Holub","doi":"10.25128/2078-2357.22.1-2.8","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.25128/2078-2357.22.1-2.8","url":null,"abstract":"The qualitative analysis of fish fauna of the Stryi River and the upper and middle sections of the Dniester River is conducted, and the taxonomy and faunistic structure are analyzed. The fish assemblage investigation was carried out during 2017–2020 in different seasons of the year. Fish sampling was performed by gill nets and sweep nets. Totally 15 locations were investigated and 465 specimens were caught. \u0000It has been established that the ichthyofauna includes 24 species in the studied section of the Upper Dniester and 22 species in the section of the Stryi River. The share of rare species is rather high: for the Dniester section, 33.3 % of the species listed in the Bern Convention and 12.5 % listed in the Red Book of Ukraine, and for the Stryi River, 40.9 % and 22.7 % respectively. \u0000The similarity of the Upper Dniester and the Stryi River ichthyofauna according to Shorigin was 53.9 %. The similarity of communities according to Jaccard was 0.59. Weinstein's index of biocenological similarity of ichthyocenoses in the studied rivers was low: 0.32. The low values of similarity indices are explained by the specificity of faunal structure in the studied rivers. Ichthyofauna of the Stryi and the Upper Dniester includes six ichthyocomplexes (boreal piedmont, boreal plain, tertiary plain freshwater, Pontocaspian freshwater, Pontocaspian marine, Chinese plain). The main similarities in the ichthyofauna of these rivers are formed due to the representatives of Pontocaspian freshwater, boreal plain and Chinese plain complexes: up to 72.7 % of total ichthyofauna. \u0000There has recently been an intensive advance of alien and invasive fish species into the piedmont of the Dniester River basin, which use transformed sections of the river with the silted bottom as refuges where they settle, increase in number and spread upstream. The conducted researches testify to sufficient levels of water-holding ability of leaves of the studied grades of berry cultures. In the raspberry varieties Ruby Giant, Golden Giant, and Cascade Delight, the water holding capacity was higher after 24 hours, as indicated by the lowest rates of water loss by leaves (64.73 %, 68.13 %, and 69.66 % – respectively). According to the indicator of water deficit, the most drought-resistant raspberry varieties were Ruby Giant and Cascade Delight raspberry varieties. Indicators of water deficit of gooseberry leaves (3.2 %) indicate a high level of drought resistance of Neslukhovsky. The lowest drought-resistant gooseberry varieties Neslukhivskyi and Bezshipnyi were the lowest in terms of moisture loss during the study. \u0000The obtained indicators of resistance of the studied plants to drought conditions show that the varieties of raspberry Ruby Giant and Cascade Delight, as well as gooseberry varieties Neslukhovsky and Bezshipny are characterized by a high level of drought resistance, even in adverse growing season 2021. The productivity of berry plantations depends on providing the soil with moisture during the growth of shoots, and during fruiting. In the year of the study, insufficient water supply in the fruiting phase adversely affected the overall berry bush plants, and also led to a significant reduction in their yield. In conditions of lack of moisture for plant development in large-fruited varieties of raspberries (Ruby Giant, Orange Giant, Yellow Giant), a small part of the crop dried up on the shoots. The Golden Giant and Cascade Delaine raspberry varieties, as well as the Neslukhivsky gooseberry variety, had high yield levels. \u0000Based on the assessment of a set of indicators (water holding capacity, water deficit, yield) to create highly productive industrial berry plantations can be recommended raspberry varieties Golden Giant, Ruby Giant and Cascade Delaine, as well as gooseberry varieties Neslukhovsky and Bezshipny.","PeriodicalId":336963,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Issue Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University. The content increased by 1.88 times compared to the input values. An antioxidant activity of the tissue reduced by 3.00 times during the ontogenesis. However, the increasing of antioxidant enzymes activity provided the maintenance of prooxidant-antioxidant balance in this period. There were no significant changes of the total unsaturated fatty acid content and the total tissue lipid unsaturation during the last week of embryogenesis in Legart breed. The content of lipid breakdown end-products in the original homogenate and after induction of peroxidation by Fe2+ ions in the skeletal muscles of Kharkiv breed had no weighty changes during the embryonic period. The highest values were on the 1st day of postnatal ontogenesis. There was a minimal value of antioxidant activity with its subsequent increase during the same period. Due to the activity of antioxidant protection enzymes, prooxidant-antioxidant balance in the skeletal muscles of Kharkiv breed was maintained. The activity is at a consistently high level during 22nd-28th days of embryogenesis. The average level of superoxide dismutase activity in the skeletal muscles of Kharkiv breed exceeded the value in Legart breed by 2.09 times, while glutathione peroxidase and catalase activity were at the same level. A prevalence of the superoxide dismutase in the antioxidant activity system