The urgency of the problem is due to a decrease in attention to the spiritual and moral education of the younger generation, which includes various value orientations that contribute to the education of the student’s personality. The authors analyze the approaches to solving the problem in modern conditions and propose a training course “Socio-cultural education of students” for the implementation of the training of masters of pedagogical directions, which examines the issues of socio-cultural education of students who form a responsible attitude to their family, society, people and shows the close relationship of socially successful socialization of the individual in the educational space of culture. Within the framework of the developed discipline included in the curriculum for the preparation of master’s students in the direction 44.04.01 Pedagogical education, the master’s program “Safety in the technosphere and in educational institutions” implements a practice-oriented approach aimed at the socio-cultural education of students and their preparation as future teachers for the socio-cultural education of students. The course content includes the issues of socio-cultural education of students from the standpoint of cultural, competence-based, systemic, personality-oriented, axiological, event-based and integrative approaches, as well as social knowledge about the individual, society and civilization, and the application of the acquired knowledge in their pedagogical professional activities. The article presents a historical and pedagogical analysis of the state’s attitude to the formation of the personality of students in the context of the formation of pedagogical science, experience and scientific research of contemporaries on the problem of socio-cultural education, as well as the results of the introduction of the course “Socio-cultural education of students”, problems and prospects of its development for the preparation of future masters of pedagogical directions for the socio-cultural education of students.","PeriodicalId":335901,"journal":{"name":"Scholarly Notes of Transbaikal State University","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124014948","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The article deals with the issues of introducing the technology under consideration into the educational process of a technical university during practical classes in physics. The peculiarity of this technology is associated with the “coup” of the educational process, when classroom and extracurricular learning activities change places. For students, an action program is created, according to which they perform a number of steps to study the topic, and tasks corresponding to a low level of cognitive activity are mastered independently in extracurricular time, and more complex ones – in the classroom together with the teacher. As a result, there is a gradual formation of a number of competencies. The educational activity of students outside the classroom takes place in the information educational environment of the university; all types of educational activities are evaluated using a point-rating system of control. On the example of studying the module “Calculation of electrical circuits. Kirchhoff’s Laws” the authors demonstrate the use of “flipped” learning technology in teaching problem solving. A program of educational activities has been created for students to form subject competencies in teaching problem solving, which consists of a number of steps that must be completed, the effectiveness of each stage is evaluated either in the information educational environment (tasks in extracurricular time) or by the teacher (for tasks performed in classroom time). As a result of the phased implementation of a given program, students master the module being studied, and the corresponding subject competencies are formed. An experimental verification of the application of the technology of “flipped” learning was carried out on the basis of the Physics department of the East Siberian University of Technology and Management when teaching students of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering by the method of control and experimental groups.","PeriodicalId":335901,"journal":{"name":"Scholarly Notes of Transbaikal State University","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115221419","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Sustainable cities and towns is one of the UN Sustainable Development Goals for the period up to 2030 (No. 11). One of the key tasks of modern education and enlightenment is the formation of a sustainable lifestyle among the urban population and the reduction of anthropogenic pressure on the environment. However, the corresponding psychological and pedagogical direction, which can be conditionally called educational eco-urban studies, is only being formed today. The purpose of the research is to identify the prerequisites and basic approaches for the formation of a new direction in pedagogical theory and practice – education for urban residents. The research methods are: analysis of international and Russian documents relating to various aspects of urban development; study of existing experience – educational initiatives in the field of formal, non-formal and informal education in the city and for the city; pedagogical observations and conversations were held with schoolchildren and students of Moscow, as well as a number of other regions. These methods have made it possible to conduct a comparative analysis and identify the specifics of ecological culture (as a way of interacting with the immediate environment – the city) of the inhabitants of the metropolis and small towns. The article discusses possible methodological approaches, content and forms of implementation (training courses, summer schools, competence centers, etc.) of education for sustainable urban development. The main conclusions and results of the work include the need to use an interdisciplinary approach in the development of the main provisions of educational eco-urban studies