This paper replaces the centralized authority that matches drivers and riders, with block chain and a matching application that uses two types of coins, which encourages the drivers turning into miners. To evaluate the proposed system, this paper applies the proposed blockchain rideshare service to a case study to simulate and find the least matching probability to make drivers benefit from this system. Furthermore, this paper establishes a mathematical model of the stationary distribution of drivers and calculate the stationary profit of each driver in the blockchain rideshare system.","PeriodicalId":338998,"journal":{"name":"2018 8th International Conference on Logistics, Informatics and Service Sciences (LISS)","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114188662","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Consumers show different promotion sensitivity for different promotion days, and there is a certain linear relationship between the amount of regional distribution and promotion sensitivity. In this paper, through questionnaires, we get the promotion sensitivity of consumers on different promotion days. Through the regression analysis of the distribution volume in five specific regions of Beijing and the promotion sensitivities in different promotion days, the exponential linear relationship between the delivery volume and sales promotion sensitivity in different regions was obtained. This article compares the disparity between the exponential regression models of distribution volume and promotion awareness in each region. The model test results show that the promotion sensitivity and delivery volume of the entire Beijing region, Zhongguancun region, Dahongmen region, CBD region and Huilongguan region satisfy the exponential regression model, while the Daxing region and Dahongmen region regression model do not satisfy the normality assumption. The promotion sensitivity and delivery volume are not linear relationship in Daxing region and Dahongmen region.","PeriodicalId":338998,"journal":{"name":"2018 8th International Conference on Logistics, Informatics and Service Sciences (LISS)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123873968","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

For this purpose, we built a 3D model for the railway-water intermodal transportation ports on the basis of summarizing existing research on the service of transportation administrative departments for these ports in China. The weights of service forms were calculated by using the subjective-objective integrated weight method. Based on this, the system dynamics model was established. The research figured out the proportions of services provided by the Ministry of Transport as well as provincial and prefecture-level transportation administrative departments, and the reference for the development of ports in China.","PeriodicalId":338998,"journal":{"name":"2018 8th International Conference on Logistics, Informatics and Service Sciences (LISS)","volume":"90 2","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132694005","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In our study, the fairness preference was introduced into the model for two-level supply chain with stochastic demand depending on promotional effort. Firstly, we find the condition that is able to achieve channel coordination. Then we design a combined contract with the buyback and sales reward and penalty contract to solve the problem. We find that the supply chain can be coordinated with the combine contract properly designed. Finally, we use a numerical example to reveal the effectiveness of the combine contract and gain more insights.","PeriodicalId":338998,"journal":{"name":"2018 8th International Conference on Logistics, Informatics and Service Sciences (LISS)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114157080","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Three objectives, including minimization of total travel time budget, total exhaust emissions and negative impacts for health, are considered in the upper level model, which correspond to economic, environmental and social sustainability, respectively. Meanwhile, the lower level is a joint model of mode split and route choice for each individual traveler in which mode choice equilibrium follows the binary logit discrete choice model and path choice equilibrium is determined by a three-objective user equilibrium that achieves the travel time budget surplus (TBS) maximization. For solving the proposed bilevel optimization model, the paper develops an algorithm that combines the multi-objective genetic algorithm (NSGA-II) and a path-based traffic assignment algorithm. Then the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm are well demonstrated by a numerical example.","PeriodicalId":338998,"journal":{"name":"2018 8th International Conference on Logistics, Informatics and Service Sciences (LISS)","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121710268","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

First, we find that RFI generally increases the price level on the platform. Second, we find that when retailers have same base return rates, retailers’ profits are not changed while the platform’s profit is increased. Whereas, when retailers have different base return rates, RFI only benefits the retailer with high base return rate and harms the retailer with low base return rate, and RFI benefits the platform if and only if the product differentiation degree is relatively large. Third, we find RFI increases customer surplus if RFI’s return hassle cost reduction (HCR) and/or willingness-to-pay enhancement (WTPE) effect is relatively strong. Moreover, we find RFI increases social welfare if RFI’s HCR and/or WTPE effect is relatively strong and the product differentiation degree is relatively large. Such findings offer guidelines for online platforms and third-party retailers to design appropriate RFI provision strategies.","PeriodicalId":338998,"journal":{"name":"2018 8th International Conference on Logistics, Informatics and Service Sciences (LISS)","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-08-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124429103","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the past, most studies focused on the absolute accuracy of customer purchase intention, while little attention was paid to the accuracy of prediction methods. Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of data mining algorithms, this paper uses different algorithms to compare users' characteristics, preferences and other information implied in the purchase information. It also forecasts and analyzes the actual purchase situation of potential target customers. The results show that the prediction results of the decision tree algorithm are better than the clustering analysis and Naive Bayes algorithm, and the degree of improvement is even greater.
