Changes in the content of phospholipids in the gills, brain, liver and skeletal muscle of the scaly carp (Cyprinus carpio L.) under the influence of sodium lauryl sulfate and nonphosphate synthetic detergent have been studied. \u0000Ambiguous mediated changes in indicators were identified under the action of toxicants. Such changes can be caused by both the direct action of surfactants on the body of hydrobionts and the peculiar restructuring of the lipid bichar in the direction of counteracting the influence of toxicants. \u0000With the experimental introduction of sodium lauryl sulfate-containing synthetic detergent and non-phosphate synthetic detergent into aquarium water, changes in the activity of phospholipids occur in all test tissues of the carp. \u0000When applying lauryl sulfate, we observe almost uniform effect on all investigated fabrics. \u0000With the tendency to increase, we observe indicators in the brain and white muscles, but with a tendency to decrease in the liver and gills. \u0000As for the effect of lauryl sulfate on the tissue, we observe the greatest importance in the liver tissues and uniform effect on the white muscle, brain and gills of the carp.","PeriodicalId":336963,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Issue Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University. The world tendencies and main features of the current situation in environmental education in Ukraine are outlined. The necessity of entering the world standards of studying and assessing the state of the natural environment and the human environment is emphasized. The scheme of methodological structuring and improvement of the new in Ukraine, but well-established in European countries, the field of research and practical knowledge - environmental science – is presented. \u0000The environmental science is concerned with the study of all levels of the natural environment, from the cosmic to the intracellular, as well as all levels of the anthropic environment, from the technogenic to the productive, from the socio-cultural to the spiritual-aesthetic. A unique phenomenon of nature is the recognition of multi-level biotic – intra-ecosystem and intra-organismal environments. \u0000The subject matter of environmental science is constituted by the scientific foundations of the balanced coexistence of the medium-forming animate and inanimate natural systems and the human community, the methods of rational use of real-energy natural resources for the benefit of mankind without the destruction of the environment. \u0000The environmental science aims at the development and promotion of reasonable principles of coexistence of natural and social medium-forming systems in the environment in order to preserve the possibility of satisfying present and future generations of their material and non-material needs. \u0000As a system of knowledge, the science of the environment is filled with new information about the evolutionary unity of the material inanimate and living world, the role of science and spirituality in its understanding and preservation. Based on modern scientific and philosophical principles, the perception and importance of the biotic systems, biodiversity and eco-means of all levels is grounded. \u0000The environmental science studies the history of the emergence of the human population, its transformation into planetary geological force. Various spheres of human activity are considered, such as urbanization, social hygiene and health, agricultural production, food supply and threats typical of these activities. An inseparable part of education in environmental science is the knowledge of physical real-energy resources and the values of stability of inanimate medium-forming systems. The phytopathogen affects all parts of plants and seeds, and may be the cause of their low germination. It also causes empty-head leading to crop losses and quality decrease. P syringiae survives on host plant residues, in soil and on seed. Seed infestation can play an important role in disease epidemiology. An important component of the outer membrane and the virulence factor of phytopathogenic bacteria of the genus Pseudomonas is lipopolysaccharide (LPS), which participates in pathogenesis processes, and is responsible for toxigenicity and immunogenicity of causal agents. The strategic importance of wheat in the agrarian market of Ukraine actualizes the research into the varieties resistant to basal bacteriosis. The study aims to determine the effects of phytopathogenic bacteria Pseudomonas syringae pv. coronafaciens and P. syrіngae pv. atrofaciens, as well as their LPS on seeds of different wheat varieties. Bacterial strains were obtained from the collection of live cultures at the department of phytopathogenic bacteria of D. K. Zabolotny Institute of Microbiology and Virology of the NASU. To conduct the experiment a suspension of living cells of the pathogen with a concentration of 109 CFU / ml and LPS solution at the concentration of 5 mg/ml was used. Exposure time was 24 h. The seed germination and the length of the main root of the sprout were determined after 4 days of germination period. Phytotoxic effect of P. syrіngae cells and their LPS was investigated using two varieties of winter wheat (Discus and Huculus) and spring wheat variety of Grenny. Introduced in Ukraine wheat varieties of foreign breeding Discus, Hukulus and Grenny were characterized by moderate sensitivity to phytopathogenic bacteria P. syrinae pv. coronafaciens and P. syrіngae pv. atrofaciens, as well as to their LPS. The most resistant to the phytopathogenic effect of P. syrіngae pathovars were the grains of the variety of winter wheat Discus. Live bacterial suspensions exerted a more pronounced phytotoxic effect, compared to their LPS, towards wheat grains of winter varieties and less pronounced than LPS - towards grain of spring wheat variety.","PeriodicalId":336963,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Issue Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University. Diahil","doi":"10.25128/2078-2357.19.2.9","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.25128/2078-2357.19.2.9","url":null,"abstract":"To study the associative relation of polymorphic HLA gene variants and BCR/ABL1 transcript types in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) 87 CML patients were examined. 