The forecasting model which combines with data mining techniques and BP neural network algorithm is based on the monitoring data of air pollution obtained from Shijiazhuang air quality monitoring stations. Firstly this model uses the data mining technology to find the factors which affect air quality. Secondly it uses these factors data to train the neural network. Finally, the evaluation test of the forecasting model is evaluated. The results show that: The atmospheric quality forecasting model established in this paper can well meet the needs of practical application, because it has higher forecasting accuracy. The forecasting model improves the effectiveness and practicability, and can provide more reliable decision evidence for environmental protection departments.","PeriodicalId":335871,"journal":{"name":"2015 6th IEEE International Conference on Software Engineering and Service Science (ICSESS)","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-11-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122363215","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Different from previous works, the link of the networks presents “post-repost” relationship between two bloggers. So, the constructed networks described how information (micro-blog) related with given topic was spread among bloggers, instead of general “followee-follower” relationship among bloggers. Through structural network analysis and social network analysis, it has been found that the two networks are very similar. Users from the two networks have similar personal characteristics and online behaviors. The distribution of out-degree of both the two networks presents power-law character, along with close power-law parameter y. Our findings provide a practical guideline for further analysis to recognize pattern of information diffusion on micro-blog platform.","PeriodicalId":335871,"journal":{"name":"2015 6th IEEE International Conference on Software Engineering and Service Science (ICSESS)","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-11-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133242299","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The test coverage function describes the change of test coverage during the test procedure, and it is an important factor of software reliability models with test coverage. In this paper, the change of test coverage is represented by the generalized logistic function. On the basic of this generalized test coverage function, a new software reliability growth model and a new fault defection model are proposed. The models can be used for quantitative evaluation and predict the software reliability. We test the goodness of fit of the proposed models by using several sets of software testing data and the result is better.","PeriodicalId":335871,"journal":{"name":"2015 6th IEEE International Conference on Software Engineering and Service Science (ICSESS)","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-11-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133455605","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is an area which integrates all the other technical areas like data mining, soft computing, artificial intelligence etc. The major areas which are to be focused in software reuse are classification, clustering, searching, indexing and retrieval of software components. There are many techniques described in literature each with their advantages and limitations. In this paper, we propose a dynamic approach where the components are retrieved by using genetic algorithm. The proposed algorithm mainly focuses on the termination condition or stopping criteria of Genetic Algorithm, which changes dynamically based on the user query. Genetic Algorithm (GA) stops the evolution i.e., reaches convergence when the average fitness value of the population becomes equal to the fitness value of the user query.","PeriodicalId":335871,"journal":{"name":"2015 6th IEEE International Conference on Software Engineering and Service Science (ICSESS)","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-11-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122400291","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

But main problem is that rate of projects failure is increasing day by day. According to Standish group report, success rate of projects is only 16.2%. The main reason of project's failure is poor requirement engineering. The main objective of carried research is to purpose a model for requirement engineering process of rapid application development. The proposed model has 7 steps. Our proposed model specifies techniques for each step of requirement engineering process. Our proposed model also introduces new stages of conflict management by win-win approach and requirement prioritization by card sorting in requirement engineering model for rapid application development's life cycle. Validation of purposed model has been done by survey from 50 experienced software professionals of 20 different organizations. Survey proved that our purposed model has more customer's favor then traditional requirement engineering model for rapid application development. Our proposed model is fully customer's oriented. It is more time effective, cost effective, well managed and efficient than traditional model.","PeriodicalId":335871,"journal":{"name":"2015 6th IEEE International Conference on Software Engineering and Service Science (ICSESS)","volume":"95 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-11-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116664519","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

And we analyze the influence of different styles of joint-constellation on the coverage of navigation signals from the view point of engineering application. Since the effective coverage for the whole transfer process can't be achieved only based on GNSS, we further discuss the navigation scheme by introducing lunar relay satellites signals. The simulations show that effective coverage ratios for three GTO orbits in the transfer process are all above 60% based on combined signals from GNSS with fully used side lobe signals of them. The coverage property has been further improved by introducing the lunar relay signals into GNSS system.","PeriodicalId":335871,"journal":{"name":"2015 6th IEEE International Conference on Software Engineering and Service Science (ICSESS)","volume":"54 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-11-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115386545","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Although it has been applied to system modeling and design in both industrial and research projects, SOFL has not been widely applied to the industrial software development systems because of the lack of efficient tool support. In order to improve the functions of SOFL supporting tool and solve the problem that the formal specifications could not be directly executed, the automatic transformation from formal specifications to programs is an essential part. This paper firstly analyzes the relationship between the structures of SOFL formal specifications and Java programs, and then discusses the design and implementation of the automatic transformation. Lastly, a test for ensuring the reliability of the implemented software system is discussed.","PeriodicalId":335871,"journal":{"name":"2015 6th IEEE International Conference on Software Engineering and Service Science (ICSESS)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2015-11-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130475141","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
