The data obtained in the form of descriptive data with the form of spoken or written words from informants and actors that can be considered. This research aims to know the wedding process at  district of Buntu Batu Enrekang Regency which is inside integrated between the Islamic culture and the local culture. The wedding process at district of Buntu Batu Regency of Enrekang as the result of Islamic Culture Integration and the local culture produces the wise local values that shine the Islamic element. This research uses a qualitative method which is based on the field research by conducting a historical approach, sociology, anthropology and phenomenology. The specification of this research is descriptive, more related to a Qualitative Approach, it is meant to understand the phenomenon or an event behalf of the tradition conducted. In this research, the data analized by using the model that consists of three steps, namely: the step of reduction data, the data identification, investigation of the data validity. Its results that the social friction is not only bordered to a modern community category or a dynamic people, but the friction also conducted to a traditional people. This research uses a Qualitative research by pairing with the research field. It also uses a sociological approach and normative. The result shows that firstly, the factors that cause the divorcement in Religious Courts Class 1 B among them is the lack of religious’ understanding. Secondly, the procedures and efforts implemented by the judge in finding the solutions of divorcement case that will be ended peacefully refer to the jobs and functions. This thing is to save the bank funds when customer does a default. The Sharia Bank based on Law number 4 of 1996 concerning the Mortgage rights have the rights to confiscate customer guarantees that have matured and there is no good willingness to pay. However, in practice, banks cannot carry out execution practices to make sales directly. Banks have to go through a long formal procedure to withdraw funds from the customer guarantees, and often encounter various kinds of obstacles. Researchers use two data sources, namely a primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection, researchers conducted interviews and documentation observations. Data analysis by following the steps namely data display, data reduction, data editing, data analysis, and drawing conclusions. Understanding of a text of the Koran and the hadiths of the Prophet. sometimes based on the sound of words that are manq both explicitly and containing other possible meanings, and sometimes based on understanding the meaning of mafhūm. This type of research refers to qualitative research in the form of library research. So that this research has benefits and in-depth goals which will later provide a concept of understanding related to the concept of mutakallimīn in interpreting the existing arguments and what their implications are for masāilkhilāfiyah. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of health promotion by the Fatwa and Islamic Research Council of the Central Board of Muhammadiyah regarding the tobacco fatwa that bans smoking. In addition, it also focuses on the portion of health problems compared to other issues in the tobacco fatwa. This research aims (1) To analyze the effectiveness of health promotion by The Fatwa and Islamic Research Council regarding the fatwa on smoking prohibition. (2) To analyze the portion of health problems compared to other issues in the discussion of smoking prohibition fatwa by The Fatwa and Islamic Research Council. This is field research that was conducted using questionnaire and interview methods including a Focus Group Discussion and applying a qualitative and quantitative approach. The research reveals that the Fatwa and Islamic Research Council has not collaborated with related institutions in providing health promotion to its citizens. This article seeks to analyze the factors of how the Islamic preaching spread across the globe while making tourism one of the most common mediums for preaching. The term hijab or jilbab is the most important term related to that issue. In Indonesia, wearing a hijab is identical to Muslim women’s identity and reflects their piety. However, when one decides to unveil, the negative stigma is unavoidable. This article examines women’s perception of the Quran on veiling command based on two aspects. To begin with, the women’s understanding of the encouragement of wearing hijab and the women’s perception of the verses after deciding to put off their veil. In this study, the theory of religious piety and identity is applied as a conceptual framework and discursive analysis as a method of analysis. This study will present a discursive analysis of women’s understanding of the veiling concept. The data was obtained by analysing the content, which was conducted in three steps: (1) preparing the research, (2) preparing the manuscript “Risala fi at-taqwim” by Syeikh Abdul Raouf Al-Sankaili which is related to the research, and (3) analysing the manuscripts, including biographies of the author, astronomical developments, and the content analysis investigation.