42 patients had e13a2 BCR/ABL1 transcript and 45 patients had e14a2 BCR/ABL1 transcript. The prevalence of the genes allelic variants of major histocompatibility complex was analyzed and the association coefficients for the disease risk depending on the presence of certain types of BCR/ABL1 transcripts were calculated. \u0000Unconditional markers of increased risk of CML (HLA-DRB1*11) and markers of resistance to CML (HLA-A*03) were highlighted. The allele frequencies of HLA-A*03, HLA-A*68, HLA-B*08, HLA-B*15, HLA-B*40, HLA-DRB1*04, DQB1*06 were significantly reduced and allele frequencies of HLA-DRB1*12 and DRB1*11 were increased in patients with the e13a2 transcript compared to healthy people. The allele frequencies of HLA-A*03, HLA-A*11, HLA-B*08, HLA-B*14, HLA-B*40, HLA-DRB1*04 and DQB1* 03 were significantly reduced and the allele frequency of HLA-DRB1*11 was significantly increased in patients with e14a2 transcript compared to healthy persons. Shevchyk","doi":"10.25128/2078-2357.19.2.3","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.25128/2078-2357.19.2.3","url":null,"abstract":"Reliable information about the species composition of the fauna, way of life, abundance, distribution, and breeding features is not only the initial data for in-depth zoological, evolutionary and ecological research, but also the source for nature conservation activity based on the analysis of the state of wildlife resources. \u0000The European green lizard (Lacerta viridis Laurenti, 1768; Reptilia, Squamata) is one of the most vulnerable species of reptiles in the domestic herpetofauna. Therefore, it is the object of ecological research aimed at studying population structure, biotopic distribution, including within the protected natural areas and areas that are undergoing significant anthropogenic transformation. \u0000The work is based on field studies conducted in April August 2018 and data from the regular phenological observations of the Dniester Canyon National Nature Park. \u0000The current status of the European green lizard population (Lacerta viridis Laurenti, 1768) within the territory of Dniester Canyon National Nature Park has been investigated. The abundance and spatial distribution of the species populations in different biotopes have been studiedon the basis of long-term phenological observations according to the program of the Chronicle of Nature of the National Nature Park and the authors’ research. The data of the species occurrence on the territory of the Park for the last six years is given. The abundance of the European green lizard populations under different biotopical conditions and the main factors influencing the studied parameters have been analyzed. \u0000The European green lizard has been found to be a stenotopic species that favors only 2-3 biotopes, so it is highly vulnerable due to distortion of specific stations. Besides, L. viridis is the dominant species of reptiles on the Dniester slopes, its tributaries, streams, gullies and ravines. \u0000The biotopes inhabited by this species can be grouped into three main types: \u00001) slopes of hills and ravines with thick-growing grassand bushes of hawthorn and dog rose (settlement density 30-50 inhabitants/km); \u00002) areas related to broad-leaved forests and mixed forests glades, outskirts of forests, forest roads (20-50 inhabitants/km); \u00003) steep slopes of gullies, steep bank slopes with limestone outcrops with herbaceous and shrubby vegetation (6-11 inhabitants/km). \u0000The spatial distribution of L. viridis communities in the region is predominantly aggregative and exists in several different forms, which is related to the configuration of favorable plots, the nutritive base and interspecies relationships.","PeriodicalId":336963,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Issue Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University. Kononchuk","doi":"10.25128/2078-2357.19.2.17","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.25128/2078-2357.19.2.17","url":null,"abstract":"July 7, 2019 marks the 60th anniversary of the renowned scientist in the field of plant physiology and microbiology, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor, Academician of the Academy of Sciences of the Higher School of Ukraine, Head of the Department of Botany and Zoology of the Ternopil National Pedagogical University and University \u0000Svitlana Vasylivna was born in the village of Ishkiv, Koziv district, Ternopil region, to a family of teachers. She started schooling at the Ishkiv eight-year school and later Ternopil Secondary School #8, which she graduated with honours in 1976. In August 1977, she entered Ternopil Pedagogical Institute, Natural Sciences faculty. She graduated with honors in 1982 and got qualification of a teacher of chemistry and biology \u0000Since July 1982, Svitlana Vasylivna's work has been associated with the Department of Botany (now the Department of Botany and Zoology of Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University), where she became an assistant at the laboratory of plant physiology and biology. \u0000As a laboratory assistant, S.V. Pyda commenced her first scientific studies concerned with nitrogen nutrition of legumes supervised by Professor, Head of the Symbiotic Nitrogenation Department of the Institute of Plant Physiology and Genetics of NAS of Ukraine Yukhym Polikarpovych Starchenko, candidates of biological