The study examined the principal's leadership in improving teacher professionalism at SD Nitikan Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. This qualitative descriptive research uses interviews, observation, and documentation. This study involved the principal and 25 teachers as informants. The principal's strategy to improve the quality and professionalism of teachers is to motivate, encourage, and organize training on IT development, reward, and punishment. Principals must also meet content, process, graduation capacity, facilities and infrastructure, management, funding, teacher and staff, and teacher education standards. Supporting factors provide teachers with equal opportunities to develop their pedagogical and professional skills through teaching and training activities based on knowledge and adapted to needs and budgets. Lack of internal motivation from teaching priorities is a barrier. This study aims to describe the concept and implementation of character education in educational institutions to address student association issues without delay. This investigation is library-based (library research). The obtained data were then analyzed with a hermeneutic approach through content analysis. This study concludes that the concept of character education has been taught in Islam for quite some time. The verses of the Qur'an and hadith explain this. Similar to Surah Luqman verses 17 and 18, as well as the hadith narrated by Imam Bukhari and Muslims from the path of Abdullah bin Amr bin Ash's companions. Implementing Islamic character education in educational institutions can be categorized initially by age range, from early childhood to adolescence. To evaluate the success of Islamic character education in specific educational institutions, class-based, school-based, and community-based Islamic character education must be implemented. The implication for educational institutions is a greater emphasis on Islamic character education beginning at a young age so that students develop Islamic character. During al-Qur'an memorization, a hafizh may face obstacles that make it difficult to memorize the verses. Forgetting memorized verses when adding new ones, many similar verses, lack of focus due to environmental factors, changing al-Qur'an manuscripts, and rarely reading verses to be memorized are obstacles in murojaah. This research aims to develop learning media in the form of pocketbook Tikrar al-Muhyi as an easy solution to murajaah al-Qur'an. This research uses the R&D method, which adopts the development of Borg & Gall. Subjects in this study were students of the University of Darussalam Gontor. Data Collection using questionnaires given to subject material experts, media experts, and students to test the feasibility of the media learning pocketbook. The research findings show that the development of this book is very feasible, with a percentage of 80% based on media and material experts. Furthermore, the eligibility increase was 94% after the second stage test. Every parent is expected to be able to apply good parenting to their children. However, in reality, not all parents can carry out good parenting. The topic of study about parenting is still an interesting study to date. In this study, researchers examined parenting styles in families prone to radicalism in case studies of Salafi families who were ex-Laskar Jihad. This article examines parenting styles in these families and the factors that influence them. The method in this research is qualitative with a descriptive-analytic model. The research approach is a case study. The study results show that the parents in the family adopt different parenting styles for each child based on their characteristics. For the first child, parents tend to apply authoritarian parenting. For children second to seventh, parents use a democratic-permissive parenting style. As for the last two children, the parents adopted a permissive-authoritarian parenting style. As for religious indoctrination, parents are very authoritarian. The point is to instill religious understanding following what parents want. The provision of prayer rooms in commercial buildings is one of the facilities offered by building managers to accommodate Muslim buyers in most Muslim countries. However, the muṣallá provided is often remote, placed in a small or poorly planned space that most users, especially women, will feel uncomfortable and uncomfortable. This article aims to identify the feasibility of places of worship facilities for women in malls. The method in this study is qualitative with a descriptive-analytical approach. The results showed that the problems that came to the fore included the unresponsiveness of prayer rooms for the needs of women, inadequate entrance locations, uncomfortable ablution places, not being equipped with the necessary facilities, and some even not being child-friendly for parents. From this literature search, several research recommendations to investigate features and facilities in prayer rooms to make the area more responsive to the needs of Muslim female buyers. Tegal. Educational concept in Muhammadiyah pioneered by KH. Ahmad Dahlan uses holistic education. Education that combines general education and religion in one curriculum. Holistic education is expected to be able to make students have cognitive and spiritual abilities, which make students competent in general and religious abilities. KH character education. Ahmad Dahlan is forming Muslim people who are noble minded, wide-sighted and understand worldly science issues and are willing to fight for the progress of society at large. The concept of Muhammadiyah education is centered into four things that must be interrelated, namely schools, families, communities and mosques. Data collected through interviews with information sources, observations, and documentation studies will be analyzed qualitatively and presented descriptively. