Abstract
Teaching system mode that combines virtual reality technology and electronic entertainment has rapidly developed in recent years. In the virtual environment where is constructed by computers and related electronic equipment, the hearing-impaired people can learn knowledge by playing the somatosensory entertainment games. In this paper, we proposed a special education and entertainment system framework based on somatosensory game. We designed the strategy of somatosensory control and other key technologies of the edutainment system. The experimental results show that the SESS edutainment system can effectively help hearing-impaired children to learn social knowledge and other knowledge in related subjects.
