In Islamic theology, for example, justice is not only related to aspects of humanity but also divinity. In the secular sciences, justice is widely discussed in terms of substance and procedure. Likewise, in the discourse of Islamic theology, the value in question tends only to divinity, meaning that the measure of good value is God or the texts of the holy book. However, for Majid Khadduri, these values are not only related to humanity but at the same time they must be close to what God wants and religion in general. The synthesis of the two views above seems to be united in the concept of Khadduri. Therefore, the problem in this paper is how the construction of justice according to Majid Khadduri and its implications for the formulation of justice in the context of religious humanity. The results of the study show that human actions are judged fairly if they are based on correct norms and carried out with good procedures. In addition, with the development of social problems in society, such as injustice, it is also important to formulate the concept of justice which truly is a concept that can provide and be useful in solving this sense of injustice. Various kinds of natural disasters cannot be separated from the environmental damage that occurs cumulatively and collectively. Excessive use of technology and development that does not care about the environment can damage nature; as mentioned in Islam, preserving nature is one of the tasks of human beings. Scholars have written a lot regarding the concept of maintaining nature based on the Qur'an. However, this effort has not been thoroughly carried out on the hadith. This is evidenced in the discussion of the hadiths in classical fiqh books, which are more focused on the 'ubūdiyyah syar'iyyah aspect, such as the problem of tahārah. These hadiths have the potential to be understood more contextually and ecologically. Based on this, this paper tries to answer academic questions, how is the understanding of hadiths that can respond to the global ecological crisis? The author attempts to understand these traditions by the interconnective method to broaden the scope of meaning.  The data used are the main books of hadith, books of hadith that explain from the fiqh perspective and some factual data regarding the ecological crisis. It is described in many literatures that Sulaiman's life is close to various sciences. Furthermore, in his youth he has shown a strong character as a leader. His skill in leading the Ottoman Empire made him a great Sultan who was respected and feared by his opponents. On the other hand, in the hands of Sulaiman al-Qanuni, the Ottoman Empire succeeded in achieving a golden age and glory. He was given the title al-Qanuni which means “the law maker”, which one of his contributions was the compiling of the law book used as a guide by the people of the Ottoman Empire. Sulaiman al-Qanuni's success can be seen in various fields, such as politics, economy, social, military, arts, and culture. This research focuses on literature research, using historical research methods, namely, heuristics, verification, interpretation, and historiography. Key Words: Biography, Sulaiman al-Qanuni, Ottoman Empire, Leadership  Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas tentang Sosok biografi Sultan Sulaiman al-Qanuni, dimulai sejak masa kecil hingga menjadi penguasa Turki Utsmani. Digambarkan kehidupan Sulaiman dekat dengan berbagai ilmu pengetahuan. Selanjutnya di masa mudanya ia sudah menunjukkan karakter yang kuat sebagai seorang pemimpin. Kepandaiannya dalam memimpin Imperium Turki Utsmani, menjadikannya seorang Sultan yang besar yang dihormati dan ditakuti oleh lawan-lawannya. Di sisi lain ditangan Sulaiman al-Qanuni Dinasti Turki Utsmani berhasil mencapai masa keemasan dan kejayaan. Dia digelari dengan gelar al-Qanuni yang berarti “pembuat Undang-Undang”, yaitu salah satu kontribusinya  dalam menyusun kitab Undang-undang yang dijadikan panduan dan pegangan oleh masyarakat Dinasti Turki Utsmani. Keberhasilan Sulaiman al-Qanuni terlihat dalam berbagai bidang, seperti politik, ekonomi, sosial, militer, seni, dan budaya. In addition, their families often don't accept them, even though the family is the strongest fortress in protecting transgender people from violence and oppression. This study looks at how the acceptance of transgender families in the family and identifies the typology of families in accepting transgender family members. This research is qualitative research with data collection techniques and in-depth interviews. The research location was at the Al Fatah Transgender Islamic Boarding Home and the Waria Crisis Center Community