In an attempt to improve on current methods we are researching and developing methods for computer analysis of photo-acoustic signals. In another paper by Farkas (1995), it was noted that these codes are equivalent to lengthened Reed Solomon Codes and shortened versions of lengthened Reed Solomon codes respectively over GF(2/sup (h/2)/). It was also shown that it is possible to use these codes for an error detection of one error in the codeword over GF(2/sup (h/2)/). In the paper by Farkas and Baylis (2000), a class of modified Generalized Weighted Sum Codes for single error and conditionally double error correction were presented. In this paper we present a new family of double error-correcting codes with code distance d/sub m/ = 5. Weight spectrum for [60,49,5] code constructed over GF(8) which is an example of the new codes was obtained by computer. With modern DHTML feature of Web browser, we create a WYSIWYG HTML editor in Java script. The HTML editor served as the base for our integrated tool. Mathematics equation was implemented with free Java applets. Drawing and animation were implemented with SVG. It is currently used on our Internet-based courses system by many science teachers. The tool bar interfaces make it attractive and easy to learn/use for new user. User can edit text, flow-chart and concept maps dynamically online with Internet explorer. The document is saved in XML format. All the existing Web components, e.g. Java animation, video, sound, can be added to the document with drag and drop. The method based on the material intrinsic wavelength-filtering properties is implemented in color sensing. The response times after switching on and off monochromatic and chromatic illumination at constant reverse bias voltage are analyzed. Recent surveys show that, today, at least one third of these users are sensitive to voltage dips and have significant costs due to supply voltage disturbances and outages, but only some of them are able to quantify these costs with sufficient accuracy.
