The vital role of agribusiness in national economy has a significant influence in future economic development. In managing agribusiness system, one of the issues encountered is crops transport issue. No integration of crops transport vehicle data causes a problematic agribusiness crops transport process, even more so for the agribusiness doer who has no transport vehicle or during harvest that naturally needs a lot of crops transport vehicles. Therefore, a mobile-based computer application used to reserve agribusiness crops transport vehicles that can be accessed in real time is needed. The application was developed within 25 days using scrum framework. The reservation system adopted FCFS Algorithm implemented in the mobile application, so it optimally serves transportation reservation with priority of first come first served by the service provider's system.","PeriodicalId":338586,"journal":{"name":"2023 Third International Conference on Advances in Electrical, Computing, Communication and Sustainable Technologies (ICAECT)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130202796","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Solar photovoltaic (PV) systems are semiconductor technologies that change solar energy into direct current (DC) electricity via the exchange of electrons. A “Maximum Point Tracking” (MPPT) technique is derived to increase PV array's output power under all circumstances by monitoring the maximum power. The point of maximum power was tracked by various MPPT algorithms including the incremental conductance, perturb and observe (P&O), constant current, constant voltage, and parasitic capacitance methods etc. Despite being a straightforward technique, the perturb and monitor algorithm tracks incorrectly when the weather suddenly changes and oscillates around the point of maximum power (MPP), which can be avoided by utilizing the hybrid ABC-WOA algorithm. Therefore, to overcome this problem, an MPPT approach that is built on the hybrid ABC-WOA algorithm was performed associated to that of Perturbation and observation (P&O) as benchmarks. The ABC-WOA algorithm has ability to efficiently decrease the start-up time, minimizes the steady-state-run-yield oscillation of power following step change in an irradiance and enhances output efficiency. The recommended algorithm may easily handle partly shadowed PV arrays; lower power losses brought on by improperly recognizing the local position, and increase the effectiveness of PV power production.","PeriodicalId":338586,"journal":{"name":"2023 Third International Conference on Advances in Electrical, Computing, Communication and Sustainable Technologies (ICAECT)","volume":"22 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131278279","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the deployment of large-scale small cells can cause serious interference problems among users. Therefore, this paper proposes an interference vector judgement based user clustering scheme to suppress the system throughput degradation problem caused by interference. For our proposed scheme, it first gives a design of inter-user interference weight to obtain user interference vectors; secondly, users are clustered by adjudicating the relative interference values between user interference vectors. In simulation, it can demonstrate that our proposed algorithm achieves significant improvements in enhancing system throughput, especially for cell-edge users, by comparing it with some other existing algorithms.","PeriodicalId":338586,"journal":{"name":"2023 Third International Conference on Advances in Electrical, Computing, Communication and Sustainable Technologies (ICAECT)","volume":"30 1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127662265","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

How to efficiently distribute Virtual Machines (VMs) to the Physical Machines (PMs) or hosts in order to conserve power is the task. There are numerous existing energy-conscious methods which concentrate on reducing energy use in a cloud environment. Here two models, a gradient regression-based method and a maximum percentage of correlation-based method are proposed; these can significantly minimize use of energy in cloud computing. CloudSim is a simulation tool for simulating cloud computation environments. Despite the fact that the literature contains a large number of research contributions, we have critically and fully analysed current research and review papers that are relevant to text summary of document systems. The various approaches are classified based on the main ideas used in their procedures. The emphasis is on the concept utilised by the concerned authors, the approach used for experiments, and the performance evaluation measures. The researchers' claims are also emphasised. Our findings from the exhaustive literature review are presented together with the detected flaws. This study is very important for the comparative examination of various text summarizer approaches, which is necessary for addressing associated difficulties. On a review of the literature, we developed our own way in which we constructed a programme in Python and wrote it in the Spyder console using the Anaconda culture. The following standard libraries are used: NLTK for text processing, TensorFlow hub for getting the BERT pretrained model, correlation from the Sklearn library, and certain other standard libraries such as Panda for importing the dataset, Numpy, and so on. The data set must be imported after all of the libraries have been included. To summarise, the Kaggle datasets news summary training dataset was utilised. There are headlines, the full text, a synopsis, and links to related news stories for each story in the collection. In this experiment, the first 