Estudou-se a irregularidade no município e dois indicativos de atuação municipal na sua consolidação: implementação de equipamentos comunitários e emissão de alvarás de construção. In the first part of the text, I use the works of Christian Laval and Pierre Dardot (2009 [2013] and 2016) and Dardot et. al (2021) to inscribe the proposed debate in the transition between two expressions of neoliberalism, initially as world reason or political rationality and later as war strategy. This period is characterized by the crisis of the capitalist civilization and mode of production; the terminal crisis and dismantling of the United States’ hegemony; the geopolitical bifurcation of the world’s economy into an imperialist bloc led by the United States and an emerging bloc centered on China and Russia that has been expanding towards the Global South; the ideological crisis of global liberalism and the rise of fascism and socialism as alternatives; and the crisis of the neoliberal accumulation pattern and the end of Kondratieff’s expansion phase that started in 1994. We studied irregularity and two indications of municipal action in its consolidation in Florianópolis: implementation of community facilities and issuance of construction permits. Porém, não é incomum perceber nas análises correntes o processo chinês somente como mais um caso de catching-up bem-sucedido; um latecomer de matriz asiática como o Japão e a Coreia do Sul. Na verdade, o desenvolvimento chinês não é nada trivial, tendo em vista sua história e seu ponto de partida: em 1949 a China era o país de menor renda per capita do mundo e hoje disputa a fronteira tecnológica com os Estados Unidos. The crisis of capital and of the value-form seem to be giving rise to the need of efficient circulation as a condition for accumulation, which is reflected in the so- -called logistical urbanization. The article presents an interpretation of these processes based on Lefebvre’s levels of analysis of the urban (G-M-P). The study consists of an empirical effort to locate and compare digital teaching platforms, and proposes a critical analysis supported by a relevant bibliographic and analytical body. The main objective is to show, through a systematized analysis, how the kidnapping and precarization of teaching work via digital teaching platforms can occur. The text’s empirical basis is an ethnographic study carried out in the central area of São Paulo, where the State’s strength is revealed through evictions, displacements, destruction of territories and long-established social fabrics, and production of informality and informal markets; it also approaches the articulation of networks and protection arrangements (including housing) as responses to this violence. This essay aims to reflect critically on new subjectivations and on psychosocial risks related to the uberization of work, analyzing their impacts on territorial dynamics. We highlight platform companies that offer taxi and delivery services, and we provide a panorama that shifts from the international to the national scenario. Uberized workers face unique episodes of violence committed by platform companies and urban violence, which intensify psychosocial risks and harm workers' dignity, health, and quality of life.