as an independent direction of pedagogical theory and practice since the complex synthetic nature of the object under study – education for the city and the formation of the ecological culture of urban residents cannot be fully described and studied from the standpoint of any particular science, theory or concept.","PeriodicalId":335901,"journal":{"name":"Scholarly Notes of Transbaikal State University","volume":"237 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123164452","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The issue of the organization and primary installations of research activities in the format of the implementation of the GQW is considered. Two primary problems are analyzed that need to be thought about even before choosing and formulating the topic of the GQW: the choice of the work’s type and the need to take into account modern international experience in pedagogical research. These two problems are closely interrelated. For theoretical generalizations, a large array of information is needed, as well as a mastery of a variety of concepts and topics. The absence of foreign concepts in the student’s “theoretical baggage” impoverishes this diversity and limits its possibilities. Among the leading research methods are: typological approach, observation and abstract methods. All GQWs can be divided into four types: practical, theoretical, combined and compilation. Practical work is more often performed by correspondence students who work at school and generalize their pedagogical experience. Theoretical works are written more often by full-time students. Combined works are an attempt to combine theoretical and applied formats. Compilation works are found, although teachers have a policy of removing them from protection and revision. The use of foreign developments is a mandatory requirement of the Basic Professional Educational Program of Higher Education for Bachelor’s Degree, which means that it is automatically extended to the work of undergraduates. But the obligatory presence of theoretical research in the GQW is required only for undergraduates, that is, purely practical work with a review of someone else’s theoretical tools is allowed for bachelors.","PeriodicalId":335901,"journal":{"name":"Scholarly Notes of Transbaikal State University","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115901869","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The conclusion is made about the special methodological preparation of the future physics teacher for the formation of natural science literacy among schoolchildren. It is proposed to carry out such training as a system, taking into account the level implementation (basic, advanced, advanced levels of training). The option of training carried out at the Transbaikal State University in accordance with the curriculum in the direction of training 44.03.05 Pedagogical education (with two training profiles), profile “Informatics and Physics” is being considered. The basic level of training can be implemented within the framework of the normative discipline “Methods of training and education (Physics)”. An increased level of training can be carried out when studying the discipline “Modern technologies for teaching Physics”. An in-depth level of training can be implemented within the framework of elective disciplines (“Modern Physics Lesson”, “Selected Chapters of the Methods of Teaching Physics”), when writing term papers and final qualification papers on the methodology of teaching Physics. The article provides specific examples illustrating the implementation of the developed system of methodological training. Particular attention is paid to the basic and advanced levels of complexity methodological tasks within the framework of the methodological disciplines under consideration. The special role of methods and forms of teaching students is emphasized, assuming their active participation in the discussion of problems related to the formation of natural science literacy among schoolchildren when studying physics at school. Criminals, to realize their criminal intent, use the latest technological achievements, improve the methods and means of committing crimes. More and more offenses are committed in the field of information security, using computer technology and the Internet. In order to adequately respond to the challenges of modernity and keep up with the times, law enforcement agencies must pay attention to the process of training cadets in educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The learning process in such organizations is mainly built on the transfer of knowledge from the teacher to students. However, knowledge is only an integral part of the competence that, according to the Federal State Educational Standard, should become the result of training. In this article, attention is drawn to a different component of competence, the formation of which is also provided for in the Federal State Educational Standard – Research Competence. The purpose of the article is to determine the specific factors influencing the process of formation of the research competence of cadets of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, to develop their component composition. In the article, based on the analysis of literature on the issues of research activities of students of higher educational establishments, revealing the features of the factors acting in the process of forming the research competence of cadets. Giving definitions of the concepts “research competence” and “factor”. Considering the factors of formation of research competence of students of higher educational establishments. Concretizing the structure and specificity of the action of factors influencing the process of formation of the research competence of cadets. The novelty of the study is expressed in the development of the component composition of factors that act in the process of training cadets and influence the formation of research competence. A graduate of a modern school should be able to use his constantly updated knowledge and skills