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis it was revealed that (1) the implementation of character education through the concept of Muhammadiyah education in SD Muhammadiyah Kademangaran Tegal Regency through the integration of the four Muhammadiyah education centers has not been fully carried out in integration with families. (2) the effectiveness of character education programs in the concept of Muhammadiyah education needs to be improved in terms of the integration between education in the school environment and the family environment. Untuk membuktikan kebenaran, bangsa Barat menggunakan paradigma keheranan dan keraguan hingga mengukuhkan bangsa Barat sebagai kiblat pendidikan dunia yang bertahan hingga saat ini. Namun, sistem pendidikan di Barat tidak serta merta tanpa kecacatan. Setidaknya ada tiga hal yang menjadi core values keilmu bangsa Barat yang dikritik peneliti yaitu sekulerasi, dikotomi dan antroposentrisme. Diakhir, penulis menyajikan jalan tengah bagi Paradigma Pendidikan Islam yaitu kembalikan ke wahyu sebagai alat dan sumber pengetahuan, wahyu akan membawa religiusitas dan bermuara pada pandangan ekosentrisme. Penelitian ini penting karena berusaha mencari jalan tengah atas belum sempurnanya pijakan teoritis filosofis antara Pendidikan Barat dan Pendidikan Islam. Idealitas cita-cita Kurikulum 2013 harus diiringi pula dengan kesiapan pendidik dalam melakukan penilaian terhadap proses belajar peserta didiknya, baik dari aspek sikap, pengetahuan, maupun keterampilan. Melalui pemahaman serta penguasaan yang baik terhadap evaluasi ketiga aspek tersebut, maka penilaian pembelajaran akan dapat senantiasa diupgrade dan dikembangkan sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan dalam konteks Kurikulum 2013. Tulisan ini hendak membingkai wacana pengembangan evaluasi pembelajaran PAI pada dimensi perangkat ajar yang digunakan, sehingga fungsi pendidikan dalam menilai ketercapaian proses belajar peserta didiknya dapat dilaksanakan secara maksimal. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan guna mengurai fokus tersebut. Sedangkan analisa data digunakan metode content analysis dan intepretasi. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengembangan perangkat evaluasi pembelajaran PAI dalam konteks Kurikulum 2013 dapat dilakukan secara sinergis dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi berbasis teknologi informasi (IT). Sedangkan sosial bisa dikatakan ilmu yang menyelidiki aspek sosio kultural pendidikan manusia itu sendiri. Sosial juga bisa sebagai acuan dalam berinteraksi antara manusia dengan masyarakat yang berfungsi untuk mengatur tindakan yang dimunculkan oleh individu di masyarakat. Berdasarkan konteks penelitian di atas penulis melakukan penelitian tentang “Implementasi Nilai-Nilai Kepedulian Sosial Pada Peserta Didik Melalui Mata Pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadits kelas XII (Studi kasus di MAN 8 Jombang)” dengan menggunakan 3 fokus penelitian sebagaimana berikut: (1) Bagaimana peran guru mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadits dalam menumbuhkan nilai-nilai kepedulian sosial pada peserta didik di MAN 8 Jombang. (2) Bagaimana implementasi nilai-nilai kepedulian sosial pada peserta didik di MAN 8 Jombang. (3) Apakah faktor-faktor pendukung dalam menumbuhkan nilai-nilai kepedulian sosial pada peserta didik di MAN 8 Jombang. Penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Untuk teknik analisis data peneliti menggunakan: reduksi data, display data, verifikasi data dan kesimpulan. Untuk pengecekan keabsahan data dengan cara: uji kredibilitas, pengujian transferability, pengujian dependability dan pengujian konfirmability. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) guru memiliki peran penting dalam menumbuhkan nilai-nilai kepedulian sosial di Madrasah. (2) Implementasi nilai-nilai kepedulian sosial melalui mata pelajaran al-qur’an hadits berjalan dengan baik dan berhasil, baik di lingkungan Madrasah maupun masyarakat. Pada zaman modern ini, banyak wanita yag memiliki profesi ganda atu biasa dikenal dengn sebutan wanita karir. Dan Islampun tidak melarang wanita untvk berkarir atu berkiprah diluar lingkup keluarga, justru Islam memberikan dorongan kepada wanita untvk berkarya dalam bidang yag sesuai dengn kemampuannya dengn catatan sesuai dengn apa yag ada dalam syari’at Islam. Para wanita juga tidak lupa akan tanggung  jawab serta tugasnya dalam keluarga. Jika pada saat ini wanita sudah bisa berkiprah di dunia luar maka seharusnya wanita karir juga bisa berperan dalam dunia pendidikan Islam. Tujuan dari peneliIan ini adslah mengetahui maksud dari wanita karir dan menganalisis peranannya pada dunia pendidikan Islam. PeneliIan ini menggunakan metode telaah pustaka, yag sumber datanya didaqat melalui teknik dokumentasi dengn mengumpulkan buku-buku terkait dengn permbahasan wanita karir dan pendidikan Islam. Setelah melalui proses analisis daqat diambil sebuah kesimpulan bajwa peran yag dimiliki wanita karir dalam pendidikan Islam sangat penting karen seorang wanita juga berperan sebagai ibu dalam keluarganya, daqat dikatakan bajwa ibu merupakan sekolah pertama bagi seorang anak.
