This type of research is descriptive qualitative research with phenomenological research..The results of the study show that Arabic language lecturers have used WhatsApp as a learning medium in supporting online learning activities by utilizing various available features such as photo, video, document and video call features. In the implementation of the use of WhatsApp as a learning medium there are several obstacles, namely cellphones, internet quotas, lack of interaction, difficulty in knowing the seriousness of students' learning, lack of interest in student learning, limited time, and difficulty in understanding the material provided, and in this study describe solutions. This article focuses on examining the role of hospital archivists in managing the memory of patients who are facing some challenges against the Covid-19 disease which they are suffering from. This pandemic is a non-natural disaster occurred in every country; therefore, it will give a historically valuable archives. The benefit of this research is that it contributes to enriching the scientific treasures of medical information and it can be a reference for academics and archival practitioners in managing medical information. The result of this study found that hospital archivists attempted to document patient health records in the form of medical records and carried out oral history, describing experiences through interviews with Covid-19 patients in recorded form. This memory is a historical journey of the patient that is documented and recorded and it can be used as a primary historical source. We used semistructured interviews and reflective journals to investigate female school leaders’ in leading the learning process during the pandemic. There were five female school leaders from rural areas in Jambi Province, Indonesia participated in this study. While the previous studies focus on examining teachers' online learning experience, this study emphasizes more on female school administrators in rural areas adjusting to the use of technology in the teaching and learning process. This study found that most of the school leaders in rural areas are in great need of attention on facilities and professional development focusing on the use of media and technology both in teaching and managing the school during the pandemic. The current study also argues that collaboration among teachers is imperative to make sure that the teachers and administrators are equipped with the knowledge and skills of how to use technology that improves the quality of education during online learning. A volatile environment, to some extent, has triggered organizations to re-adjusting and re-shaping their structure and service delivery. Thus, a flexible organization design is crucial. This study is a qualitative study that uses literature as the main resource. Some website news and individual experiences are also used as the secondary data for this study. This study intends to propose a compatible model of organization design for highly changeable contexts as well as identify the main characteristics and factors that constitute the design. This study further discusses the possibility of implementing the design in Indonesian contexts, particularly State Islamic University Jakarta. The finding suggests the orchestration of organic adaptive organization design which presumes the absence of a single organization design recipe. Instead, it is contingent upon four inter-related forces: managers, tasks, environment, and subordinates. This research is library research using a research approach, namely: philosophical, grammatical, linguistic and phenomenological approaches. Then the source of this research data is taken from books, articles and journals related to the thoughts of Amina Wadud with Gadamer. Furthermore, the data analysis method used is descriptive method, content analysis, interpretation method, comparison, taxonomy. The results of this study indicate that: First, related to Amina Wadud's gender thinking, namely: 1. The creation of humans. According to Amina Wadud that the origin of humans, both male and female, comes from one nafs which is part of the paired system. 2. Leader. Amina Wadud strongly rejected Qawwamun to be limited to the position of men compared to women. However, there must be harmony, so Amina Wadud proposes a new idea, namely the \"functionalist\" concept. 3. Polygamy. For Amina Wadud, the concept of polygamy is not supported in religion, because there is no justice for women. Amina's gender thinking in the perspective of Hans Georg Gadamer's hermeneutics, in this case the interpreter's position. Amina Wadud places great emphasis on text priors and context. In this case the prior text concerns the background of an interpreter, his views and circumstances. Because an interpreter must dialogue with the text in accordance with any conditions and at any time. Likewise with Gadamer, the concept of language is the most important. The main problem is further elaborated into sub-problems, namely: 1) How is the concept of understanding swallowing zakat expenditure understood by the people of Enrekeng Village, Soppeng Regency?, 2) How are the responses of religious leaders and local officials to the obligation to issue zakat on swallow business results in Enrekeng Village, Soppeng Regency? , and 3) How does Islamic law review the swallow's zakat? This type of research is a qualitative field (field research) using a research approach, namely: a normative approach, a normative theological approach and a sociological approach. Then the source of this research data is taken from Primary Data in the form of interviews with Swallow Entrepreneurs in Enrekeng Village. and Secondary Data in the form of data taken from the responses of the Head of Enrekeng Village, village officials, religious leaders and community leaders of Enrekeng Village on the obligation to issue swallow zakat and literature studies related to the problems studied. Furthermore, the data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and documentation as well as other reference searches. The data processing and data analysis techniques were carried out through three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the understanding of swallowing zakat expenditure in Enrekeng Village, Soppeng Regency is still far from the rules and provisions of Islamic law. Swallow's nest entrepreneurs issue their zakat in different ways, in analogy to zakat maal, income zakat, property zakat, livestock zakat and some even do not issue zakat at all. Even from the village head, village officials, religious leaders and community leaders, they do not understand about the classification of swallow zakat so that there is no delivery or socialization about the obligation to issue zakat from swallows. In fact, zakat on swallows can be paid for by zakat on agriculture and zakat on trade. Likewise, the swiftlet business is also seasonal and waits for the results and the amount of zakat issued by agricultural zakat is as much as 5%. Efforts to prevent divorce by judges at the Barru Religious Court in the form of mediation have been in line with the provisions of Perma No. 1 of 2016 concerning Mediation, at each stage of mediation various efforts have been carried out, including: at the Pre-Mediation stage, Advisory was carried out by the Panel of Judges Examining the Case, at the Mediation stage, efforts were made in the form of: a. Creating a comfortable and conducive atmosphere, sometimes accompanied by jokes, b. Actively listen to the problems expressed by each party, c. Responding and clarifying the intentions of the parties and bridging the differences between the two, d. Conducting Caucus, e. Show appreciation, and at the Final stage of Mediation, the Panel of Judges gives advice again at each trial. The type of research used is qualitative by using a research approach, namely: Juridical Phenomenology Approach, and Shari'a Normative Approach. Then the source of this research data is taken from primary data in the form of interviews with customers of Mystery Box Angela Beauty Makassar, and secondary data in the form of data taken from costumers Angela Beauty and literature studies related to the problems studied. Furthermore, the data collection methods used were observation, interviews, and documentation as well as other reference searches. The data processing and data analysis techniques were carried out through three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the impact of buying and selling Mystery Boxes in Makassar City has a major impact on customers who have already purchased mystery boxes. Some of the customers who have bought the mystery box but did not get the product according to the selling price, but instead got the product that was not worth the purchase price. The seller is not responsible for the customer's loss because the seller has provided a product description if buying a mystery box, the prospective customer has agreed to the type, color and shape of the goods received, this is contrary to Islamic law because legal buying and selling must not have an element of uncertainty (gharar) and chancy (Maysiir).
