In the virtual environment where is constructed by computers and related electronic equipment, the hearing-impaired people can learn knowledge by playing the somatosensory entertainment games. In this paper, we proposed a special education and entertainment system framework based on somatosensory game. We designed the strategy of somatosensory control and other key technologies of the edutainment system. However, the usages of these technologies are limited by single and fixed transmission network, which means that each network needs to create their own system. In this paper, we review these available data broadcasting technologies, state their defects, present a new data broadcasting method based on analog audio baseband signal and design a protosystem. This method can be used in the available broadcasting networks with no channel limit. Aiming at this issue, a method is presented which can separate the receiving signal from the mixed signal of the receiving and sending. Firstly, the duplex principle and the testing requirements of full duplex communication system are analyzed. Secondly, the electronic 2/4-wire converter is used to separate the mixed signal, and the digital adaptive echo canceller is adopted to complete echo interference cancellation. Researched and designed a network interconnection scheme, which can be used in the heterogeneous network of smart distribution gird. Through the analysis of actual demand about distribution gird, designed ad-hoc network solution based on XML description language. And used the design thought of IEC61850 protocol in heterogeneous network of distribution gird. By researching the process of transcoding, receiving, encoding and sending, formed a multimode communication gateway design scheme to support the interconnection of various heterogeneous communication networks. For this purpose, by conducting a literature review a set of OO metrics are identified including metrics in MOOD suite, QMOOD Suite, Martin Suite and CK suite and other metric survey studies. By analyzing metric definition and their calculation processes, we have selected a subset of them which do not overlap and could be obtained in the early design phase. Eclipse metric plug-in was used to obtain OO design metrics for 252 packages. In this paper, we proposed a novel feature selection method based on Tibetan grammar for Tibetan classification. Tibetan language express grammatical meaning through the function words and word order, and the function word has large proportions. By analyzing the Tibetan grammar and distribution of part of speech, we proposed feature selection method based on Tibetan notional words. The method analyzed the part of speech of Tibetan text, and then used notional words as text features combined with IG method to realize feature selection. To overcome several defects in the research of the traditional Item-based collaborative filtering algorithm, this paper presents a optimized algorithm in two aspects, which are the selection of neighbors and the prediction of ratings. Firstly, different numbers of neighbors for the items and users are dynamically selected according to the similarity threshold, then the reliability of neighbors of both items and users are calculated. Finally, the more reliable neighbors was selected to predict the results. Semantic information is also considered by Mongolian documents when consider relationship between keywords and retrieval documents. This method models Mongolian documents with LDA, parameters are estimated with Gibbs sampling and probability of word is represented, it can mine the hidden relationship between the different topics and the words from documents, get the topic distribution and compute the similarity of keywords topics. Finally, return to the most relevant documents with topics.