100 articles from the news summary collection were used. We analysed the outcome using the Rouge scoring system on both the created summary and the original summary. Rouge's average score for the first 100, 50, and 30 documents. The results obtained are encouraging.","PeriodicalId":338586,"journal":{"name":"2023 Third International Conference on Advances in Electrical, Computing, Communication and Sustainable Technologies (ICAECT)","volume":"514 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116034065","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Due to the time-variant character of signatures, signature verification is a difficult process. There are two primary forms of signatures, such as the dynamic signature used online. A static signature is one that is not currently active. The phrase intra-personal variability is used when an offline signature cannot be made in the same way even by a skilled signer. To prevent fraudulent signatures in this instance, we use a highly deep learning (DL) offline signature verification algorithm. The Convolution Neural Network (CNN) is a component of deep learning (DL). CNN was created and educated for two distinct. In order to achieve the stability in between the demand & supply, automatic action is required to stabilize the frequency deviations caused during load fluctuations in the respective power system area. In this paper, a two-area electrical power system is formulated as well as modeled in MATLAB/Simulink environment. The deviating performance of the interconnected power systems has been observed during different load conditions. The different control algorithms such as Integrator(I), Proportional Integral (PI), & Proportional Integral Differential (PID) are applied to mitigate perturbations in AGC's parameters like frequency, mechanical power output, and power of tie-line respectively. The hit and trial strategy has opted to tune up controller gains. The performance has been validated through simulated results. At the later stage, the PID controller has outperformed as compared to its counterparts based on settling time and magnitude of error during sudden load demand variations in a power system area.","PeriodicalId":338586,"journal":{"name":"2023 Third International Conference on Advances in Electrical, Computing, Communication and Sustainable Technologies (ICAECT)","volume":"137 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115668845","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Rapid advancements in communication, imaging technologies, and healthcare systems enable virtual consultation, diagnosis, and medication prescriptions. This project aims to strengthen the telehealth system by creating a website that makes it easier for patients and doctors to interact virtually. The website has tools for making appointments with doctors, writing prescriptions, and keeping track of patients' progress. The system's admin module facilitates the overall management of the website and the coordination of communication between doctors and patients. The website enables users to log in, register, schedule appointments with doctors, and get prescription drug information. Doctors have access to patient meeting times, medical reports, and the provision to write prescriptions. It supports the transfer of medical reports in a fast and reliable mode. Since the direct transfer of medical reports needs more time and bandwidth, a hybrid compression technique reduces the report data size in the proposed system. The system compresses and transfers the medical reports with an estimated means of compression ratio, PSNR, and MSE of 26.95,43.52dB, and 10.5, respectively.","PeriodicalId":338586,"journal":{"name":"2023 Third International Conference on Advances in Electrical, Computing, Communication and Sustainable Technologies (ICAECT)","volume":"74 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127378511","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Its lightweight, minimal overhead nature has aided real-time data exchange between the Publishers and the Subscribers. As of MQTT 5, the protocol has fault-tolerance and fault detection implemented through QoS Levels 1 and 2 in the form of ‘Retained Messages,’ ‘Persistent Sessions,’ and ‘LWT’ (‘Last Will’ and Testament’). Many researchers have dived deep into securing this protocol by using Blockchain, using multiple Fog and Mist Computing infrastructures, and they have accomplished faster, more efficient, and more secure implementations of the MQTT protocol. Often, the less explored scope of optimization is the fault tolerance of MQTT, which has its limitations. The current specification of MQTT allows the broker to only store one retained message per client ID, which becomes a limitation in the application use cases where the newly subscribed devices are supposed to get an array of data points instead of one. The current specification of MQTT does not implement fault tolerance on the broker end, which can disrupt the network on broker failure. The paper explores how we can use Blockchain Technology to overcome the limitations of ‘Retained Messages' in MQTT and improve the Dead Letter Exchanges in QoS levels 1 and 2 through Blockchain Technology. In addition, the paper explores and implements dynamic load balancing using Blockchain Naming Services to tackle broker failure in the MQTT protocol, which will allow brokers to be hosted under decentralized domain names on the Blockchain, monitored by a load balancer.","PeriodicalId":338586,"journal":{"name":"2023 Third International Conference on Advances in Electrical, Computing, Communication and Sustainable Technologies (ICAECT)","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122767670","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