in Yogyakarta.The result of this study is that the existence of transgender people is still considered a disgrace to the family so that evictions still occur. The family form is like doing Rukyah, forced marriage. So, many transgender people end up leaving their families. In addition, the typology of families who accept the existence of transgender people can be seen from three factors: education, economy, and religious understanding. Jumlah single parent dalam pengasuhan anak meningkat dari tahun ke tahun atau setiap 100 keluarga di Indonesia, sebanyak 15 keluarga dikepalai oleh perempuan, lalu bagaimana pemenuhan kebutuhan keluarga dan pengasuhan anak yang dilakukan oleh single parent? Dalam penelitian ini akan fokus mengkaji (1) bagaimana pelaksanaan haḍanah oleh ibu sebagai single parent di kelurahan Tambakromo? (2) bagaimana analisis maṣlahah dalam pelaksanaan haḍanah yang dilakukan oleh ibu sebagai single parent di Kelurahan Tambakromo? Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) ibu sebagai single parent di Kelurahan Tambakromo dapat melakukan haḍanah dengan baik dengan menjalankan peran dan fungsi sebagai kepala rumah tangga yang bertanggung jawab terhadap biaya hidup pemeliharaan, dan pengasuhan anak meski dalam pemenuhan ekonomi keluarga dilakukan dengan kerja keras. Perkembangan klinik kecantikan menimbulkan adanya kasus-kasus kesalahan medis yang dilakukan oleh dokter dan merugikan konsumen yang sering disebut dengan malapraktik. Bagaimana hukum Islam memandang malapraktik dokter di klinik kecantikan? Apakah ada pertanggungjawaban pidana (mas’uliyah al-jinayah) dalam malapraktik dokter di klinik kecantikan? Penelitian termasuk penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat kepustakaan (library research). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Kasus malapraktik dokter di klinik kecantikan apabila tidak memenuhi syarat-syarat penghapusan pertanggungjawaban bagi dokter menurut Syekh Abdul Qadir Audah maka dikategorikan jarimah ta’zir, pelaku harus bertanggungjawab dan membayar diyat denda atas kerugiaan akibat dari malapraktik. However, the trend is very concerning, so it is critical to innovate in the prevention of HIV-AIDS, particularly through sexual transmission, as the rate of increase is very rapid. One way to avoid it is to raise a sakinah family, which instills a sense of mutual loyalty to a partner. Pre-marital courses can help to start the development of a sakinah family. The purpose of the pre-wedding course is to provide young people of marriageable age and brides-to-be with knowledge, understanding, skills, and awareness-raising about domestic and family life. This pre-wedding course is a three-day, 24-hour briefing (shot course) for teenagers of marriageable age or prospective brides. Teaching and learning facilities for organizing pre-marital courses include syllabus, modules, and other teaching materials required for learning. The syllabus and modules prepared by the Ministry of Religion for pre-marital course organizers can be correlated with material on HIV and the importance of Counseling and Testing on Health Officer Initiation (KTIP) and Voluntary Counseling and Testing (KTS), both of which are critical components in efforts to prevent HIV transmission. This article provides discourse and solutions regarding the criteria for a muftī in providing legal answers in extraordinary cases (nawāzil). Ordinary Muslims in this matter become an important concern, because they need legal certainty from experts. Wrong in seeking legal solutions, of course, has an impact on legal misguidance. More than that, the phenomenon of the emergence of an impromptu muftī, of course, can cause legal chaos. Muslims who fast are given a great reward in the sight of Allah swt. To achieve this great reward, fasting by obeying the rules and regulations is a necessity. True fasting is fasting in accordance with the guidance of the Prophet saw. There are obligations that must be done, there are sunnahs that must be maintained, and there are also prohibitions that should be avoided. Allah swt. has prescribed fasting with restrictions that if violated can invalidate the fast. So it is obligatory for every Muslim to know all the things that can invalidate his fast so that he can carry out fasting properly according to sharia guidance. In this modern era, along with the development of the times, there are many things that are disputed by the scholars, whether they are included in breaking the fast or not, such as modern medical / health equipment, including \"salbutamol inhaler\" which is commonly used by people who are suffering from lung and respiratory diseases.
