The prediction model applies PSO(Particle\u0000Swarm Optimization)-BP(Back Propagation) neural network algorithm,\u0000calculates the whole machine health degree and each module respective\u0000weights from the test data. On this basis, it analyzes the error between\u0000the model calculated health degree and theoretical health degree. Then\u0000the research verifies the validity and prediction model accuracy. The\u0000health degree which is obtained by the single module feature parameters\u0000fusion, and the vehicle transmission system health degree is investigated,\u0000which is less effective compared to the three-level fusions. After that, by\u0000analyzing the vehicle transmission system multi-parameter feature\u0000weights, it is found that the mechanical module accounted for the largest\u0000damage rate, and the three modules influenced the vehicle transmission\u0000system health degree in the order of mechanical module, hydraulic\u0000module, and electric control module. The process that has been analyzed is the process of\u0000goods’ delivery at the technical object. Firstly, a literature review was\u0000carried out. Next, the authors described the process using the QT\u0000(Queueing Theory). This was possible due to the fact that QT is widely\u0000used in the analysis of systems as well as the assessment of their\u0000effectiveness, maintenance, and reliability. The description,\u0000characteristics and graphic presentation of the system in which the\u0000process is carried out have been included in the study too. Then the\u0000process was implemented in the computer simulation environment.\u0000Simulations were carried out and four variants of the system operation\u0000were analyzed. Traditional fault information description methods rely on\u0000experts to extract statistical features, which inevitably leads to the\u0000problem of information loss. As a result, this paper proposes an\u0000intelligent fault diagnosis of rolling bearings based on a continuous\u0000wavelet transform(CWT)-multiscale feature fusion and an improved\u0000channel attention mechanism. Different from traditional CNNs, CWT\u0000can convert the 1-D signals into 2-D images, and extract the wavelet\u0000power spectrum, which is conducive to model recognition. In this case,\u0000the multiscale feature fusion was implemented by the parallel 2-D\u0000convolutional neural networks to accomplish deeper feature fusion.\u0000Meanwhile, the channel attention mechanism is improved by converting\u0000from compressed to extended ways in the excitation block to better\u0000obtain the evaluation score of the channel. In this situation, the issue of user (passenger) migration\u0000has become important to the transport company as a service provider.\u0000This paper presents an integrated model of the operational risk of vehicle\u0000incapacity, including the following: costs of incidental repairs, costs of\u0000unplanned downtime and costs resulting from potential user migration.\u0000The paper presents the results of operational research on buses of two\u0000makes over a period of 6 years, in the mileage range of 0–420 000 km.\u0000The authors have determined the risk as a regression function of\u0000operational mileage to estimate the optimum life cycle. The quality of\u0000the vehicle was assessed using the criterion of the maximum cost of the\u0000operational incapacity risk being equal to the current residual value of\u0000the vehicle. In order to solve the problems that the\u0000optimization model is with loss of generality and the validity of the\u0000optimal solution is weakened, an optimal allocation method is proposed\u0000by considering multiple correlation failures and risk uncertainty in this\u0000paper. Two new concepts are presented, such as independent failure\u0000results in basic risk, and correlation failure leads to disturbance risk.\u0000A risk assessment machinery of “actual risk = basic risk + disturbance\u0000risk” is proposed. The action mechanisms of the three correlation failures\u0000are studied based on the cooperation game theory, and the generalized\u0000risk models are given under probability measure. Considering the\u0000improvement cost, the expectation and the variance of the reduction of\u0000system risk, a multi-objective optimal allocation model is developed,\u0000which is solved by using the PSO algorithm. The presented concept allows for faster and more reliable\u0000monitoring of industrial processes, which increases their reliability and\u0000reduces operating costs. The innovative method is based on electrical\u0000tomography. At the same time, it is non-invasive and enables the imaging\u0000of phase changes inside tanks filled with liquid. In particular, the hybrid\u0000tomograph can detect gas bubbles and crystals formed during industrial\u0000processes. The main novelty of the described solution is the\u0000simultaneous use of two types of electrical tomography: impedance and\u0000capacitance. Another novelty is the use of the LSTM network to solve\u0000the tomographic inverse problem. It was made possible by taking the\u0000measurement vector as a data sequence. Performing this task\u0000required finding a precise criterion for assessing the correct operation of\u0000an electromagnetic injector. For this purpose, a mathematical model\u0000describing the individual phases of the injector's operation was used,\u0000allowing the simulation of the occurrence of typical failures. On its basis,\u0000symptoms of particular failures were determined based on the\u0000observation of electric current parameters in the control circuit.\u0000Observation of voltage and current waveforms allows to locate both\u0000electrical and mechanical damages to the injectors and to assess the\u0000correctness of the power system components. The purpose of the\u0000study is to determine the dynamic characteristics of a variable direct\u0000current (DC) drive with a series-excited motor in the dynamic braking\u0000mode. In the article, there have been developed schematic diagrams of\u0000the power section that ensure stable braking of a variable-speed electric\u0000drive with a series-excited motor. The requirements for the braking mode\u0000have been developed. The studies have been carried out for a saturated\u0000and unsaturated magnetic circuit of an electric motor. The scientific\u0000novelty of the work consists in determining the zone of stable operation\u0000of the dynamic braking mode. As a result, there has been proposed\u0000technical implementation of the power section of a variable-speed\u0000electric drive with a series-excited motor that ensures stable braking.\u0000A special place in the study is the development of two models of an\u0000electric motor with subsequent excitation taking into account the\u0000saturation of the magnetic circuit - mathematical and simulation. The state of knowledge concerning methods of\u0000assessing track condition, in particular rail joints used in continuous\u0000welded rail track of railway lines is described. Experimental results of\u0000rail joints used in track transition zones and the results of numerical\u0000studies/tests of the rail vehicle-track model are outlined. It is\u0000demonstrated, basing on the analyses of the experimental results, that not\u0000only should the rail joints used in continuous welded rail track be\u0000diagnosed during their acceptance, but also during their operation. It is\u0000proven that the currently used methodology for testing welded rail joints\u0000applied during acceptance testing of contact track is not fully correct and\u0000leads to misinterpretation of the measurement results. Firstly, the reliability of DEM simulation was verified\u0000by comparing the simulated and theoretical values and the influence\u0000regularity of different design parameters (rotational speed, pitch, and\u0000clearance) on screw conveying characteristics were analyzed based on\u0000DEM. In addition, the effect of design parameters on the screw\u0000conveying characteristics is identified by ANOVA. Then, the multiobjective optimization model with the both of maximizing the average\u0000mass flow rate and minimizing the maximum wear depth of the blade\u0000was established using the polynomial fitting regression, which was\u0000solved by the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm (NSGA-II).\u0000Finally, the comprehensive evaluation was used to determine the best\u0000design parameters.
