of multiple actors have promoted the evolution and development of China's fertility policy. From the perspective of historical change, the historical change of China's fertility policy has the phenomenon of path dependence and the policy turning of key nodes. Looking forward to the future, we should flexibly adjust the fertility policy by paying attention to the change of population structure; We will protect women's rights and interests and create an equal social environment. Physical training is an essential and important link in the daily training activities of football teams. This paper probes into the training of physical quality of high level football players in different positions. On the football field, there are significant differences in the physical fitness requirements of players in different positions. Forward players need to have excellent speed, explosive power and agility in order to break through and shoot quickly in attack; Midfielders need excellent endurance, speed and passing ability to support full-court movement and tandem attack; Defenders need speed, stamina and physical ability to cope with defensive pressure. The goalkeeper needs quick reaction speed and excellent flexibility to ensure stability and accuracy when keeping the goal. These findings highlight the importance of developing individual fitness strategies for players in different positions. Through scientific and reasonable training, the physical quality of players can be significantly improved, and then the overall competitive level of the team can be improved. At the same time, it also provides a clear direction and reference for the physical training of college football teams. Based on the role positioning of hosts within the media ecosystem, they can adopt a series of measures to enhance cross-screen communication effectiveness and audience experience. By establishing a media synergy dissemination matrix through engagement on various platforms, hosts can enhance the aggregated dissemination effect of the media system. Utilizing cross-screen narratives to adapt to the dissemination rules and audience habits of different media platforms can increase audience engagement and retention. Leveraging cross-screen interactions, hosts can create emotionally connected spaces across platforms, strengthening the emotional connection between audiences and media platforms.