sciences, professor of the Department of Botany of Ternopil Pedagogical Institute Vekirchyk Kuzma Mykolaiovych and associate professor Butnytskyi Ivan Mykolaiovych. \u0000From 1989 to 1993 S.V. Pyda carried out scientific research at National Botanical Garden M.M. Hrishko NAS of Ukraine (Kyiv) supervised by professor, head of allelopathy department Holovko Erast Anatoliiovych. May 26, 1994 as a result of scientific research S.V. Pyda became a successful defense of a Ph.D. thesis for the degree of Candidate of Biological Sciences in the specialty 03.00.12 – plant physiology in the specialized scientific council of the Institute of Plant Physiology and Genetics of NAS of Ukraine entitled: «Allelopathic and symbiotic features of lupine at different levels of nitrogen nutrition». \u0000During her postgraduate studies, in 1990 S. V. Pyda was transitioned to the position of Assistant Professor of the Department of Botany of Ternopil Pedagogical Institute, and after the defense of her Ph.D. thesis in January 1995 – to the post of Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor of Botany – on December 25, 1997. Pyda S.V. was given the academic title of Associate Professor of Botany. \u0000Pyda S.V. managed to combine her teaching career with scientific research concerned with a wide range of questions of plant physiology, biochemistry and ecology, microbiology, agriculture. Yastremska","doi":"10.25128/2078-2357.19.1.19","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.25128/2078-2357.19.1.19","url":null,"abstract":"Thanks to the researches by William Houston, Magnus Falconar, Julian Evans we know that the spleen has powerful immune protection, is able to synthesize humoral immunity factors, it is the organ of detoxification, re-mobilization of iron, and it is involved in hemopoiesis. However, among all of functions, the hemopoietic function of the spleen still not fully explored. This is due to the fact that the extemedular hematopoiesis (EMH) is considered by most scientists as a manifestation of the pathological condition related to the failure of the bone marrow function, because physiologically, it completely stops after the embryonic development period and is almost uncharacteristic for the post-embryonic period. This process involves the production of mature blood cells outside the medullary bone cavity. EMH is often observed in patients with myelofibrosis, myeloproliferative disorders and hemoglobinopathy, especially with thalassemia and sickle cell anemia. The key organs of peripheral hematopoiesis that participate in EMH are spleen, liver and lymph nodes.Today there are not enough researches on the fundamental processes and the very mechanism of EMH. The article presents an analysis of modern EMH researches based on publications on experimental hematology. Pryplavko","doi":"10.25128/2078-2357.19.1.15","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.25128/2078-2357.19.1.15","url":null,"abstract":"We have found out the effect of synthetic plant growth regulators – Azotofite, Vympel, Amber acid on assimilation processes of winter wheat sort Yuvivat in the autumn and spring periods.The formation of the assimilation surface for winter wheat plants is a decisive factor in increasing the productivity of the crop. It was ascertained that on the 12th day after the emergence of the stairs an increase in the assimilation surface of winter wheat under the influence of Vympel – by 7.8%, Amber acid – by 17.2%, Azotofite – by 20.3%.On spring period on 217 days after the emergence of the seedlings, an increase in the assimilation surface of winter wheat under the influence of Azotofite – by 40.2%, Vympel – by 32.2%, and Amber acid – by 22.8% compared to the control. Such an effect of Azotofite can be explained by the fact that it consists of cells of nitrogen-fixing bacteria Azotobacter chroococcum.In turn, Vympel, at the expense of humic acids in its composition, enhances root formation and improves nutrition, which helps to increase the growth of the above-ground part of plants.At 227 days after the appearance of the stairs, similar results were observed with the previous ones. The most effective was detected by Azotofite. He exceeded the control rate by 40.4%. The increase in the assimilation surface under the influence of Vympel was 33.1% compared with the control.The use of synthetic growth regulators had a positive effect on the formation of the mass of raw matter of winter wheat plants in the autumn and spring periods.Thus, the mass of raw matter of winter wheat plants increased by 3.4% during the autumn period under the influence of Vympel, by 12.8% by Amber acid. Azotofite, which exceeded the control index by 15.1%, showed the greatest efficiency.On 217 days after the emergence of the stairs, the increase in the mass of raw matter of plants under the influence of Vympel was at the level of 38.2%, Amber acid – 9%, Azotofite – 68% compared to control.On 227 day, the greatest effect on the growth of the mass of the raw matter of the plant was Azotofite (62.7% more than control), in the second place was the synthetic growth regulator Vympel, which increased the mass of the raw matter of the plant by 45% compared to the control.As a result of the research, it was found that the highest performance of photosynthesis was determined in versions using Azotofite and Vympel, where the net photosynthesis yield was 11.5 g/m2/day and 9.4 g/m2/day and exceeded the control values by 69.3% and 38.4% respectively.Thus, according to the results of studies of the physiological effects of synthetic growth regulators, it has been found that the most effective synthetic growth regulators that stimulate the assimilation processes of winter wheat during the studied periods are Azotofite and Vympel.","PeriodicalId":336963,"journal":{"name":"Scientific Issue Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University.