to solve a wide range of life tasks, i. e. he should have a sufficiently high level of functional literacy. However, international comparative studies record an insufficient level of functional literacy among Russian schoolchildren. The formation of functional literacy of students is becoming one of the main tasks of a modern school. The problem of individualized teacher training for the formation and evaluation of functional literacy in the process of professional development has not been raised and has not been solved. The purpose of this article is to reveal a variant of individualized teacher training for the formation and evaluation of functional literacy of students through the description of the content of an additional professional program designed on the basis of the modular principle. The methodological basis of this study is the acmeological approach, since it allows us to study the patterns of professional development of teachers in the process of professional development, as well as the principles of andragogy formulated by domestic and foreign scientists. The article describes a variant of the implementation of a modular additional professional program, the content of invariant and variable modules aimed at the formation of psychological, theoretical and practical readiness of teachers for the formation and evaluation of functional literacy of students. The described variant of individualized teacher training for the formation and evaluation of functional literacy of students can be used to design additional professional programs in various areas of development of Russian education, and will also be useful to researchers engaged in the search for effective options for preparing teachers for any direction of professional activity in the process of professional development.","PeriodicalId":335901,"journal":{"name":"Scholarly Notes of Transbaikal State University","volume":"175 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124310337","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It not only allows each individual person to manage personal finances and be more protected from fraudulent actions, but also is a way to improve the financial well-being and stability of the entire state. The problems of forming financial literacy are acute at different levels of the education system. For university students − future teachers of mathematics − the issue of forming financial literacy and raising its level is not only personal in nature. It becomes the key to his future professional activity, since it is the teachers who lay the foundation for their students to form a financial culture. The purpose of this study is to identify the possibilities of using cases to form the financial literacy of future mathematics teachers in the process of studying mathematical disciplines. The methodological base is a practice-oriented approach. The paper presents one of the cases developed in the study, which can be used in higher education in the study of the discipline “Algebra”. This case uses the mathematical apparatus of the topic “Matrices and determinants” and is considered as the main tool for the formation of financial literacy of future mathematics teachers. Based on the context of the proposed case, financial literacy components were identified, acting as descriptors of basic and key competencies. The execution of the case implies the implementation of a certain plan, which can be considered as an algorithm implemented in accordance with didactic principles. The results of the work can be used in the educational process of higher educational institutions that implement programs in the pedagogical direction.","PeriodicalId":335901,"journal":{"name":"Scholarly Notes of Transbaikal State University","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-09-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129401074","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The relevance is determined by the existing contradiction between the fact that master’s programs are a further continuation of the education of bachelors – future teachers of geography, on the one hand, and on the other hand, any person with a higher education can enroll in a master’s program in this area. Therefore, in one group of undergraduates, specialists and students who are fully prepared in terms of subject and methodological training, who do not have a basic geographical, and, most importantly, pedagogical education, study. Based on this, for some undergraduates, the process of actual improvement of methodological readiness for professional activity is carried out, and for the rest, this mechanism of professional development is just beginning. This article discusses attempts to resolve the indicated contradiction, to determine ways to solve the problem by designing a system of methodological training, consisting of a number of disciplines, each of which forms a number of competencies, both universal and general professional and professional, which are particularly important. This system is distinguished by a variety of organizational forms and teaching methods; special attention is paid to modern technological approaches, such as modular, project-based learning, rating assessment of control and evaluation of learning outcomes. All this, taken together, makes it possible not only to carry out the process of leveling the level of training of all undergraduates, but also to raise it to a higher level. In this article, the possibility of measuring radiation from various light sources in the visible region of the spectrum is considered, based on the study of the spectral composition of the radiation source under study with subsequent information processing. The authors propose to use the considered method of measuring radiation spectra when performing coursework in general physics. The authors describe the conditions of the experiment and give a diagram of the working installation. Measurements of the radiation spectra are carried out using a monochromator and a photodetector pre-graded in transmission and spectral sensitivity.
