The paper defines four options of prototypes of interfaces with specific characteristics which were evaluated qualitatively by applying the verbal decision analysis (VDA) methodology ORCLASS to classify them in decision groups, structured on the decision maker's preferences obtained through the interview. In the stock market and foreign exchange domains, Neural Networks have been used with considerable success to predict the future prices of stocks and currency pairs, their rate of return, risk analysis, and several other features that might be of benefit. In this paper, we present a methodology to filter the high-frequency signals of a rule-based foreign exchange trading strategy, through a neural network-based, intelligent selection mechanism. We then compare the results vs. a random selection mechanism and again vs. the overall signal pool, in terms of profit and correctness. For massive data processing, this paper presents an intelligent ETL workflow framework based on the distributed computing servers, adding an intelligent manipulative module, acquiring the data of the system efficiency and resources, operating data, dynamically adjusting the ETL strategy, and doing corresponding data segmentation for larger jobs, realizing workflow optimization for multi-machine parallel execution, improving operational efficiency, and facilitating error recovery. Intelligent control module is composed of the monitor, knowledge base, and the selector. Some sufficient conditions are presented aiming to derive the ISS and exponential ISS properties of the whole hybrid systems for the case in which the continuous subsystem and discrete subsystem of the hybrid dynamical systems have no ISS properties. These interval time of continuous subsystem and discrete subsystem demonstrate that contribute to the exponential ISS property for the time delay hybrid system. Based on the historical load data of meritorious power of some area in Guizhou power system, three BP neural networks in steepest descent algorithm back propogation neural network(SDBP), Levenberg -Marquardt algorithm back propogation neural network (LMBP) and Bayesian regularization algorithm back propogation neural network (BRBP) models in 24 hours ahead prediction are compared. Since the traditional BP algorithm has some drawbacks such as slow training convergence speed and possibility of local minimizing the optimized function, an optimized L-M algorithm, which can improve the stability of convergence and accelerate the training speed of neural network has been applied to carry out load forecasting work to reduce the mean relative error. Bayesian regularization also be applied which can overcome and improve the generalization of neural network. To study WLCS in a continuous time setting, we first extend Probabilistic Lossy Channel Systems (PLCS) towards WLCS. We show that the state set S0 is an attractor of WLCS model, and discuss the accumulated steady-state probabilistic reachability and the transient probabilistic reachability for WLCS.