indicated on higher adaptive breed potential – an average antioxidant activity was 1.5 times higher for the skeletal muscles of Kharkiv breed. Breed specificity is aimed to adapt goose organism to hyperoxia of atmospheric respiration in the skeletal muscles. Legart breed geese use the activation of antioxidant enzymes, whereas Kharkiv breed geese involve much more antioxidant enzymes – superoxide dismutase, probably, alternative mechanisms and low molecular weight antioxidants. The extensive hydrological network of the Udai River and the wide representation within this nature reserve of floodplain reservoirs are the reason for the high diversity of plant communities of higher aquatic vegetation. In this article, we classified the communities of alliance Nymphaeion albae Oberdorfer 1957 in the National nature park \"Pyryatynskyi\" and identify the features of their syntaxonomic and ecological differentiation. The literature on this type of vegetation is fragmentary, without any geobotanical information and detailed characteristics of the structure of phytoceonoses, synecology and synchorology. All obtained results are based on original field data. In total, 46 geobotanical relieves were performed during the period 2010–2017. The description of communities was carried out within their natural boundaries. Treatment of fitosociological data was performed with the JUICE software package. The nomenclature of syntaxons was consistent with the International Code of Phytosociological Nomenclature (ICFN).The alliance Nymphaeion albae Oberdorfer 1957 on the territory of NPP \"Pyriatynsky\" is represented by 4 associations Nymphaeo albae–Nupharetum luteae Nowinski 1927, Nymphaeetum albae Vollmar 1947, Nymphaeetum candidae Miljan 1958 and Potamo natantis–Persicarietum natantis Knapp et Stoffers 1962 nom. mutat. propos.This is first prodrome of alliance Nymphaeion albae Oberdorfer 1957 for the territory of National Nature Park “Pyryatynskyi”. The communities of this syntaxon occupy small areas and have a limited distribution in the region. Most of them are rare and vulnerable to changes in environmental conditions. The information was collected from 2017 to 2021. In 2021, 37 species of birds were identified. Of these, 8 species belonging to the Passeriformes series are settled. The best represented family is Muscicapadae, including 7 species. The family Fringillidae includes 6 species, the family Paridae – 5 species. As many as 7 families represent only one species of birds. Care gardening has a pronounced negative effect on birds, especially during the nesting season. Such work includes pruning bushes, removing individual trees or dry branches, and removing fallen leaves. The collection of nuts, acorns and seeds is not carried out in full – for animals, there is always a significant supply of crops. No special animal protection measures have been implemented in the protected area. The material of the study was the seeds of winter rye varieties Synthetic 38 and Zabava and compositions of metabolically active substances: vitamin E (10-8 М), paraoxybenzoic acid (PABX) (0.001 %), methionine (0.001 %), ubiquinone-10 (10-8 М) and MgSO4 (0.001 %) in the following combinations - vitamin E (10-8 М) + paraoxybenzoic acid (0.001 %) + methionine (0.001 %) (EPM), vitamin E (10-8 М) + paraoxybenzoic acid (0.001 %) ) + methionine (0.001 %) + MgSO4 (0.001 %) (EPMMg), vitamin E (10-8 М) + ubiquinone-10 (10-8 М) (EQ). The positive effect of pre-sowing treatment of winter rye seeds with compositions of metabolically active compounds, namely EPM, EPMMg and EQ on plant development during the growing season affected the formation of productive stems in winter rye plants of Synthetic 38 and Zabava varieties. The largest number of productive stems in plants of both varieties was formed using the composition EPMMg. Pre-sowing treatment of seeds with the studied compositions of metabolically active compounds also affected the main indicators of crop structure, namely there was an increase in ear length, number of grains in the ear, grain weight in the ear, the weight of 1000 grains, but to varying degrees. The largest number of grains in the ear and their mass were formed by plants of both varieties by pre-sowing seed treatment with EPMMg composition. The largest mass of 1000 grains was also formed by plants of both studied varieties by pre-sowing treatment with EPMMg composition. Accordingly, the biological yield of winter rye in the experimental group with pre-sowing treatment with EPMMg composition was the highest for plants of both varieties. Analysis of the yield structure of winter rye showed higher yields when using a composition of metabolically active compounds EPMMg due to such elements as productive tillering, the number of grains in the ear, and the weight of 1000 grains. It is obvious that the demonstrated increase in the content of photosynthetic pigments (chlorophyll a and b) and the area of the leaf blade also contributes to the formation of plants with higher biological yields. Therefore, pre-sowing treatment with metabolically active compounds can be considered an effective method of agricultural technology, which has a positive effect on the size of the crop structure and the yield of winter rye varieties Synthetic 38 and Zabava. In particular, an important factor was the organizational and methodological as well as research activities of the heads of the department, I. V. Shust, A. V. Tsarenko, V. V. Hrubinko, who contributed to the