Berdasarkan data dari P2JN Provinsi Sumatera Barat untuk ruas Jalan Kamarullah, kota Padang Panjang mengalami peningkatan jalan pada tahun 2017 dengan umur rencana 10 tahun. Pada ruas jalan ini banyak ditemukan kerusakan salah satunya akibat beban berlebih, karena banyaknya terjadi kerusakan pada ruas jalan yang diteliti maka disimpulkan bahwa jalan tersebut mengalami penurunan umur rencana atau kerusakan dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kendaraan terhadap sisa umur (remaining life) perkerasan jalan pada Jalan Kamarullah. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode AASHTO 1993 berupa analisis kumulatif ESAL 10 tahun rencana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada ruas Jalan Kamarullah ini mengalami penurunan umur rencana selama 2,581 tahun. Diperoleh nilai ESAL kumulatif rencana sebesar 10625289,3 dan nilai ESAL kumulatif overloading sebesar 16906251,7. Pelaksanaan pembangunan pada pedesaan yang merupakan pembangunan lepas yang biasanya sering di lakukan oleh pihak desa saja tidak ada penggunaan jasa manajemen konstruksi. Here, previous methods in image resizing do analytical works to approximate the original picture element (pixel) or to remove high frequency coefficients. For images with huge pixel, this will result in computational burden due to number of multiplication and addition in the synthesized formula. Instead of the works, this study proposed a new approach in removing the coefficients by exploiting the second-order block matrix without the need to synthesize the formula. It can be called a fully numeric image resizing method. The result shows that the resized version of original image has peak signal to noise ratio (PSNR) equal to 35.24 dB for resizing the famous Lena image which means compareable to the conventional which has PSNR value around 35 dB but here deriving analytical formula is not required. Reducing computational complexity is also achieved as expected with result only 16 addition involved with no multiplication required. This is lower than the conventional in term of computational complexity. Although implementation is still limited to hardware capabilities, this problem can be overcome by combining edge devices with cloud computing. The recent study of cloud-based object detector architecture is generally based on representational state transfer (RESTful web services), which uses a pooling system method for data exchange. As a result, this system leads to a low detection speed and cannot support real-time data streaming. Therefore, this study aims to enhance the detection speed in cloud-based object recognition systems using gRPC and Protobuf to support real-time detection. The proposed architecture was deployed on the Virtual Machine Instance (VMI) equipped with a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU). The gRPC server and YOLOv3 deep learning object detector were executed on the cloud server to handle detection requests from edge devices. Furthermore, the captured images from the edge devices were encoded into Protobuf format to reduce the message size delivered to the cloud server. The results showed that the proposed architecture improved detection speed performance on the client-side in the range of 0.27 FPS to 1.72 FPS compared to the state-of-the-art method. This study aims to 1) develop interactive learning media on 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional animation subjects, 2) to determine the feasibility level of interactive learning media on 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional animation subjects. The method used in this study uses research and development methods by modifying the Borg and Gall models. The results of the interactive learning media validity test by the media validator and material validator obtained very valid results. In the practicality test of the media by the validator, the teacher practitioners obtained very practical results. Likewise, the large group of students obtained very practical results. The results of the effectiveness before and after using the product were based on multiple-choice test instruments, namely the pretest results obtained an average of 60.63 and an average of 84.06 in the posttest which is in the very effective criteria. Pada penelitian ini antena monopole digunakan untuk mendeteksi tiga jenis objek dibawah tanah yaitu plat besi, tutup panci dan kaleng. Metode deteksi dilakukan dengan cara menghubungkan antena dengan VNA (Vector Network Analyzer) portabel sehingga sinyal yang dipancarkan antena bila mengenai objek akan memiliki parameter S21 (karakteristik parameter scatering port 1 terhadap port 2) yang berbeda di antena penerima bila dibandingkan dengan kondisi tanpa adanya target. Data S21 yang didapatkan akan diolah menggunakan metode C-Scan sehingga lokasi objek/target dapat ditentukan. Dimensi antenna yang digunakan memiliki besar yaitu sebesar 200 mm x 200 mm x 0.035 mm yang dibekerja pada frekuensi 500 MHz – 3 GHz dengan bahan copper pada bagian patch dan ground plane setebal 0.035 mm, dan substrat menggunakan FR-4 Lossy dengan ketebalan1.6 mm. Currently, the addition of book collections in the UNG Engineering Faculty Library is only based on references from statistical data on best-selling books, lecturer recommendations and the latest books without considering which collections are of interest to students. This can have a negative impact if there are additional collections in categories or types of books that are less desirable to read which can cause problems from the service side and financial losses of the library. Moving on from this problem, the K-Means clustering method will be applied to classify the reading interest of library visitors in this case are students. The supporting variables that will be used in the grouping will be divided according to the origin of the student majors by category of books, stock, number of books borrowed and number of books read. By Implementing the method multy Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) with the criteria that have been applied to theoffice of Puncak Jaya village namely Performance Assessment, attendance, discipline, responsibility on the service. The resulting system is the calculation value ofincentives for incentive based on the performance assessment of the village apparatus with the method of multy Attribute Utility Theory (death). Based on research the decision support system that has been made can help decision makers in determining the incentive grant of village apparatus. There are other factors, such as the movement of pedestrians crossing the road using a zebra cross. This study aims to determine the effect of pedestrians crossing on vehicle queue lengths using shock wave analysis, and evaluate whether zebra cross facilities are still suitable for use or not at research site. This research was conducted for 4 days on Sam Ratulangi street in front of Multimart Ranotana Manado City. Data analysis uses traffic characteristics correlation of volume, speed and density. The characteristic correlation that will be used for the shock wave analysis calculation is based on the highest coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the study, based on shock wave analysis showed that pedestrians crossing could make a vehicle queue length of 33.5 meters for the left lane and 74.6 meters for the right lane. Based on the average number of pedestrians crossing the volume of vehicles and the number of conflicts that occur (PV2), it is recommended that the type of crossing facility is pelican with a protector. The purpose of this research is to build an open government data portal application in Gorontalo City to make it easier for stakeholders and the public to access data in a transparent and accountable manner as an effort to create a more open government (Open Government), participatory, and innovative. The research method used in this research is the prototyping method, which is a software system development method where developers and users can interact with each other during the system creation process so that users can clearly define their needs to be translated by developers into application form. The prototyping method includes data collection for various sectors in each SKPD in Gorontalo City, data analysis, system prototype development which is an overview of the application being built, prototype evaluation, system coding namely the development of open data portal applications, system testing, and system evaluation by users. The results showed that the open data portal made it easier for stakeholders and the public to access data.
