The mass of face sample images are gathered and separated as train dataset and test dataset, and Local Binary Pattern (LBP) features are extracted when those sample sets are pre-processed and made ready for following operations. And Principle Component Analysis (PCA) is applied to train dataset to extract the most distinguishing features. Three classification algorithms: Support Vector Machine(SVM), k-Nearest Neighborhood (k-NN) and Adaboost are implemented and compared to determine the most suitable and successful algorithm for gender parallelize machine learning (GPML). To achieve the shortest execution time, we propose to apply GPML with MapReduce to avoid parallelizing above three algorithms while also improving their scalability to big datasets. Yet, their design is still not conducted in a systematic manner. In particular, there is little work on the issue of developing a framework that accommodates the necessary reusable process elements and system components that augment the system under development with the self adaptation capabilities and enable the system developer to simulate and test these capabilities prior to deployment. In this paper, we attempted to address this issue and propose a testing framework for self adaptive systems. Only the high level requirements and a conceptual architecture of the framework are presented here. In this paper, we used weekly security report of the government network security situation from China National Internet Emergency Center(CNCERT) as the source data [1]. We adopted the RBF function as the kernel function SVM, then optimized the penalty coefficient C and kernel function parameter 8 of artificial fish swarm algorithm. At the end of this paper, we established the optimal evaluation model for simulation. Then the line segments are exploited to split the strips into strip fragments without turning points and then identify candidate straight lines from the strip fragments. Finally, model selection method is applied to integrate candidate straight lines into straight lines and extract the parameters of straight lines. Through an automatic generation method, tetrahedral parameterization is produced. This is used to realize the process of interpolation in motion blending. Similarly, an improved path finding algorithm is given by us to guide the character to avoid obstacles. The compound behaviors derived from the sematic-narrative story can be generated by the combination of locomotion, reaching, grasping. Through these sub-motions, the character animation is achieved. Also we will prove the new sequences to be a complete complementary sequence include: for each shift, the sum of auto-correlation function are equal to zero without zero-phase, and the sum of cross-correlation function of the complete complementary sequences are equal to zero in every shift. Meanwhile, giving the figure of the new sequences to support the result that complete complementary sequence is available for the Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) systems, spread spectrum system and so on. The conclusion implies that maybe the polyphase complete complementary sequences also satisfy the request. It is located after deblocking filter, adding an offset value to each sample based on the reconstructed data and the original YUV. In order to solve the problem of high computational complexity of SAO, a fast S AO algorithm based on coding unit partition is proposed in this paper. Evaluating the texture complexity of coding unit by the depth of block partitioning, and only the complex coding unit performed the S AO filter.