formation of a new generation of scientists and lecturers, the emergence of scientific schools and the development of new areas of biological and methodological investigations. A new impetus to intensify the activities of the teaching staff in all areas was the association of the Department of General Biology with the Department of Methodology of Teaching Natural Sciences, which had a positive effect on cooperation between employees of higher pedagogical education with teachers of secondary schools and pupils. It has been defined that the development of collective scientific topics of pedagogical direction served as the basis for the development and implementation of a model of partnering relationships organization in the \"Higher educational establishment – school\" system, a systemically important factor of which is the implementation of the principles of child centeredness and student centeredness in parity collaboration of participants in the educational process. The model is based on various types of innovative activities regarding cooperation between schools and higher educational establishments in three promising areas: working out the mechanisms of interaction between secondary schools and higher educational establishments in order to modernize the forms and methods of organizing the educational process; creating conditions for professional self-determination of pupils and increasing the level of competence of future university entrants; creation by higher education establishments of an educational environment for teachers to implement lifelong learning. \u0000In the process of implementing the model, a number of modern forms of interaction between educational institutions have been tested. The longest zone is the fertile hemisymplicate zone and the shortest one is the sterile synascidiate zone in the ovary. It was determined that in Z. citrina the peduncle consists of 12 vascular bundles, which gather above the center in a dense circle, but do not form a vascular cylinder, and at the level of receptacle septal vascular bundles and dorsal vascular bundles depart, from which above traces of tepal depart. Dorsal and septal vascular bundles of the carpel are two-bundle. In the center of the ovary at the level of the locules there is a glandular slit which points to the presence of a symplicate zone and a circle of small vascular bundles – the roots of the ventral complex. Higher these bundles are reorganized into 6 massive vascular bundles and supplied the ovules – the ventral bundles of carpels. There are 14-20 ovules in each locul, the trace of the ovule is one-bundle. Traces of outer tepals have 12 vascular bundles, traces of inner tepals have 10 vascular bundles. Organic-mineral fertilizer \"SMART\" composite \"Marcinyshyn\" ® is included in the \"List of pesticides and agrochemicals approved for use in Ukraine\" with the status of \"permanent registration\" for use in agriculture. The developer of regulatory and technical documentation and manufacturer of the fertilizer is Individual Entrepreneur Martsinyshyn Yuriy Danylovych, Ukraine; LLC \"Research Institute of Noosphere Valeology Martsinyshyn Health Conservation and Planetary Human Environmental Safety\", Ukraine. \u0000It is shown that the use of organic-mineral fertilizer \"SMART\" composite Marcinyshyn \"® by treating the root system of seedlings and foliar fertilizing of plants in phases of 3–4 true leaves, 5–7 true leaves, bush formation – the beginning of budding, flowering, fruit formation and closing of fruit significantly affects the intensity of transpiration, water holding capacity, water deficiency in the leaves of edible tomatoes hybrid F1 Talent in soil and climatic conditions of the Western Forest-Steppe of Ukraine (Ternopil region). \u0000It has been observed that when using organic-mineral fertilizer \"SMART\" composite Marcinyshyn®, the increase in transpiration intensity in comparison with the control in the phases of budding was 31.2 %, in flowering it was 29.4 %, pink ripeness – 40.1 %. \u0000In the flowering phase of the edible tomato under the influence of organic-mineral fertilizer \"SMART\" composite Marcinyshyn®, there was a tendency of greater water-holding capacity of tissues in 2, 4 and 6 hours after leaf plucking compared to the control. Indicators of water-holding capacity of leaves with foliar feeding of plants only after 24 hours were statistically significant. \u0000The analysis showed that the use of organic-mineral fertilizer \"SMART\" Marcinyshyn® composite statistically significantly reduced the water deficit of fruits of edible tomato leaves in the phases of budding and pink ripeness by 16.7 and 19.1 %.","PeriodicalId":336963,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Issue Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University. Böhle & Hilger distribution in Dvorichansky National Nature Park \"(hereinafter NPP\" Dvorichansky \"), which have been carried out throughout 2020 – 2021 are described. P. maculatum is included in the international conservation lists, namely in the European Red List of Vascular Plants (IUCN), Resolution №6 of the Berne Convention, and in some regional red lists. During the period of our research, we have registered 9 plots with P. maculatum populations. Among them we indicated 73 plants in 24 localities where the populational conditions, the phenological phase of plants development, the number of flowering individuals and the number of flowers on the plants were observed.
