The result is that students don't know how to accurately express themselves in English, which causes great anxiety about English writing. It not only restrains students' English writing, but also affects their interest in English learning. Wen created a distinctive foreign language pedagogy known as the Production-Oriented Approach (POA). The past five years have seen research carried out on the effectiveness and applicability of POA on productive skills in university contexts. However, few applications were carried out on the on high school students. It will first introduce the role of high school English textbooks, then analyze their current status based on Krashen's Input Hypothesis. After that, the reasons are explored. The General Senior Secondary English Curriculum Standards (2017 Edition, Revised in 2020) lists the thematic context as the first element of the curriculum content, and emphasizes that all language learning activities should be carried out in a certain thematic context. However, in the actual English teaching, some teachers are out of context and only focus on the one-way transmission of knowledge in the textbook, regardless of whether students really understand and use it. Teaching English reading is not just about transferring knowledge, but about putting students in situations to find and solve problems. This paper discusses and analyzes some current researches, and proposes some optimization strategies for English reading teaching based on thematic contexts. Through careful observation of the patients and data analysis, we found that Zhongyao formula has a significant effect on improving the symptoms of chronic kidney disease complicated with insomnia. After receiving the treatment of TCM ointment, the severity of insomnia was significantly reduced, and the time to fall asleep and the quality of sleep were significantly improved. In addition, the Chinese ointment formula also played a certain protective role in the kidney function of the patients, helping to alleviate the condition of chronic kidney disease. The results of this study provide a practical basis for the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic kidney disease complicated with insomnia. As a safe and effective treatment, Chinese herbal ointment prescription can not only improve insomnia symptoms, but also maintain kidney health. However, further in-depth research and clinical validation are needed to fully understand the specific treatment mechanism and long-term efficacy of the TCM ointment formula. In recent years, cities such as Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Nanjing have experienced urban road collapse incidents, which have affected traffic at the least and caused serious losses of life and property at the worst. For underground karst disasters, it is necessary to fully understand the geological information of karst. Construction and operation can be handled in a timely manner to avoid the occurrence of roadbed diseases. As a means of detecting geological conditions, ground penetrating radar has the advantages of high resolution, fast scanning speed, and intuitive images that are easy to interpret. In recent years, the non-destructive testing of ground penetrating radar has achieved good application results and accumulated a lot of engineering experience.
